I bought this bouquet on Deliveroo for 519 aed It’s a total rip off. For 519 aed original price should be a way bigger bouquet. If you decide to give discount you need to keep the same number of flowers and not reduce to half.

Great flowers but service is terrible. They are not accurate with delivery time at all and arrive much later than promised.

So bad service
I don't mind the over price that you can get better quality with less
But deliver over late and the driver smoke on car what make your deliever small like bad

That over bad for a shop sell a gift that you order for someone you care about

I will never order from them again and not recommend anyone to order for delivery

I ordered a bouquet at 10pm thru deliveroo. I messaged them on whatsapp to know what's the status of my order and they can't give me a proper update. We've waited for almost 3 hours, and nothing happened, no flowers arrived. I decided to cancel and get a refund thru a customer service in Deliveroo. I need to wait 2-3 days for refund! Oh my gosh! This store will give you a stressful day! ️

Literally the worst shop I have EVER had to deal with in my whole life. My order was three hours late, they didn’t care at all, told me they have a lot of orders but still accept new orders knowing they can’t fulfill any on time. Just terrible terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I am writing this again because this shop has deleted my first review. Well, i am saying again like other customer’s review that they have worst service ever. Can’t call the contact number, no updates on delivery if its gonna be late or what happened to the delivery, staff does not have customer service manner. The delivery was very late and they made the valentines day as an excuse that they have more than 600 orders. Well, from customer’s point of view, they should’ve not accepted orders if they cannot cater and do the orders according to the time they promised in the app.

The flowers were awesome we pik up the flowers first we informed the shop. The shop staffs were amazing and really love it all things definitely recommend to all

Poor service. Not recommended. We ordered here as we thought they will deliver it on time. Ordered 14th of Feb, it's already 15th of Feb and still, no flowers. We waited for 3 hours, and no ETA was given. Plus, it's hard to communicate with them and ask for a refund. So disappointing. Again, NOT RECOMMENDED
