The worest ever Washing machine and the worst coustomer service i have ever seen

Very bad, the product i buy from grand mall Display item is perfect, when they brought new one its not closing properly.

Very poor customer service, This morning i faced issue with microwave owen which is a sonashi brand, called the customer care to seek help, customer care guy rather listening to my problem directly came to conclusion that if my product is under warranty and "which is" then i can take my product to a nearest service center, When asked him why can't they send someone to check this at home, he said its not their company policy they never send anyone at home, its customers if they have any issue with their product have to take their product to their service center by saying this rudely he said anything else he can help. I never knew this is how sonashi electronic works for sure its an experience that even if a product is little high on price please buy from a genuine and known vendor rather falling for less price product. Because brands do take care of their customers well rather asking them to bring the product to them. Writing this because make sure whenever you purchase sonashi product from any shop ask them if any problems comes in future does you have to take the product to their service center. Very disappointed as i don't have my own transport to lift this and take it to them. Will never buy from sonashi.
