We recently booked a boat ride, and we were 10 adults and 4 kids (form 1-3 years old) they counted the kids just same as adults, so we end up cancelling our ride as the maximum was 12 people!
no clear rules for kids mentioned to us from the beginning.if you have a client booking for a yacht, you should expect kids! And rude customer service agent hanged up the line when we called her.
don't waste your time and money dealing with those people.
and the same comment I found from other people.
finally, they deleted our review to mislead other customers.
we also lost the deposit we paid for the sake of miscommunication and unprofessionalism.

We were highly disappointed with recent event. We booked the yacht for 25 people and had 2 excess (1 year old kids). But they didn’t allow. We booked for my daughter’s birthday party. Even after several requests they didn’t allow.
Finally two of our invitees got down from the boat.
Be careful with these guys. We tried to talk owner and the coordinator they refused. But while booking they said kids below three is not counting.
We were very disappointed and upset.

Had one of the best experience ever with Souria yachts. They made my parents anniversary extremely beautiful and memorable. Would recommend them to everyone looking for a yacht rental in Dubai as the Staff was extremely professional and well trained.

Most affordable yacht, celebrated many functions with them the staff is also very friendly

The boat was clean and well maintained and plenty of comfortable seats for all passengers
Addition the crew was attentive and friendly, offering refreshments and snacks throughout the trip Anyone looking for a nice trip and relaxing boat tour it's the right place.

The best part of our holiday was being able to relax onboard Souira Leisure Yacht, floating across the serene coastline whilst watching the beautiful Dubai, filled with breath-taking views, fascinating history and heritage sites's view of the amazing architecture. Dubai is a spectacular paradise tucked in the Arabic gulf, that offers incredible facilities and conditions for each one’s hobby.
I can attest that it is a well worth cruise in that beautiful azure blue water, nice sandy beaches.
Suira leisure yacht’s cruise was the best choice, it was clean, tidy and most importantly has fitted comfortably all the guests at the birthday party, we were overloaded with exquisite food and drinks, the staff was so attentional and professional. There was no disappointment inside out. It is known that there is less wind in Dubai, while this is true in summer, we didn't see it as such an inconvenience, discovering Dubai from the yacht was a breath-taking and everyone took the opportunity to swim in the deep water, what an experience.
