Worst Service ever, my order is CONFIRMED from date of 23rd of November and shows status of in delivery process from outside and when you track order its still ORDER CONFIRMED, this is the most unprofessional company and nobody knows what are they doing there and no one can help you, please DONT DO ITand DONT ORDER

Extremely worse customer care. All are cheaters and lazy. No one know what's happening in their company. That's so funny.
They looted my money. Fraud company.

The white Friday sale made souq drown in an inch of water. Order delivery date was after 4 days, but still 12 days later nothing. Customer service apologetic and promised to resolve within 24 hourse. More than 24 hours later NOTHING. A big shame.

If souq is unable to commit for delivery date, why are they mentioning (delivery date) ? This is misleading and causing a lot of frustration and inconvenience. Professionally they should email, call or sms the status, but this never happen as you have to wait for ever. My previous order, I even paid for next day delivery and received my stuff 5 days later. Calling the customer service you only get an apology. They said they will refund the fee I paid for next day delivery, they didn’t. Thanks to new online platforms, will give the customers the freedom to end this arrogant attitude. Really pity for such an amazon company.

Just because there is no Zero stars rating. I made an order on 24th Nov, not delivered until today 14th December! More than 20 days to deliver in Dubai. They keep changing the delivery date. I ordered items from Amazon in the US and they arrived in 5 days! Polite customer service team but not effective at all.

When you dont get an order as per timelines and as soon as you call them they react helplessly like delivery company is in MARS and they are also trying to contact courier.

Simply disgusting customer service as just cancelled one order which was supposed to be received on Monday but Souq guys can't get hold of courier company apparently till now

First: the expected delivery was not accurate meaning they were late with shipments with 2 working days extra.
Second: if you dont call and follow up they will never call you on time. Big companies should never let customers get concerned about following up with them.
Third: Worse call center ever. You ask to speak to the manager and they won't let you speak with them. They ask you to wait for the manager to call you back and i never got the call back.

The worst online shipping site i have ever tried, orders mainly damaged or defective and you will not get any answer or replay to your complains

Worst online shopping experience ever.had to call to sort out my issue for a period of 3 months, and still the issue is not solved and lost my 200$.

I like to do online shopping. Souq was better earlier days. Now they have the worst service. They don't live upto the commitments, made me literally call them everyday to get things sorted out. My issue is still not finished. Horrible experience I must stay. Hope Dubai municipality and Amazon is watching their actions.
