Is been a week since someone came to pick up my return item. No call back. No follow up.
Management needs to fire some people there. Customer service is the worst, good luck everyone.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible customer service. I can't get in touch with a manager or supervisor at all. The number listed on here doesn't even work at all. I can't call them and when I call souqs number directly, they claim that there is no manager or supervisor on-site. Is this a Amazon owned company or some mediocre company ran by people who have no idea what the meaning of customer service is. I am so disappointed in this company. I hope that one day, it will become better.

Absolutely disturbing to note that Souq is doing daylight robbery. I ordered two distinct products from Souk in October last year. One was a tonic and the other was a cream. Ordered 3 pieces of each product. One was priced at around AED 180 and the other AEd 250. These were ordered in two consignments because of stock issues.however I received all 6 of cream. After several mails and conversations with Customer services I managed to convince them to take 3 of them back. Which they did again in two consignments. I got a refund for the first consignment which was for one piece and am still awaiting the refund of AEd 500 odd for the other two pieces. I have complained several times but their customer services is just not bothered. Hope after a public post someone will call me. Otherwise I will be storming into their office one of these days.

The worst customer service ever. I have been waiting for 3 days for their not only bad but disaster partner q express to pick the item I wanted to return.

Everyday they send me sms saying that the courier is on the way and I get back home but no one shows up for 3 days. I called both souq and q express call centers many times but it's just waste of time. I requested to talk to a manager or a person in charge in both companies to avoid meaningles ticket creation process, not surprisingly no one called although they said they would.

This is just the beginning. I don't know how much more terrible experience I will have once they manage to pick the item (like it is rocket science). I ordered several products from souq before without any problem but seemingly the problem begins when you want to return a product.

I will forward this issue to Amazon global to let them see the "quality" provided by souq.com

Worst website in the world! I placed an order 10 days ago and I was charged for it. I follow up on the delivery and find out the order never went through, I was not notified and the amount was credit to my Souq wallet WITHOUT my knowledge and I am traveling in 2 days and those were gifts for my inlaws! I am NEVER ordering from Souq again! WORST SHOPPING SITE IN THE WORLD. UNRELIABLE!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! The way you get treated is unacceptable. 2 months of calling to get my refund. Get promises to get a call back but never do! WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM Souq again!

Happy to take money from you but ZERO customer service, 2 items in a row never delivered, chased them everyday but no way to contact them in person, only via the website which tells me my ticket has been resolved.

Worst Worst customer service, unbelievable response, I made a warranty claimed and 20 days are over but no one from souq and courier service provider contact me back. I am following them every other day but not action. Since I am existing customer and always like to buy products from souq, but now I would not suggest to buy from souq because they will not cover your warranty.

Never select the same day delivery. You pay for it and they never deliver on time. Stick with the free delivery option; the only difference is you pay but wait the same amount of time.

When you try reviewing a product you have purchased, if the product is bad then they do not publish the review stating that "you have submitted a complaint, not a review". Unless you give positive feedback in the review, it won't get published.

Very bad service, its been more than ever, I changed my address and i updated it on thier website and however all the items are still going to the previous address, making me drive my car to pick them up from the old area i live in.

This is worst, I order laptop 25 days ago, I received but without charger, I returned it, I ask for refund they didn't do that, again I said just send me laptop and charger only, always am calling always they are saying tomorrow, it's been 25 days, why this much irresponsible.

I always shop on this site. Until i bought a expensive lens from amazon global via souq, i paid cash on delivery. I returned it because it was a wrong mount. It has been 3 months now and still waiting for my refund.also there’s no proper contact number. They avoid complaints as it seems. So now i just order from eBay, and is better you will get your refund after 2 days.

Very bad experience. I got technical issue w iPhone. After 1 month, "we are still wotking on it and somebody will call you within 24 hours"

I would to inform that the person who came for delivery of the item, the box was opened from one side and felt suspicious as he was arguing me to pay money first and later to open the seal. Attached is photograph taken. He was not ready to listen and was bit urgent in paying the amount first. I was totally disappointed about the service and totally devastated as the product was cut open at one side and camera stolen. He was not ready to give one proper answer as to how the Box is cut open? The scenario felt everyone in my office suspicious. Hopeless service, and I returned it back. All are thief inside this, attached is photograph. Please do not buy anything from SOUQ.

Fake products and poor service, if you want quality products go to Dubai Mall because there only have good quality and original products.
ORIGINAL IS BETTER THAN THE fake
