This company is a SCAM and a FRAUD. Please read my story before making a decision to work with them. Here is my story;

A sales person named Bharat came to my house and gave me a quote of 12,500 AED to pack and ship all of my household items from Dubai to The United states.

We agreed on this price and the movers came to my house on April 24th 2019 and packed all my things into 65 boxes.

On June 6th (two months after packing day) a sales person/manager at Southeast movers named Raghav Poojari took over the account because Bharat had quit his job there due to not being paid a salary.

Raghav gave me "Bills of Lading" and told me that my items are in Singapore. Two days later he told me that the items are in Malaysia. Then he called me and said that I needed to pay and extra fee of 500 AED because there was a spelling mistake on one of my cargo documents.
I had hired a freight forwarder in the USA and handed the documents to them. This American company told me that ALL of the documents were forged and fake and that the papers given to me by Southeast shipping were all scams. So not only had they taken 12,500 AED from us but then asked us for another 500 AED to fix the FAKE cargo documents.

After many many many phone calls later and follow ups (Raghav ignored my messages and calls) I went to an office called MSC in the Deira area.
I found MSC because on one of the fraudulent (fake) papers Southeast had given me, the MSC logo was visible. MSC told me that the paper is nothing but s quote from them to price a container that was later cancelled!

A very kind manager at MSC agreed to call Raghav and ask him what the story was. I was at the MSC office from 8: 30 am to 11: 00 am for Raghav to tell us the story. Finally he was forced to confess that he had been lying the whole time and that they took my money and never shipped the items.

This means from April 24th until June 6th, all of my 65 boxes were not shipped at all! All of them were in the Southeast's Warehouse in Sharjah Industrial area. Meanwhile Raghav had been lying to my family and I telling us that our items were in Asia somewhere. (Singapore and Malaysia)

The manager at MSC helped me move my cargo from the Southeast warehouse. I hired a moving company and went to their Sharjah warehouse where I found my boxes and maybe 500 other boxes probably belonging to other families awaiting their items.

The new moving company took my boxes, and I had to pay them 2,500 AED to move my boxes, unpack them and then repack them again (because this is USA customs law, also I cannot trust that Southeast have not added or removed items to/from my boxes.)

Then I had to hire a Dubai customs broker and pay them their fees to take care of my cargo documentation which cost me 1,500 AED and I also paid MSC 7,500 AED for a 20 Ft container. This totals up to 11,500 AED.

So now I have paid Southeast 12,500 AED (for nothing) and the new companies a sum of 11,500 AED.

Southeast agreed to pay me 7,500 AED back only, so they wrote me a post dated check for August 8th 2019 because they claim that they do not have any money. I took the cheque to the bank and the bank explained to me that this was an invalid cheque. So I wen to the police and the kind Dubai officers called Raghav and he agreed to give another cheque that is not invalid also post dated for August 4 2019.

Today is July 6th 2019 and after 50 messages and phone calls and threats of going to the police he gave me another cheque, and as of now I have no way of knowing if the second cheque Southeast has given me will clear or not since it is also post dated for August 4th 2019. They know that I am traveling and have been trying to buy themselves some time. However I have a lawyer in Dubai who holds all of my documents and should the second cheque not clear on the given date, he will proceed with the legal issues.

If you find a good review about this company, then it is fake without any doubt. I have filed a case in consumer protection, and planning to file one in cyber crime department.people who faked the reviews (all these girls are the owner's friends.they live in UAE not send any shipments.

Most fradulant company I have ever dealt with actually 1 star of review is a lot for them since there is no negative. They do not value anything such as time, money, cargo & energy. We moved a house hold goods with them there is such a poor service that the cargo is still lying in their warehouse for nearly a year. We have kept on asking enumber of times but they are neither releasing the cargo or refund of money which we paid in advance. They are claiming the cargo rejected in the destination by customs & they have brought back to Dubai, we have to pay them again as well. Totally messed up concept, unprofessional & unethical. Pls do not spare a single second & single penny to them, it's total waste. Can't blame them in any manner they are beyond all of them. The reviews given as 5 are might be their close contacts or biased. Surely a fradulant company opened a money machine that's it.

Thank you Southeast team, even my absence, your appropriate coordination with my brother in Sydney I was able to receive my cargo on time.

Unfortunately I did not check the reviews prior to engaging this company. If I had I would not have used them. I found them very slow on any responses to any queries and they also straddled me with additional cost in excess of 30% of the original quotation even though I have black and white response via email clarifiying these cost were to be bourne by them. So in esscence if you are brave enough to use this company (I advice against this) then also add an additional 30% to their quotation a that's what you will pay in the end regardless of supporting documentation stating otherwise

Bunch of illiterate unethical liars. Starting from owner Rubin to employees like Anthony, Reshma are kind of liars, who will go to any extent just to earn money by cheating customers. To my utter disgust when I spoke to Rubin the owner - he was telling me story because i complained - saying "if you go to a restaurant and complain about the waiter - he may spit on the food and serve you'. And yeah the employees and owner are expert in blocking you on whatsapp when you ask them for status of your shipment. First Reshma blocked me and later the owner Rubin. We have recently booked a cargo from Dubai to Kuwait with them. As per our initial agreement, the cargo was to be delivered in Kuwait installed in Kuwait within 12-15 days once they collect the goods from my house in Dubai. We paid AED 9,100 in cash for their services. They are supposed to take care of all clearance papers but they didn't, I had to do all on my own.
1. They have collected the cargo on 24th May 2018, and the cargo started moving from Dubai on 17 June, 2018 and finally delivered on 24 June after fighting and complaining to Dubai Chambers.
2. Initially we were told that we can relax and we don't need to do anything in Kuwait. The goods will be delivered and installed as we subscribed for door to door services. Now they are telling that I need to get some documents done by Kuwait Ministry? On top of that they aren't telling me which documents. Finally I had to run around in Kuwait from pillar to post and complete all the documentation including clearance which cost AED 1,080 excluding Kuwait custom cost of AED 500 + Dubai Custom + Saudi Customs - all were transferred to the customer
3. Our container was supposed to be sent separately, and after 2 weeks they sent the container clubbing with 2 other customers. Never take their services. They are thugs/cheaters and liers

Not only are these guys are a complete rip off, they are incompetent to boot. At first I thought that they would be ok as their price was at market rate, turns out they transferred all the charges to the destination end to make their local price competitive. They completely misjudged the volume, even though I continuously questioned their packing team, they gave me assurances that I had plenty of room in my 20ft container, so I added more things. It ended up more then 3 cubic meters over the volume of a 20ft container. Once I found that out a week or so later, I told them to unpack and remove the excess, which they refused to do unless I paid extra. The shipment was delayed departure by nearly 3 weeks because they wouldn't pay the additional fees for the 40ft container. They came with a solution where I paid an extra $280.00 only for the 40ft container, I was running out of time, so I took that option. On receipt of the container in New Zealand I received a $2700.00 bill instead of the promised $700.00, then I found out that they hadn't even insured it, even though I sat in their office and agreed with them what kind of insurance to use. This is only the tip of the iceberg with my Southeast shipping drama, AVOID USING THEM AT ALL COSTS!

The worst company we have ever have dealt with. We handed over our cargo on 3 Oct and it’s January now and we don’t even know where our shipment is. They don’t even bother to respond to emails no matter how many times we email them. If lucky, we receive one email per many emails that we send. We are calling them on a daily basis from sydney and they have two standard answers to tell right from Day one, 1. The port in Singapore is congested and the vessels are delayed 2. We will get back to you with all the details before end of the day. We have been hearing the same thing from them for the past 3 months and they refuse to give any genuine information on our shipment. We are having a nightmare with these guys as all our fundamental housing stuffs including clothes and children items are in the cargo. We are taking up this matter with the highest level authorities in Dubai. Wish we had a Zero on the rating to give to these guys.

They gave me a quotation and then a liar called me to change the price, his name is Prabhu! He starting making up lies about having to cross 4 borders to get to Muscat from Dubai. He mentioned that he has to pass through Salaa, Bat-haa and other borders that are on the way to Saudi Arabia, and I was requesting a shipment to Oman.
Such an unprofessional company and you should not even attempt calling them, just a Fraud and will charge you unnecessary costs and make up lies to cover it up.

IF YOU WANT YOUR PEACE OF MIND STEER CLEAR FROM THAT MOVING COMPANY. These guys gave us the best offer and the least time for moving our furniture to our country, only to find out later that they subcontracted our shipment. It took us more than a month to receive our furniture intead of the promised 14 days. They tried to avoid our calls and gave us worthless lip service excuses regarding the location of our furniture. When it finally made it to our country we had to pay an equivalent of 80% extra fees to a network of agents who handled the shipment and made the delivery, and this was NOT mainly tariffs nor customs. These local agents were asking for shipment fees.

Was afraid once i saw some bad reviews but after dealing with them had an AWESOME experience. I received my shipment on time, they kept me updated on each and every aspects, unlike other companies they have no hidden charges, everything was explained upfront. Overall had a WONDERFUL experience, Keep up the good work guys. Cheers!

Worst company ever! They are frauds!
They delayed my shipment for over 7 weeks. I had to pay way over the estimated amount and while shipment arrived in Canada on 19th September, it's 12th October today and I still haven't received my cargo. I have had to buy a lot of stuff which I already had in my cargo.

Their agents here in Canada are just like them. Unprofessional and unethical. They don't honor their word and keep on changing the estimated delivery time.

Overall, I had the worst experience ever and had to follow up at least a 100 times - they never bothered to update me. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone and if there's any authority in Dubai that overseas such companies, I'd like to lodge a serious complain against them.

Pleasure to say you were exemplary in customer service. You engaged us from the very beginning with a concern for our overseas shipment. You warned us about new vendors, worked with us on the closing price, and met our demand of door to door delivery to Ontario, sent an expert team of packers with a splendid team captain who made miracles happen when it came to making sure everything is well packed. Even though the shipment was delayed by a week (reason for the 4 *), the agents appointed by u at Canada coordinated well with us and ensured safe and secure delivery

Mr. Abdullah Elkadi, you have asked our team to come and do the packing and moving from Ruwais which is 350 KMs away from Dubai and we have done complete packing and brought the shipment to our warehouse.but you have taken another quote from a different company without packing and transport.and falsely accused our team and shipped it through another company.have you paid even for the packing and transport? Are you not ashamed of cheating our company? And writing bad reviews? Of course we understand that it was your plan from the beginning to get a free packing and transport.but remember we have spent more than AED 2000 to on packing materiel, Transport and Labors.we are here in Dubai since 2003 and moving tens of hundreds of families every year! Our reputation cannot be spoiled by one or two guys like you.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service company. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I placed an order for a shipment to New Delhi, India. Stuff was packed on 30th May 2017, and I paid the invoice on the 4th June (Invoice No 040617). There was absolutely no news from them for over a month on my shipment, I followed up with them on 18th July, only to find out that my shipment has not been released and is still in Dubai. I spoke with the operations executive (Prabhu and Usman) who just wouldn't answer why my shipment was delayed, let alone an apology. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone, I'm struggling to get responses from them. You'll be chasing them endlessly and be stuck as your shipment gets stuck with their poor network of logistics, PLEASE DO NOT TRY THEIR SERVICES IF YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS ON TIME!
