We are glad had a positive experience at SOY Chinese restaurant!

The sizzling prawns and chicken at the Chinese restaurant were outstanding! The sizzling presentation added a unique touch, and both dishes were bursting with flavorful goodness. A definite must-try for anyone visiting!

NEEDLESS to say, the service team Mr. Rohit, Amit, Jodh did excellent job to make this day special… Well done.

Loved the Indian Chinese food! The Manchurian sauce was authentic. The wanton with chilli oil was super flavourful. The fried rice could have been better. I think the choice of rice should be different. Overall a good experience.

There is nothing extra special in the food. The servings are few yet expensive. It is overlooking skating rink.

The 3.8 stars that the restaurant currently has reflect exactly what the restaurant offers. The food is really not tasty and with some things you have to ask yourself whether what you ordered really belongs in the food, so it's indefinable.
The bottom line is that any fast food is better here.

Super quick service and excellent food. Some noise due to the location, but should be expected.

I love the food specially the sushi. And the place is crowded but it’s fine. And I just want to say thank you to miss Rochelle she’s so polite and very patient with us.

Every time I went there, I enjoyed the food. The quality is very good and they cater to your special requests. I think they need to make their table size a little bigger.

Tasty Chinese restaurant with some dishes from the panasian kitchen.
I had a good enough Ramen and some spring rolls.
The atmosphere is quiet because of it's own space, in the corner above the ice rink of Dubai Mall.

It came super quick, after like one minute but was one of the worst Ramen I've ever had. Too salty, even for a strong Ramen, noodels tasteless and completely dissolved, hard and dry boild egg and for 69AED I was definitely hoping for something else.

I really liked their crispy vegetables.it was somethibg very unique! Must try!
The wonton were good.but the sauce was average.
However, service by AMIT was really bad! He didn't feel like working I guess, didn't greet us, didn't even bother to give us cutlery! Very slow too

The food tasted so bad, I ordered a Pekin duck and it tasted so dry, and the bone are not even well cleaned. The noodles are soggy and taste like nothing. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Absolute poor customer service, the cashier seemed to be in a bad mood, we even asked for a manager, she said no manager here i am the one IN charge, extremely bad attitude and arrogant, eventually led to an argument. We kept requesting her to be polite, the boy in the kitchen had to come out and request us to let it go.
Hope SOY looks into this. (check the camera at 11: 00 pm)
Will never go or recommend it to anyone else

Spring rolls were not good.
Papaya salad was extremely spicy.
Duck noodles were tasteless (ended up adding sauce from our curry to it).
Only decent thing was the red curry.

Be warned regarding what is considered a main dish and what is a side dish.

NEVER again!
(This dinner reminded us why we have not been to Soy in 10 years. Last time was a very poor experience too. Lesson learned!)

We enjoyed our experience. We were oriented properly with the menu and everyone is accommodating. The food is perfect.

I have a bad experience in this restaurant we almost got scammed. We had three typical meal.when we order the bill. The guy wearing black clothes came and just give us the card machine with 5999AED on it without showing us the bill.we were shocked and worry of what did we eat couldn't believe that was so expensive.when we asked to see the bill he show us in the tablet with 219 AED. And we ask why you put 5999 AED in the machine he says 'ohh it was a joke' and then corrected it to the original price. Always check your bill and the amount entered into the machine for the card payment.

I wasn't able to eat during may last visit because my baby won't stop crying. But I am leaving a review to acknowledge how nice the staff were.
There was one guy wearing black uniform, I am not sure if he was a supervisor or manager I wish I had a chance to ask him for his name. He was very nice and attentive, he tends to tables and checks on us every now and then seeing that we have an infant with us.
We had the dim sum set and it was lovely, looking forward to trying it again.

Nice little place tucked away in the food court of Dubai mall. The menu is pretty big with lots of options so I found it hard to decide. But that’s because they have so many good dishes to chose from. Lovely food and love the spice level.

Very delicious and varied menu, a lot of vegetarian options. Staff is nice and everything was done rapidly. Loved it

3.5 stars would be my actual rating, the food is good but not great. The quantity in my opinion doesn't justify the price. There are better Chinese restaurants out there. My recommended dish would be the Crispy beef. Overall, worth one visit if you have the entertainer. Also worth mentioning, for a table of less than three, only one entertainer voucher is applicable, only became aware of this at the time of billing.

If you’re looking for a place to show off your chopsticks skills, you can come here, but if you’re looking for authentic Chinese dish, dont go here.
Chengdu wonton are definitely not the flavor of Chengdu; peking duck is super dry; hun fen is Pad Thai noodle, not the chinese 河粉， vegetable hun fen costs 71 which is not worthy at all

We ordered mixed dimsum, fried noodle, and duck. The noodle was tasteless, dimsum was not fresh and tasted weird, duck was dried, the wrapper is thick and not enough. The pinacolada was good though. It’s hard to finish the food, really. And to pay 200AED for this was very disappointing. This is by far the worst Chinese Restaurant i’ve ever visited.

Very pleasant restaurant and the food is delicious. The only downside: I ordered tea and expected a Asian restaurant level tea, not Lipton. But besides that it was great.

I liked the food and the service the staff are very nice and helpful, they come and ask if i need anything ever once and a while.
The service was nice and fast

One of a few restaurants in the dubai mall food court (the closest ones are mainly fast food chains). The food is delicious and it also looks great. There is a lot of variety and the prices are good. Staff is welcoming and friendly. You might also be lucky and have a great view of the indoor skiing track of the mall.

Great food, drinks and service. Must try the beef sizzler, it's delicious! The chicken lollipop is also a must try and the sauce is very different and yum.

Once in a while we are dining in here. This wonderful restaurant has left the best impressions that made us comeback! Hospitable hosts, delicious Chinese cuisine, beautiful presentation, wide menu list and calm ambiance. It’s a little bit Pricy but worth it cheers to the Team!

Excellent Asian food, mainly Chinese and Thai. My favorite dish was the plate of a combination of noodles and rice, with your choice of chicken, prawns or vegetables. I recommend the prawns as spices and flavored were yummy. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The seating area overlooks The Ice Rink

Had Peking Duck and triple szhewan. Awesome taste and food presentation. Sauces and spices were great. Duck was moist. Menu was accessible through QR code, innovative keeping social distancing rules in place.

Soy serves the yummiest Chinese ever. I don't know if it's the most authentic but I don't care, it's the tastiest and that's what matters for me I enjoyed my meal to the last bite. The black pepper beef was delicious and the Chilli garlic dimsum was drool worthy. I'm definitely going to keep visiting it often. I'll also recommend them to my friends and family

We were disappointed. We ordered sushi, hot sour soup, and chow mine with rice. Everything was absolutely tasteless. The server was nice but the food is horrible. Don’t try this place unless you have to.

Within the Dubai Mall food court it's a tasty, good service asian restaurant with good views over the ice rink.

Usual high Dubai pricing of course, but the quality is good.

Nice tasty food but quite expensive. We ordered two dumplings and the main course, the quality was OK but the overall price is 100 AED per person that doesn't reflect the quality and service.

Had the fried rice big bowl set and peking duck. The fried rice serving is generous, but the taste is mediocre. Using the entertainer coupon is worth it, otherwise don’t bother with paying aed70 for a bowl of fries rice.

Delicious Chinese foods. But it is salty than usual. This is located in Dubai Mall. Highly recommendable

We ordered schechuan fried rice veg, sizzling chicken chilly, a dish with saucy prawns (cant remember the exact name) i will say semi gravy:). Simply amazing. Quickly served. Overall good experience and nice ambience overlooking ice skating rink. Can't wait to try other dishes as well.:)

The food is strange cross between Indian Chinese and authentic Chinese, thus making it a rather confusing culinary experience. We ordered chicken chow mein, vegetable tofu sizzler plate and vegetable wantons in a spicy sauce. The sauce turned out sweet and wantons were poorly made. All dishes tasted quite average, however the service was good and attentive.

Terrible service.do not recommend whatsoever.food is bbad service is worse. I recommend Din Tai Fung in Mall of the Emirates.much better service and value for money. DO NOT GO HERE.

Very poor quality of food and service. Ordered Pad Thai that was nothing like the one on the menu picture. Was missing all the condiments that go with pad thai and the sauce looked and tasted like something from the can or bottle, so artificial and bad. At the table they had advertisements for the special offer that when I asked waiter about them he said that is not valid anymore. Overheard people sitting at the next table complaining about portion sizes and service. Overall bad experience and I don’t think I will go there again
