Very bad service, as a Hilton diamond member I was expecting welcome sweets, no cookies, and phone is ringing but no response. Very bad experience

Lots of mold issues found in several rooms.
Staff tried to be helpful, Hotel section much nicer than residence apartments

Amazing experience, Leah was wonderful and I really enjoyed the massage she did for me (hot stone). Facilities are a bit old and you can see it but service makes up for everything. Loved it!

Barber messed up my hair

I told him to do a mid taper and he did it short and messed up my hairline. He also rubbed the comb on my face hard and popped my acne.
