Great view, however very slow room service and poor quality breakfast. Waited over an hour for our luggage to arrive to our room, which had edible items that needed refrigeration. Kept following up however it was still terribly delayed.

I was there in May, 10 days, the hotel doesn’t even qualify as 4*, we took 3 meals but didn’t eat because the cooking was poor and not tasty, in Dubai you can book 3* but I don’t recommend this one

Very low service and the beds are not clean , bad smell all over the floor and the rooms are full of dirts , the bathroom toilet broken all the day keep bleeding out the water , slow service ! I take apartment with two rooms two bathroom kitchen...

Good location, close to the subway. Every staff wear a smile, excellent breakfast, okay dinner, nice swimming pool. Check in and out was a breeze. Shower drainage is slow, but we ind of get use to it.
