This is frod company very bad products and all copy products plz not buy anything products of this store guys and I already compalin to the lebor cot.

Very very very BAD experience and BAD Attitude by the owners.
I took my daughter's cycle to fill air. Both owners (husband and wife) refused the service saying the cycle wasn't bought from there.
Infact i had bought 2 cycles earlier and also used to buy birthday products.
The shop didn't had any customers and it was just deserted.
What a worst customer service and attitude. I request people to refrain from this shop. I will not recommend nor go there in my life. They spoiled almost 10 years of my experience with this shop

I took two cycle from this shop.cost wise it's too costly when I compare to other shop. But still we took it for 860 dhs total (small one for my 3 yrs old son and big cycle for my 9 yes old daughter.). They promised will do the service if we bring back at the time of purchase.after coming back first the chain came out from both the cycle. We fixed it again but still it's coming out every time they use. So went back to give it for service. There comes the twist. They were not ready to do the service in the evening time.expecting us to come some time period in the morning. We argued it's not possible for us to come in day time.after the argument they were fixed it with a bad face. After coming back again the same problem arises. So ppl don't go to this shop they r cheating ppl.
