Wish i could stay here longer! The whole apartment was elegant. I like the style of the living room and oh i love the couch. Very homey. As well as the kitchen. Complete and they provided new kitchen accessories. It’s very accessible to the tram and grocery store. It’s is also near to Dubai Marina walk and JBR walk.

Horrible flashing lights at night intruding on the view of the entire marina. No pattern and no point other than to spoil the area surrounding it and annoying those that have to look at it

Rooms and layouts are fine. The outside light is too bright and I can't sleep. It's also a waste of electricity.

New, clean, beautiful building with one of the best viewa in marina. What i like the most is guest car park area which most of the building forget about.

I don’t understand why there has to be a thousand lights outside of sparkle tower. This building has literally ruined the view of marina and a lot of people are fed up with the lights blinding us and ruining the view. Is it really necessary, something must be done about it because it’s literally an inconvenience. Please let’s sign a petition to get rid of the lights because I know my building is not the only people who had enough of this ridiculous lights. My neighbors are moving out to due to this and I love where my home is and why should we leave because of sparkle tower.

Horrible how it ruins my view of the marina such an Obnoxious building. Its hard to sleep with my blinds open now cause if feels like day time at night cause it’s so bright.

Why do you have to insist on having your outside lights so bright, blinding people in every apartment near you. It is rude and ignorant and unnecessary.

The location is ideal. We have visited several apartments but are not completely satisfied with the layout. And the highest floors have been sold out: (However we are still considering it. I give 5 stars for the location
