I tried to get registered as a GP by myself but ended up with returned application, then I took services of Spectronix and everything went smoothly and I got my eligibility letter.

The overall experience was good. I got my eligibility letter. Every time I asked, I got early response.

I got in touch with them for my MOH exam application process. They were helpful. Ms Paramjit always responds to any doubts or queries over the message. Thanks to them, I got my MOH eligibility letter without any problem.

Worst experience ever. They are best until you paid the fees. It's been already 2 YEARS since we started the process for MOH license. I have been communicating with at least 10 different people. Each of them say they will update me the following day and never do. And requesting the same documents once and once again. Between their fees (one of the most expensive among this kind of companies) and documentation here in Spain, I have already spent 5,000€. The more unprofessional service I have seen in my entire life in any field of business. Also, no a single people from Dubai I had asked for, knows its existence. I could write a book describing why I think that they took me for a fool, and showed a total lack of respect regarding the whole process. I can not explain enough how much disappointed and frustrated I feel. I have already lost my job offer I had due to their incompetence. Please use other option if you do not want to loose your money, your time and your patience. I wish I could suit them.

It is 100% untrue what he was replying. They are so unprofessional that they could not read accurately what I had wrote about spending 5000€. I said among all the documentation and their fee. My application was not rejected because of my papers. It was rejected because they did not requiere the correct documents to me. A totally lack of communication, please do not treat me like an idiot. You can see my profile and see that I have no reason to discredit without reason. Just warming other people about how bad you proceed with your business.

One the most expensive and exhausting experiences in Dubai, my wife paid a lot to help with the eligibility letter and they are just taking money she passed from third time even with their resources and even the team are not friendly and cooperative at all that they promised to hire after passing which did not happen, don’t recommend to anyone for Dha exams as we do regret it.

They are best till we paid our fees, you will be in suffer to get their support after paid the money. My sister registered for DHA examination and after paying the money she really fed up with their services. No proper communication and no support. So think before you proceed

I applied for Dubai Specialist license in June 2020. The most important point is that Ms. Paramjeet Kaur took personal interest in the task and got the job done.

The first step was Dataflow verification of documents. This step was promised to be completed in two months, but unfortunately took much longer (5 months). Most of this delay was caused by Dataflow company which was beyond the control of Spectronix. Applicants need to be aware that they may have to chase Dataflow frequently themselves.

The other steps of taking a test and submitting ancillary documents were completed by Spectronix efficiently,

I have paid 8500 dhs for haad exam for my wife.i lost my money because this consultancy need only money.starting their talking was very sweet after got money they changed their words and attitudes also their behaving very badly.this 8500 dhs i have made by my handwork and right way.they don't know how poor people making money because they getting money in this easy way.last day i went there with my wife and 4 years old baby to ask money.when we start to talking really i surprised their director & that lady (who cheated us in nice words) behaving to us like we are their enemies.after that i realized we are just one from many clients who has trapped from them.anyway all i given to god. I have paid 10000 AED for Dha licensing. Siddharth and Paramjeet were people who I was dealing with. They were in contact with me until I paid, after that no one answered and bothered to answer. I didn’t even get login details for my dha website. When there was technical error with dha they could not do anything. They charged me 10000 AED for nothing. Siddharth owner of company initially acknowledged and said he will charge 20% service fee and he indeed stand the whole situation and rest of money he will refund. Then after 1 week suddenly he said he cannot pay and will not pay and changed his words in a blink of eye. They will keep changing their words. Anyway I believe in God. I have put my life at risk working in frontline during pandemic and saved my money and they did this to me. If this is what is justice so be it. God is great.

My wife is a dermatologist and She had some issues with dataflow, because of some wrong submission of documents. It was a clerical mistake on our side while submitting. However because of this our application got stuck. We tried with many people, companies and the authorities aswell. However, we got no help.
Luckily i met this company, they gave me the right picture and said they will try their best to do it.
They charged me for this service, but honestly they were the only one who could solve this problem for me.
My wife got a good job after and it was worth all the effort.

I will give 5 stars for this team, from the beginning of my process till its completion they have done remarkable job. I remember one lady called me her name is Joy, she was amazing by guiding me and how things to be done. Very very kind staff I met in their office. My process was last January and by February I got my License wow. I would like to thank the entire team for this. I will definitely refer you to my friends.

Dont think they should call themselves a Consultancy. If you made the payment you shall never hear from them. Even After 100s of calls they will not assist you. Ms Paramjeet who is suppose to be the operator for doctors changes her tone and behavior the day you do the payment. Not even one jobs was offered or proposed from their end and the entire fees goes in their pockets. People are fired overnight on a regular basis with Faizan to Lita to Mita, all changed without any information or update. The actions that take 2 days were done after 30 days.
Most of the staff are super arrogant and they will say we will put the CV online and thats the only assistance they will do.
So please be careful before getting into any deals with them and most of the jobs you can do yourself. If you have extra money to throw then please go ahead.
