Spice Affair Restaurant by Urban Tadka

Visited this restaurant multiple times, had many take aways too.
My personal favorite is their daal khichdi. Chaats are alright found it a little pricey though.

It is a pure veg restaurant, and I tried a few times, its good. Menu have healthy, chaat, sweet, and fast foods. Many items are a little expensive and few are reasonable prices. Little disappointed as filter coffee is not available in this restaurant. Mostly less crowded and no need to worry about seat availability. Restaurant is facing the main road and thus cars to be parked backside in RTA parkings (C).

A North Indian vegetarian spot with variety of dishes.

Cons: Curry portion need to be improved.

Gobi lollipop
Vegetable fried rice
Pan peda (sweet)

Sweet varieties are really superb.

We arranged birthday party for daughter and it was extremely satisfying service given by restaurant staff.
Very tasty and awesome food served by the restaurant and everyone liked it.

We ordered pav bhaji. It was ok, though I have had better. The price is also on the higher side than expected. They can work on the bhaji.

Have visited the restaurant for so many time, and have tasted best Pizza Dosa there, the menu item has vast range of vegetarian options for your taste while having various sweets for dessert option.

Also, the outside Pani puri stall also serves the best Pani puri i have tried here in UAE and has been on my list for a day to day item for so long.

I found this hidden gem after staying in Al Nahda 2 Dubai for more than 2 years. It has perfect Mumbai style Kanda Bhaji. Ragda Pani Puri. Dahi Puri. Ragda Pattice. We also tried Paneer Tikka Masala with Butter Naan Amazing Taste for all. Ambience also decent. Perfectly located in middle of Al Nahda Dubai. Will definitely visit agiain to try more stuff.

Happy to find this restaurant here in Al Nahda, Dubai which also serves evening chaat. Tried Golgappe, Samosas and Jalebi. I wld like to Rate Golgappas 3 out of 5, Samosas 3.5 out of 5 and Jalebi 3 out of 5.

Over all it was good.

Apart from this i felt their breakfast, lunch and dinner Menu a bit expensive.

So here i am writing again today 10th December 2020, ordered Chole bhature along with mango lassi for breakfast. Those who are looking for Delhi type Chole bhature will not be happy with Chole which was served with bhature. So as a delhite i was bit disappointed. I have tried chole bhature in southern part of India and it was quite similar to that. Out of 5 i will rate 2.5 for chole bhature because the price is 20 aed which is bit on higher side. Mango lassi was good, but it was a normal lassi, not like a Punjabi lassi which have lots of cream and nuts. Mango Lassi 3 out of 5.

Again visited this place on 30th April 2022. This time tried Jini Dosa and Chinese Manchurian noodles cheese dosa. Both Dosa's were brilliant.

Very bad. I told them so many times not to add sweet in masalapuri and when the food came home its too much sweet.and the Gobi manchurian was very salty.its not the 1st time they are doing this.very bad.and they over charge.

It was bad experience too much price and food was not up to mark they’re literally making fool to client, we order maratha kadi and roti and we wasted money it was 46 dhiram and we feel like better any small cafeteria.

One Place which Statisfys my cravings for Proper Indian Taste. One of the Best i came accross. Friendly staff, Quick Service, Yummmy foooodd. One Thing i always Love there Tea and Fresh Juice with Grill Sandwich.

Bit expensive, taste is good nice ambiance. Delivery is cheaper than dine in. Or eat outside which is better for snack up.

Good quality vegetarian Restaurant, Angara paneer tikka a must have, kala khatta and khaccha keri drink very good.

Ordered Ragda Patrice, Masala Dosa and Wada Sambhar, liked all 3 dishes, tasty, fresh, served super hot which I love. Friendly staffs, clean environment, fast service. Just found other items on menu very pricey for a veg restaurant, would love to still try other items someday soon.

A go-to vegetarian place in Al Nahda, Dubai area.
Supreme quality, amazing staff and widespread menu options. From chaat to punjabi to chinese. Everything is nice and delicious.
They're linked to Urban Tadka (from Karama) so maintain the taste very well.
Vada pav will take you back to Mumbai roadstyle food.
Service is decent - expect some crowd over the weekends but generally not a lot of waiting time.
They also have a party hall for small gatherings.

Very badly managed and maintained. Also many times their chat and food is not fresh it’s like your eating left over food. The chat price vary if you dine inside you pay more and if you stand outside you pay less. This is very ridiculously managed. I think they need municipality check.

They don't even give hot water to drink. We need to buy the packed water bottle to make their business. Pathetic.it's over priced and didn't find that much taste in food.

Amazing chat corner.many people are unaware that Spice Affair is branch of Urban Tadka karama.craving for tongue tingling chat then this is a must visit food joint

Just recently the service and food is getting very bad. Never expected that a restaurant will stop caring about its quality and services once they get their fames. Extremely disappointed

Their chaat counter will send ripples of joy throughout your body. It looks mouth watering and tastes good enough to well and truly satiate you. Heck, they serve kothimbir vadi too, along with vada pau and samosa. That's a quintessential mumbai snack. The taste ain't typical mumbai but my guess is, you won't mind that at all. The counter guys are very affable. This is a must visit for chaat lovers. I tried the chhole as well and it's good. You just keep your expectations in check, though. Because it ain't like the typical yummy punjabi chhole, but doesn't matter.

Food quality is going down. I had ordered many times from here. Their bhelpuri and sev puri used to be upto the mark but now its bland and spicy. Even their Batura is just the biggest puri. They have the special SA Dosa which was excellent but my recent visit to have that was a super flop.

Really worthwhile food is excellent only price is little bit high. But you will forget after food taste.

Nice restaurant. The quality of food is impeccable. Rates are a bit on the higher side but considering the ambience, hygiene levels and food quality they are ok. The service though is a bit on the slower side.

Simply love their kande pohe, perfectly done soft poha, blended with proper proportions of fried onions, peanuts and the sprinkled Barik sev is an icing with fried chillies on the side. Wada pav served by them is also nice, I love them with garlic chutney though, masala Chai is okay. Lots of other vegetarian options, mumbaite snacks. Recommended for their quick service both in the restaurant and on Zomato.

The restaurant has a great selection of authentic North Indian vegetarian food. They have a good range of snacks and as well as full meals. The portion size are just right. I would definitely recommend there Raj kahori and parathas. The staff is attentive and very pleasant to interact with.

When I think of chats I think of Mumbai. Nobody makes chats as Mumbai does. No matter how much others may claim that there chats are like mumbai chats but no, sometimes they are not even close. But eating at Spice Affair is like eating in mumbai. Really love the chats

One of the finest chat shop in this area. You get the best mumbai road side style chat items. Reasonable rate and amazing taste. Another best thing in this chat shop is the service. All the guys here serve all the food with love and care. As the chat shop is outside the spice affair restaurant you feel like having your chat at a mumbai roadside shop. On top of it you can listen to nice hindi music while you enjoy your chat.

Get the best samosa chat, pani puri, bhel puri, mirchi bajji and amazing jileabis at this place.

Recommend to visit this place if you are a chat lover.

Food is good but take away is always a hastle. Ambiance is too dark nd gloomy. A little overpriced aswell

We had daho bhalla and one other starter which I don't remember. Both were fantastic. Almost 10-15 aed for desi Street food.

Only restaurant that charges you for chutney on ordering dosa. This is about 3AED + VAT for a table spoon of chutney. Awful.

I feel gross explaining all this, but everyone should know. If you serve something less, people will ask for sure and only your restaurant charges for something so basic which itself is ridiculous. So dont justify. Also the chutney that you serve is cold and was stale once before. Dosa which I got was sour so whatever quality standards you speak of is not justified. Now your explanation would be that i must be reporting it the same day? Yes. I did. Please ask your hotel staff.
