SPOT!

Spot is the best! We have been trusting them with our three large dogs for almost 5 years now. Two of our dogs are deaf, and we needed to find a place that would take extra care of them, and Spot! certainly does that. Bryony, the manager, is excellent and extremely professional. I would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy daycare to give spot a try.

The best day care for all dogs! Vesper is so well cared for. The staff genuinely love the dogs here and go out of their way to show them love and a good time. Our dog was a scared and skittish little soul before she started going and now she has made lots of doggy friends and has really come out of her shell. All thanks to loving and gentle encouragement. Spot is also very good at helping in times of crisis… we have had a roof falling in, floods, floors being drilled and at these times we needed last minute care for our dog and Spot came through every time!

Very happy with how SPOT! Looks after both our salukis. We have tried a few other boarding centers, but our dogs love going to Spot! And they are always well looked after!

This is truly a magnificent experience! I love the care and attention that Bryony, Ching and the Spot family have put in creating this experience for our four legged friends. The photos are wonderful, and the service even more so, affordable prices. Thoroughly recommend!

I am very picky when it comes to where I leave my dog. What I am looking for (normally) is safety, for my dog to be treated like a part of the family (i.e. Getting lots of cuddles), being allowed to play quite a lot (my dog is very very playful), safety, responsiveness and a degree of flexibility when it comes to picking the dog up.
Spot offered all that. They provided daily reports, so I knew exactly how my dog was doing, I could see my dog was having fun time playing as well as being cuddled.
If you are looking for a place to leave your dog, I do recommend visiting their website to check the facilities.
We are definitely staying there again.

Amazing dog daycare and boarding facility in Dubai. You really feel like they take the time to get to know you and your dog and they put a lot of effort into making your dog’s day fun and high energy!

I had been using some of the bigger daycares and boarding places in Dubai but was always a bit wary if my rescue who’s a Canaan/shepherd mix Lizzy had enough attention to make sure everything was okay. When I heard of Spot from a few people, I immediately tried them out and I’m so glad I did! The daily reports, pictures, and super fast communication make me feel confident Lizzy is 100% cared for and looked after. As someone who travels a decent amount, this has been a game changer. They also have great prices which makes their care so accessible and affordable. Can’t thank Spot enough!

Its smaller than most places but they made me ms feel comfortabile that i was leaving my timid pup in good hands and they did not diaappoint! 1

SPOT! Is possibly THE BEST doggies boarding/day care set up in Dubai. So accommodating, professional and loving to the fur babies.

My senior pup loves this place! They work with a charity which is how I found my dog, and their rehoming program goes to show their love for animals!

Cannot say enough good things about Spot!

I brought my nervous foster pup in for an initial consultation, and I could barely get him in the door (he was that nervous). When I went to go pick him up, he didn't want to come home, he'd had so much fun and that's how it's been ever since!

He absolutely loves it at Spot and he loves all the staff/caretakers (big shoutout to Bryony, Ching and Sasha - the loveliest ladies.) He even loves the male caretakers, and this is a big deal for a pup who is usually very anxious around men.

The entire team at Spot are so helpful, kind and caring. They love all the pets like their own, and it shows - my foster pup is welcomed with such warm greetings and cuddles in the morning (and he usually reciprocates with some sloppy kisses, which the team sweetly accept!)
The daily updates are wonderful, the facility is great, they're also really flexible, and in terms of pricing they're value for money!

For me personally, it doesn't get any better than SPOT!

Cannot fault SPOT in any department. Always on hand to help no matter what day or time. Staff are great and our dog loves it.

Extremely professional and caring staff. My doggies are super happy when they come back. They send me reports with pictures of my dogs while they are there and keep me updated throughout their day out. I find them very reasonable too.

We love Spot! And most importantly so do our two doggies. We have Spot to thank for introducing us to our second dog who's a very happy addition to our family!

I can't say enough good things - we are always super happy with the service provided - there's always a very quick answer to any queries and most importantly the flexibility to change a booking or to book in last minute!

A highlight is definitely the daily report, it's so great to see that the Pups are having the best day. They always come home completely worn out!

We really liked the unique special touch of the videos and pictures that you provided and the report was lovely. Very professional yet not straight laced, lovely energy for the overall experience.

Our puppy came back happy to see us, but seemed to really enjoy his stay at SPOT with all his puppy pals, I think it really helped him with interacting with the other dogs, this was his first time away from us and overall it seemed like a great experience.

Our poodle Luna staycationed at Spot for 1 week and we were really happy with the service. Staff is kind and attentive and always sends updates, also at the end of each day we recieved a daily report with photos, videos and short summary of the day. Our baby was happy, thank you very much!

SPOT is the only place i would trust with my dog! I think Jackson enjoys going to spot more than he enjoys being with us. The staff all know all of the dogs and owners by name. They give us updates with a daily report card and pictures. The team are very responsive via whatsapp for any questions or requests we have. They work so hard to make the days special by celebrating birthdays, Christmas, Halloween, valentines day etc. They also do special trips twice a week to Bark Park which Jackson LOVES! Would thoroughly recommend!

The team at Spot consistently go above and beyond. They know every dogs name and personality and can match every owner to every dog!

The “spot effect” on my dog is so worth it when he sleeps all evening! And I feel reassured in my choice every time I drop him off and he waggle walks his way through the door!

We had our furbaby boarded at Spot for 3 nights for the first time. The staff are very accommodating. Their turnaround time in answering queries is quick. Updates and photos are being given on a daily basis which are very helpful especially for furparents who are anxious of being away from their furbabies. Plus, they give a 15% discount for rescue dogs. Highly recommended:)

Spot Dubai is in our world one of the best places to bring your dog for excellent care. Everything is attention to detail for special requests. They match the dogs for the best social group. Very friendly staff. Always a good vibe dropping your dog there as customer or dog. They have good services for dropping your dog home and a service to the bark park. They have even groomed my dog and cut its nails. Our dog Suki loves going there. Cant say enough about it. They are also helping to network or recommend contacts for strays and do there very best to help.

Never used their service and don't ever intend do because they lack common decency that a fellow business would attribute to neighbouring businesses.

Last week, we sent him to daycare and there was a bday party - he had a blast!
He came back happy, refreshed and his report had gorgeous pictures of his new friends and the fun party!
All their staff from Bryony to the handlers and the transport staff are all extremely courteous, friendly and professional!

These guys are amazing, my two furbabies love going there, they get so excited when we pull up.
They come home tired but very very happy. I've used them for day care and extended stays and the service is always excellent. I even occasionally add a bubble bath to the day care and they come home soft and smelling wonderful.

I took my dog there today for first time. Awesome. Am so pleased. I was in contact 2 days with Bryony and she has been amazing, helping and advising me with honest advise. Took my golden retriever this morning at 07: 30. Bryony was there. You could see how much she loves the dogs. So caring. She was lovely. Made sure my dog had her lunch. Just picked her up and Bryony was there. My dog obviously had a great time.

I take my Maltese dog to Spot for day care every weekday and have left him for boarding on several occasions. The staff are absolutely incredible my dog is happy going there (except that he would like me to stay there with him too) they are very flexible with timings, which helps with my long hours.
Everyone working there has dogs them selves and they understand what it is like to be a dog parent and therefore are experienced and caring with dogs staying there in a way that is above standards in most other places I visited. Fully recommend

A very good place to keep your pet while you are away. They have awesome daily reporting system and their management communication are excellent. They listen to your requirement and are very flexible for the customer needs.

My dog is quite old and hadn't been to daycare before so I was initially worried he wouldn't settle. The staff were amazing and he had such a fun time that it's made me realise that he's been missing out for so long! Very impressed with the care and love for the animals. He now wags his tail and gets excited when we pull up to the premises!

Spot is like family! My dogs Zoe and Meirah vouch for their service every time we visit and they run in, cause they are treated with love, hugs, cuddles and kisses by all the staff. I highly recommend this place.

I am so happy with Spot! Because the main thing for me is not how fancy the facility is but rather how knowledgeable, certified and actually caring the staff and handlers are!

It’s ultimately a kindergarten, and you wouldn’t put your kids in a daycare that is modern and fancy where the staff aren’t paying attention and are just on Facebook 80% of the time, but rather one with a reputation that the people genuinely love what they do and in this case, truly love dogs - and that’s why I’ve already recommended Spot! As well - I find the daily reports amazing! It’s not just the standard what’s app pictures you tend to get at some places but rather you can get a feel of how your four legged child is doing - which is what is the most important thing - I have no worries at all when I drop Truffle off at Spot

Our 1yr old Weimaraner is not shy, but lacks a few social airs & graces which the pack-play approach of Spot! Is really helping to reset and she is thoroughly worn out by the end of the day!
We have used both daycare and sleep-over services and love the daily reports to let us know what Cali has been up to.
The service and approach of the staff is great, Cali is made to feel like part of their family.

I have a timid rescue dog who can be a bit anxious, but she loves her time at Spot! I feel so comfortable leaving her with them for the day or overnight; they are all very kind and look after the dogs as if they are there own. My dog has started to enjoy her time there so much I am thinking of bringing her once a week even when I am not going anywhere. Cannot recommend Spot! Highly enough for any other dog owners.

One of the best value dog boarding places in Dubai. Dogs socialize together, separated by size. My dog has become a lot more social since going here once a week.

Our dog has been going to Spot for about 6 months now. He really likes the daycare staff here and always gets super excited for each visit.
I often use their online booking system to schedule visits in advance but have also had a few last minute situations and they have kindly let me make the booking on those morning.
The pick up / drop off service has been a life saver but have to book in advance to ensure your spot plus they have an in-house groomer if needed.
I love that they offer winter trips to Bark Park and I get a tried doggy home after a busy day of playing.

Boarded our 2 dogs at spot during the holidays, was lovely to get them back all clean and happy. Absolutely love their daily pictures and reports that they send! Doggies seemed to enjoy themselves! Such lovely staff who love what they do 10/10 would totally recommend Spot! See you guys soon!
