Worst restaurant I have ever seen . Food is below average and the service is worst they won't give extra rice if you ask second time . If you order some curry you have to bring a net with you because you would not find easily any chicken or beef inside.This spot deserve a good management and good staffs.

Very bad service. Change the lady from the billing counter her behavior is not good. Bring someone who can at least smile with the customers and respect.food is expensive and the quantity they give very less. Most of the people visiting here only because there was no other options near by.

Very bad resturant nd there is most of the staffs are very rude especially the one who stand in billing counter the lady dont know how to talk with custmer and how to handle customer i thought it was only for me but my friends also had the same experiance who work in the same floor. Just requsting to the management you need make some changes if you dont want to close the shop soon

I have ordered veg biryani on the occasion of Ganesh festival.

They sent me a biryani which was good at the beginning and then guess what i noticed.found a chicken piece in the middle of the food.

How irresponsible they are? They can't even take care of the food.

And even there is no responsible person to look after this issue. They simply say sorry sir it happens sometimes we use same spoons for both veg & non veg.

They finally said what should we do now sir, if you want money back or fresh food we will send you.

Is this the way you deal or care about your customers satisfaction?

I don't know if I can complaint to food department regarding this issue here or else I would have done that for their irresponsible answering.

The person who takes order is so wreckless will never deliver on time. And misbehaves a lot. I order food from here because my office is nearby but everyday their delivery service is getting even worse and the behaviour on top of that is so unethical.

Awful service! No omelet paratha, only warm juice. Waited for over an hour for the rest of the order. Refused to change the juice. Spring Onion Restaurant needs improvement.

Seriously the most disgusting food I've ever experienced. It was a bag of slop and salt and oil. Nothing was edible. Even the chipati bread was cold and old. Then upon complaining about the food the answer was simply " this is what you ordered. You can see the menu photo and the actual food below. Not to mention there's barely any meat and something else that's in identifiable. Please avoid these rude people. They don't care about food they just want to take your money. It all went in the rubbish.

I am a regular customer. Food is good and tasty. But they bought 4 times wrong food to me. The staff who is taking order is making mistakes continously. Even we make a complaint no use.

Ordered Hyderabadi Mutton, highly suspect this wasn’t mutton meat, did not taste mutton at all, and ribs were extremely small for mutton, not sure what kind of meat that was, will never go back there again, I would rather pay a much higher price for proper meal.

Is the worst restaurant i have ever seen. I ordered South Indian breakfast combo (puttu and chicken masala) for 8 aed. The quantity and quality was worst. I dont suggest anyone this restaurant.

They always served Biryani re-fried or 1day old chicken pc by delivery order. I can tell from the meat texture, so hard and have smell. Even, I humbly requested them to give me fresh one. I will never recommend this restaurant.

My wife regularly ordering from this restaurant. But their costumer service is very poor. Once they delivered mistakenly wrong order, but it took around 3 hours to re deliver the same order. Not valuing costumer needs.

Good quality Indian food. Charcoal all so super green charcoal my favorite. Price is cheap for business bay

I don't like the food, chana masala was too watery and not even like a gravy. The paratha it's not that fresh? Sorry but i have to be honest and yeah the price is a bit affordable but all in all it's not recommendable.

In my 8 year Dubai life I visited more than 50+ different restaurant in Dubai and near by areas. First time this much worst experience I faced. Especially Staff (Cashier) attitude was arrogant. Even they are not provide water also, this one I ask cashier their reply was strange if u want ask us. Their attitude like if don’t come again we don’t loss anything. Waiter was not follow up any customer. After one dishes finished we are waiting for long time nobody attend us. Staff talking each other and don’t mind any customer they don’t ask customers wants anything more or not. Most of table occupied by Talabat delivery boys not comfortable for families. The follow pic was the condition of chicken fried rice, for me it’s like a egg fried rice. We faced difficulties in Al Manara Tower outlet

Spring onion! Worst restaurant in Business bay! The service and the guys working in there are so unprofessional and idiots. Flies everywhere inside. Food takes an hour to come to the table.highly not recommended joint. The owner should know Restaurent don’t take time to shut down in Dubai if they give worst service. Bad Restaurant

They're next to my building and it's their 2nd time they take more than 1 hour to deliver the food and its always cold

Chicken Tikka Biryani is not all good, chicken is not fresh it is very hard to eat and taste is also bad.

Ordered Mega Zinger Burger and a Coca Cola that came with fries:
Chicken wasn't cooked well, it wasn't zinger at all, wasn't sliced well, mid bread portion wasn't cut well, fries were soft as if not prepared fresh, instead of Coca Cola I got Mountain Dew inspite of having it on the reciept (which I returned to the rider)

Decided to throw the burger out after the first bite since it took you guys 40mins to deliver this abomination didn't even want to complain and get a new one or a refund as it would be in vain anyways.

Please deny the order if your kitchen cannot deliver quality.

One of my friend recommend me to go to try the food from spring onion tasty restaurant in silver tower. We order south indian special food serving in Banana Leaf bcz it’s something new for us. But really interesting food with good taste. If iam not wrong its pothichore. 100%worth it

Worst service in delivery made me wait
Almost 90 mins just for one simple delivery and kept on saying in 5 mins it will be delivered which even after 90 mins it is not done yet

And there is this one rude guy on the telephone who doesn't even know to answer the phone.

Frankly speaking one of the good non veg restaurants around here at Business Bay. The food is also tasty and the staffs here at least know how to deal with customers decently.

Day started with tasty poori and potato curry (bhaji) decent pricing and moreover restaurant is very hygienic. I had chicken biriyani also thats also so good. I will recommend for sure.

The food is delicious. I have been eating from the first day I came here to work. The guys see me here all the time.but today I had dollars. I warned the main seller that I have dollars. In order to change dollars from 367 dirhams, the seller took 17 dirhams, although I eat at this restaurant every day. I won't go there anymore. I asked for at least 360 dirhams for 100 dollars.they changed me 350. I said if you would withdraw extra money from me, I would not come here again. They told me not to come.

I order twice for different location at 12: 20 pm. They delivered the first order at 1: 20 pm and the second not. I called them first and said wait for 10-15 minutes. After 40 minutes which is 2: 00 pm, still I haven't received the order. I tried to call them again and no one is answering. I cancelled my order from Zomato. Very bad service.

The worst restuarat experience. Bogus combo offers on food delivery apps like Zomato. Unprofessional. Does not deliver on time. Waited for 2 hours after ordering lunch for 2 hours and nothing happens. Complaints to Zomato, they follow-up and the restuarant says they will take another 10 mins. Waited again. No news. No food. It's already tea time. Finally Zomato cancelled my oder on request and gave me a discount coupon for the negligence of this restaurant.

Ordered a malabari dum biryani from here which tasted average. The Biryani was not authentic malabari style but taste was still good. Hopefully they will improve slightly and I will be back to ordering from here.

Almost every day my breakfast is here and since my building is not close they take some time to deliver but the food is affordable and tastes good. Also I am able to order via zomato and pay by card on Zomato hence eliminating the need to have change present.

THIS IS REGARDS TO DELIVERY: FOOD IS GOOD & WELL COOKED BUT TIME FOR DELIVERY IS DISGUSTING. THEY PROMISED TO DELIVER WITHIN 45 MINUTES BUT USUALLY TAKE 1.30hr OR 1.45hr WHICH IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. & CALLING THEIR DELIVERY GUY. GENTLEMAN PUT IT ON VOICE CALL.

Pathetic delivery services, it took them 1 hr 10 minutes to delivery from one building to another which is located in business bay, wonder how long would they take to deliver far of locations.

3. Not receiving after 12.45 again followed up- then the response was shall send now
4.waited till 1.20 pm from then - not received.

Very well cooked food and at extremely affordable prices. It has that authentic Indian taste and indo Chinese version is even more delicious!
I have been going there a lot and let me tell you it’s worth every single penny! The owner of the restaurant is warm and welcoming. No wonder why it gets a lots of working professionals coming to this place to relish the home-coked experience!

Spring onion business bay is not treating customer properly.taking orders very late.even customer asking something they are saying breakfast time finished. I enquired with manager he is saying we dnt want your business.

I faced a bad service from one of the attendants. Food was tasty. Variety of rice, bread meals are available.

Staff is good.food has variety but juices, faluda and specially Tea is bakwas, like we are drinking tasteless hot water with milk in it.

Worst service. Orderd Samosa and onion uthappam. Delivered only Uthappam that too cold and worst in taste. Payment taken for both. Called 3 times. Now, they are saying if in case someone comes then they will return my money. WORST SERVICE. NO GRANTEE FOR MONEY NO GUARANTEE FOR FOOD. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND. They do not even say sorry or apologize for their mistake.

I had order morning around 8.30 not deliver my order, since 10 am, I had call them and asked where is my order they said the delivery boy on the way, and I called the delivery boy he said sir only 5 mints need more after that not delivery, i will recommend rate 0/0

We had nice lunch & dinner meals at the Spring Onion Restaurant. It is just below the Oberoi Hotel we stayed. The price was fair and the restaurant had air conditioning. They had all sorts of tasty tandoori grills like prawns, chicken wings, lamb and fish etc. Their Naan/roti breads and poppadoms were hot and crispy, the chutney was delicious and the curries were authentic. They had a great selection of Chinese dishes as well. Staff members were very kids friendly. Our baby dropped off her food on the floor and the staff filled up her plate for free. Great Service, wonderful food and lovely people here. Highly recommended!

I worked in the business bay and this hotel was a great escape for me when I fail to bring lunch. Out of all the expensive places around the business bay, I find this place really cheap. Try their charcoal chicken, it is the best and yummiest deal in the whole UAE.

Wouldnt even give one star. Made me wait for an order for double the said time. On the first follow up call they said its on the way and then again when I called to check they say we havent received any order from you, maybe the other branch. Just 15 mins back they d claimed its on the way. Other branch says we havent received either.

Pathetic and irresponsible service of the lowest level. Wont suggest it to anyone at all.
