I had to print a legal document on the Indian stamp paper and on the legal size paper. Had visited many printing offices in Dubai, but they were limited to printing only A4 or A3 size paper. Thanks to Stafford printing services that met my requirements. Excellent service and highly recommended.

I usually don’t put up any review but the person who spoke on the phone was very rude and constantly kept cutting the call and was not interested in providing any proper information!

I had an awesome and unbelievably fulfilling experience with Stafford Print & copy centre. I called up the shop and Mr. Simon was attentive to my call and took my request for binding my medical 750 pages book patiently. He even suggested me the ways I could mold my book and gave me options through wattsapp. We agreed to make 8 wire binding as 1 book would have been very thick (he could have done that too but suggested me the best that I would be comfortable with). The conversation was on call and wattsapp. Mr. Simon was kind enough to send his team person to my home within 30 min and arranged the pick up and drop facility for my books binding. The person who came was also very professional in approach too and understood the details patiently. To my surprise I got my books within 2 hours delivered to my home. This is unbelievable great service. This is called real professional behavior. I am so happy with their service. Highly recommend them for any of your printing requests. AlsIo note they were medical books and requires precision and understanding. I will always get my binding or photocopy work through Mr. Simon and his team. 100%Recommended. All the best team. I regularly use Stafford Print & Copy Centre for all printing that my company requires. We run large scale training workshops and Stafford will print, prepare and package all delgate packs and other various printing needs that we may require. They provide a quick service at a good price and I can highly recommend Simon and the team. I even use them for my personal printing requirements.

These people literally let me stay here for more than an hour because they were attending to people Of their own race.

Dedicated staff and printing in good quality, cheaper price. Good experience with management and staff.

Worst experience everrrrrr. Staffs are rudest in the whole uae, oh no, i meant in the whole world. 1st they will make u wait soooo long before they entertain u, 2nd knowing that the service u need is lesser income they will make u feel they don't need u, even said they cannot make it. 3rd they talk about you in their indian language in front of u, Knowing u don't speak and understand their language. Which I know it's about me since they mention few words in my request. 4th even if they can make the service quickly, they want u to wait and wait while they are doing little chit chat here and there. 5th what u ask them to do us done but since they said certain time, they will make u wait even beyond the expected time. In my case, the guy said 7: 30. When I called prior to claiming it, a guy said it will be ready by 8 pm. I arrived 7: 48, with a mocking smile he said "I told u at 8" and I just said " it's OK. I'll wait". He went out and come back 9 pm to be exact. When I asked one of them where is he. His only answer is wait. Since I needed it badly I endure the longgggg wait. And everytime I asked, the guy looked like his gonna burst out into laughing. Worst customer service ever. Maybe this is how they prosper their business. The amazing art is the finish product is not what I instructed to be.
