My neighborhood coffee house which I will miss (moving to Saudi). After the revamp of the place it’s a nice place to sit inside and outside and staff are lovely! I also buy coffee beans and make my morning coffee at home!
Jerwin & shaikha are such workaholic. They always greet the customers with big smile. I really enjoy my beverages when it’s served by these two. Thank you Jerwin & Shaikha!
I’d like to commend the staffs who have provided an exceptional service and kindness whenever I visit this Starbucks branch. Thanks Jerome and Lungten for being warm and approachable!
The renovation of this store looks refreshing. I love getting my americano whenever im in this area. Little talk with Jover and Venice as always very accomodating.super thanks.
Startbucks coffee at Al Barsha provides first class customer service and as regular customer they always provide first class service and ensure that they remember the small touches of your order. The friendliness and welcoming ensures that you will consider returning in future to enjoy coffee and welcoming attitudes and with the removal of plastic protection barriers feels much more welcoming.
Starbucks is one of the most likely coffee shop There are five Starbucks shop in Al barsha 1. Al barsha 1 in Al shaya building 2. ENOC PETROL PUMP Al barsha 1 3. MALL OF EMIRATES 4. AL BARSHA 3 ENOC PETROL PUMP 5. AL BARSHA AT SHAIEKH ZAYED ROAD NEAR TO AL ZAHARA HOSPITAL. THIS STARBUCKS IS BEAUTIFUL AND BIGGEST PLACE FOR DININ AND ALARGE PARKING AREA I LOVE IT COME AND BUY AND ENJOY
Starbucks Reserve at the Beach in JBR and Lamer are two of the best starbucks I've been to in term of staff cordiality and coffee taste. Well done starbucks/UAE.
I’ve been visiting this place for over a decade as I live at a walking distance. I always loved this place and I always laugh out loud when I see the ‘Fashion Gym Crowd’ with their fancy gym outfits and expensive gadgets heading straight to this place after exercising a bit at a gym located in the same building, only to have coffee with milk & sugar or pastries etc.
I used to love their almond croissant and used to visit them at least twice a week to have caramel latte with almond croissant. Unfortunately, Starbucks decided to withdraw the almond croissant around a year or so back, hence I have almost completely stopped going to this place and now I visit Costa Coffee or Le Pain Quotidian in Mall of the Emirates for my dose of caramel latte and almond croissant.
Another thing that annoys me is that many students will come and order the a cup of coffee, only to occupy their seats and to use the internet for 30-60 mins or even more on their laptops. This Starbucks has limited space inside and these students keep using their laptops and hence occupying the spaces. There should be a hard limit on the time you can use this cafe while working on your laptop.
Unfriendly staff. High Attitude like they know everything and we as customers are uneducated. They always forget to put what i ask for, today i asked for 1 pump of sugar which again they forgot. When i asked for it, they put 2. I told them i wanted only 1 and they rolled their eyes. Really terrible!
Been a customer for many years and love their coffee but one thing is bothering me (not this particular branch) is that I’ve noticed they have reduced the volume of their food stuff in the recent years and increased their prices and No Rewards Program
For this outlet you may face parking issues at the busy hours. It is in the heart of Barsha, can be located easily. Staff is good. The ambiance is like any other Starbucks outlet. Seating area is small and has some tables outside also.
I have to admit, I prefer Starbucks coffee over any other cafe coffee, there's something about their coffee beans that I enjoy. Otherwise I prefer my own home brew. I'm sure everyone knows this already, but Starbucks can be overpriced. It's like $10 sometimes for a coffee and a doughnut.
It is clean and the drinks are good. The service is neither bad nor great, it's just fine. There's wifi and a quiet place aside to work and enjoy your drink - which is always appreciated.
Worse building management in barsha. People smoking opposite entrance door and around entrance which make very difficult to enjoy Starbucks. They have no respect for non smoker here.
