Located inside the building. This is the best starbucks near Dubai mall. It is small but quiet place.

I recently visited the Starbucks located in Souk Al Bahar, and it was a wonderful experience. The shop is situated in a very nice and quiet area, which made it a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and chat with friends. The atmosphere was very cozy and inviting, and I appreciated the comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi, which made it easy to use my laptop while I sipped my coffee. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, I had a great time at this Starbucks location and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing coffee shop experience.

Good service, the employees are good at both. Fast service and the environment are really clean and tidy. And I also appreciate the fact that they use paper straws to support the environment.

I was there in the evening with my better half and we sat outside with our own coffee mugs deciding to have croissants alongside and it wasn’t even 10 seconds, an ignorant and unprofessional server named Shafran in a white T shirt approached us and said “ You can’t sit here like this it isn’t allowed” in a loud manner where other people around us heard and made us feel insulted as customers. I replied that I was coming inside but I had to ask what my better half would be having first. We had to settle, I went inside and confronted the same person and told him that it was very rude of him to say that in a loud tone when it hasn’t even been 10 seconds to which he replied “ that’s how it’s done here in Starbucks”. How pathetic, people like him shouldn’t be let to serve people, no basic human etiquettes. Dear Starbucks, Im sure you hired this guy SHAFRAN from a shawarma shop in the outcuts of burdubai.
He’s holding your brand very highly! UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very bad staff. Was asking for specific item. But was arguing on which one i've selected.

I was not a Starbucks Regular, but I had a wonderful experience while on vacation in Sun River! The service and smiles were refreshing! Sara was a ray of sunshine as she took our order every morning. Sara went above and beyond what was expected and made our experience extra special. The coffee was great but the service we received from Sara was like Sunshine! She made me a convert to Starbucks! Great drink

Starbucks the world's largest coffee brand has opened their new outlet in Dubai Mall. It's the 4th branch in the mall and attracts a large number of visitors. They have expanded the in-store shopping experience with variety of cups, mugs and raw coffee packs. Store is usually packed and busy. Ambience is good. Prices are reasonable.

I love starbucks but the way we were served in Souk al bahar is so bad! Raman argued with us. I asked for a tray since i have ordered 6 drinks ans 1 cheesecake he said wait. I can see drinks are being mixed up since u removed the name thing in the cups.i asked again and again 4x i asked is it hard to get a tray? So we end up drinks were mixed. When my sister calmly explained when i returned the mixed coffee, he argued again and he mentioned " MA'AM YOU ARE 3 PERSONS AND U CAN TAKE THEM ALL" seriously thats his reason why delay the TRAY? ARe your branch trays are limited? Very disappointed we recommend refresher training for him on how to handle customers in a very busy day!

Love it always a big fan of coffee but more importantly Starbucks coffee dark espresso one of the best out there.

Poor quality of service and the crew are so rude to the costumer complaints! We have bad experienced with their stuffs specially their barista (asian) she is so mean when we complaint about the coffees she made, she is acting like she own the starbucks the way she talk to us! The view is great, unfortunately you hired a bad attitude barista! Until now we have trauma what had happened, hope the management will make an action on this matter! Another incident we ordered 3 sliced cakes and they did not served it, coffee were served until i reminded them!

Temperature in side of the shop more than 37 degree.as a walking customer had complained to the barista and he said that, its like that.see my picture I am sitting more than 20.min inside the shop.is this acceptable? Either they have to close the shop and rectifiy the issues or inform customer before take orders.

Yesterday 16th june 2019 they had some problems with the coffee machine.
The prices are moderate.
The staff is customer-oriented and dedicated.
You can pause for a short while from seats.
A drinking water dispenser for free refill of your own drinks bottle would still be a pleasant addition.

Excellent location.indoor and outdoor seats.access to Souq Albahar.paid inbuilding parking around.

Well it is starbucks if you are going there then you know where you are going! And they hv open free internet!

Nice coffeeshop in The Dubai Mall, there's specialty section (brewing bar) in the corner. I took my Sumatra vintage in clover cup, more smoky and peppery, slightly fruity with a little bit of chocolate characteristics. They're used clover for the filter, the coffee not clean finished with a little bit of oily texture. Anyway all was good and nice vibes of R section in The Dubai Mall.
