Starbucks reserve was a big disappointment. Location is good and the overall aesthetics are nice but it's lacking with basic standards. Having tried this location more then once at idek time s, must say coffee is inconsistent as are transactional charges for drinks. Even after paying for several drinks. Baristas will not provide water unless insistent even then only the smallest cup and HALF filled. Restrooms werr a mess every visit. This reserve is more of a must or only as needed spot unless you priority is barely ok coffee and service with wrapped in "reserve" branding.

The only Starbucks in the world that has absolutely no vegan food, there are only bananas:) (this applies to all Starbucks in the United Arab Emirates) In a country that comes from all over the world, it has such restrictions on food. It's good that coffee is also made with plant-based milk, please do not remove plant-based milk, otherwise it will not be possible to drink a latte or cappuccino in Starbucks.

I recently visited the Starbucks in the Jumeriah Beach Residence in Dubai, and it was an absolute delight! As a coffee enthusiast, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The ambiance of the café was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The interior design was aesthetically pleasing, and the comfortable seating added to the overall experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They greeted me with a smile and helped me choose the perfect coffee to suit my taste preferences. The baristas demonstrated their expertise by crafting a flawless cup of coffee, just the way I like it.

The variety of beverages and snacks offered at this Starbucks location was impressive. Whether you're a fan of classic espresso drinks or looking to try something new, they have an extensive menu to cater to all preferences.

I was also pleased with the level of cleanliness and hygiene maintained in the café. It's evident that they take the safety and well-being of their customers seriously.

Furthermore, the fast and efficient service ensured that I didn't have to wait long for my order, even during busy hours.

Overall, this Starbucks in the Jumeriah Beach Residence has set the bar high for coffee shops. If you're a coffee lover like me, this is the place to be. I can't wait to return and explore more of their delightful offerings. Kudos to the team for providing an exceptional coffee experience!

One of the best Starbucks location with an mesmerizing view of Dubai eye. Especially the outdoor balcony sitting which I prefer. Must try with your fav drink and the view.

They r the worst guys servicing u?, we sit a 3 person and get three drinks our bill was 68 aed, we sit there as there is sitting area and big branch as most of coffee shop in jbr they refuse to stamp our parking ticket for one person they said minimum stap 100 per ticket! So for three person they have to take 300aed for drinks in Starbucks to stamp the parking tickets! The worst branch in dubai for customer service wise if u'll go to jbr not recommended coffee shop at all to sit and have a nice time and coffee, there is alot of better places and better service.

This branch's drink is very tasty and the view is really superb plus the cleanliness of the store is on point, all of those are very appealing to me. I love the iniative of the baristas to recommend the best frappe/coffee and treated their customers with the best attitude. Obviously the store is very busy but the baristas do their work fast and even remained cheerful and pleasant to speak with. I am very satisfied with their service specially the service of Ms. Brittany, she is always smiling to the customers and having a small talk with them, her energy is contagious kudos madam. Thank you.

The staff are amazing they take and serve orders very quick. The ambiance is relaxing and the staff are friendly.

Jawed made me an excellent Bolivia coffee syphon. He explained everything in details while making coffee for me, which added more spices to the coffee. I really enjoyed it and this was definitely a great experience for me in Dubai.

I really love the atmosphere, tasty drinks, nice interior and clean surroundings of this branch. They recommend the best frappe/coffee and showed the best attitude to their customers. Even though the store is very busy the baristas are still smiling and were so friendly and pleasant to talk with. I could not ask for more because everything that I needed was provided. Great job to the team and please continue making good coffee and pastries! ️

Plenty of chairs and tables upstairs. The baristas making good coffee here. The waiter always clean the tables. Good place for working away from office.

The location is interior is amazing, and a relaxing experience. The hot coffees ordered were great as well. We wanted to order a cold brew as well but the cashier was acting indifferent and ubothered to my questions regarding the flavours. As an avid starbucks customer, I am aware of the company’s coffee flavours and system, but the behaviour caused me to not order a drink.

Nice place, nice view, but always crowded and no place to seat outcide. There are sockets to work on laptop.

I live in JBR, i always have my breakfast and coffee at Starbucks shams, I like Rashida, Dil and Alan. They are so friendly and smiling all the time.keep hiring same level of employees, it’s good for the business. Competition is not easy in JBR

My most favorite coffee shop. The staff here are always friendly. They will become your friends instead of just serving. I see them every day. They always bring me the best cup of coffee with smiles that help me dispel everyday stress. The seating is also very relaxing and beautiful. Recommend?

Purchased coffee two times at this Starbucks. During my second visit they made be sour coffee (seems the milk was not fresh). Very disappointed

It’s open 24 hours and always empty after midnight, that’s the perfect time for me to visit the place and have peace

The shop & stuff ate great, but unfortunately the bathrooms are very run down & are always dirty. The paper & soap despenser are broken since a long time despite informing the staff.

In Jumeirah Beach Residence this coffee shop is in the best very good location in front of the ocean with giant wheels view, is a good and big place! The cappuccino is the traditional coffee in this coffee shop! 24 hours open!

I visited Starbucks outlet at Jumeirah Beach Residence 5 today early morning. Coffee and other beverages and food are fresh and delicious with Original flavours and tastes.

The staff here is very pleasant and offer an amazing service throughout the day. They are really friendly and quick.

Amazing Starbucks Team that always creates the personalization and without exemption literally everyone on whatever time you come in. Very welcoming from Jessieca, Nicole, Mohammad, Alan, Priyantha, Harienne… it makes the whole coffee experience a great one. A real favorite place.

Getting my morning coffee at this place has become my daily routine. The second time I came to this branch, the cashier already knew my name and asked if I would like to get the same drink I ordered during my first visit. I know it may be a small thing to others but it means a lot to some people like me. All staff are friendly and anticipates your needs. Definitely my go to place for coffee

Got a strawberry cheesecake there, it was right out of the freezer, not just cold - crystalized ice.
Will never get anything there again.

no taste at all apart from the topping which is 90% sugar very unhappy about it

The service is super high as in all U. S.originated places.
But coffee to my personal opinion, is not so good in comparison with quite high price.

This Starbucks does have great views, however it’s hard to get a seat. Seats are taken up by people who use it as a venue to work for hours on end to use their wifi. Then if you do get a seat be prepared to clean it up yourself from the previous user. Whilst the cashier is ensuring customers are masked she should probably tell the Barista to do the same.

Ordered a drink delivered. The order came wrong. Deliveroo called Starbucks, they lied about the order. I sent picture evidence. Deliveroo gave me a refund as the picture showed they were clearly lying. I don't mind if a mistake was made, but apologise and rectify it. Don't just lie. Very unprofessional.

Visited twice and both times service was an annoying dissapoitment. First time served wrong coffee, discovered it when was already away from the shop, second time they removed my almost full cup to trash once I stepped away to throw the garbage.

Convenient location at the southern extreme of JBR. Outside tables with adequate space plus inside 2 floor seating. The usual offer - good but expensive. Same, same over-priced franchise really.

Its a decent Starbucks but the upstairs area is kind of dingy. The Starbucks does not count as a restaurant so u can not use it for free parking. Lame

The toilets are disgusting. The service is horrible. I wish someone had advised me to not come here. The staff are extremely rude. I asked them to turn up the AC but they denied my request. Although, I had asked before, I was sick so I had to ask again, so I explained my sickness and again asked them to turn down the AC but once again they denied. I ended up catching the flu. The food and beverages weren’t any better. The caramel latte tasted filthy and old. I decided to ignore the coffee and bought a chocolate, it turned out to be stale. At this point I couldn’t take it and so decided to ask for another chocolate, hoping it would be better. I walked up to the counter and explained the situation but then they said that they were out of stock, I wasn’t surprised. They offered to give me a different flavor of chocolate and as soon as I opened the chocolate a repulsive smell occurred as I lay my eyes upon the chocolate, it was expired. I had enough. I asked for a refund and sat back down, eager to finish my work. I started to shiver due to the immense amount of coldness, so I left the store. Revolting, I say. I do not and will never advice this store to anyone.

Never faced a problem until today at starbucks. Today when I arrived there was a guy cleaning outside I went and sat out and he came to me and asked are you planning to order something and I said maybe and sat down with my ipad to read. After sometimes he comes to me and says there are people who has bought something and would like to sit even though half of the seating area was empty. I told him I came to starbucks to have a coffee in evening and now I cannot order another coffee if he wants I can show him the bill. I asked him to call his manager to come and speak with me if he has a problem. He left saying it’s ok sir you can sit. He made a scene in front of 5 other people. If this happens again I will go to consumer protection court and sue for slandering and also file a case in consumer protection court.

Etwas abseits gelegen und dadurch nicht so überlaufen. Man kann auch draußen sitzen aber es ist nicht wirklich schön. Innerhalb sitzt man gut aber es ist manchmal sehr stark gekühlt. Es könnte auch sauberer sein. Das Personal ist freundlich. Es ist natürlich immer von der aktuellen Saison abhängig.

Classic starbucks, maybe AC is too cold and plus you can feel smell of humidity inside, so just take your coffee outside

Starbucks is company well known in the whole world. I think that’s the reason why they stopped care and offer very low standard of service.
JBR - one of the most popular places in Dubai, great beach, very modern place.
When You come inside Starbucks in JBR You feel like You teleport to totally another, some awful place in the world. TERRIBLY DIRTY, HORRIBLE DESIGN INSIDE.
Furnitures are better in every public place in Dubai, these furnitures are totally uncomfortable (made from metal), as I wrote dirty, and looking just awful.
You can’t relax and enjoy this place, I think every coffee shop in JBR is better choice than this Starbucks.
And toilette. BETTER DON’T COME INSIDE TOILETTE IF YOU DON’T WANT GET SCARED (such dirty toilette I’ve never seen in my life in Dubai)
