This is the only Starbucks In dubai that has the same issue every time. THEY DO NOT PUT COFFEE JUST MILK. VERY BAD SERVICE

The coffee is served in a paper cup: sacrilege! The European Starbucks application does not work here, they have their own: too bad for a brand that wants to be international.

The place is so calm and recommended for someone who's remotely working. The staff is very approachable esp. Mr. Attique.

I am a daily morning customer for this branch, i always wait 3 to 5 minutes sometimes more for brewed coffee.in all other branches i always get brewed coffee on spot.i don't think making people waiting is good. Pls find a solution.

A bit too loud, AC too much blowing. Coffee is a bit too cold and served in a paper cup instead of a normal mug asked, please let"s start be more enviromentally friendly

This was my first coming to Starbucks but I was very welcome and the staff are very friendly and my drink was so lovely for sure I will never forget Starbucks and I will hopefully come️️️

I was charged extra which nobody informed me. I called customer service and said it’s additional tax since Starbucks is located at the hotel. That’s ridiculous!

This a typical Starbucks. The service was quick and the customer was great. It's beside the Movenpick. I order a Double Carmel Cappuccino with extra Carmel inside out.

Lorentine should an option for a dessert because she’s very sweet and good with costumers and everyone, she should be promoted as the CEO of Starbucks

I visit this place from 2015-2016 until last week, I know every single one there it's sad to see my best barista leaving the place ️ “osthman” he is the best. He knows my drink without even me asking, the only good Arabic speaker there. All the customers love him even my friends know him. Would feel very very happy if he is back to the same brunch ️

I visit this branch every day as its is close to my work, the coffee is good and the staff are welcoming and friendly.

I bought 2 double chocolate chip frappe and 1 cheesecake I am even craving for the cheesecake unfortunately they gave me a very poor quality of cheesecake, I can tell that it’s an old one. I am a fan of starbucks cheesecake so I know that it’s really good but this one that I got, it’s so saddening. The strawberry jelly is turning blackish and the cake itself is hard. Very poor quality

Good but the inside sitting is limited, but the cashier has no manner he just want you to order as his procedure and if you bring some part ahead then he will be annoyed.

Apart from their usual service, they are good in arranging surprise coffee for any occasion, we loved it

Coffee heaven.especially the one at Movenpick Hotel Oud metha. I have tried many Starbucks outlets but this is my favourite.taste is better than at any other place

The staff Belinda Stel is more occupied with offering drinks on posters than listening to your actual order, got my order wrong on 2 different occasions; giving me coffee I didn't ask for. Disappointing.

The tables outside are not checked cleaned at all.
Sadly the first starbucks i visited with this issue.
Even a couple were sitting near the side of the window since tables were taken care of.

One of the few Starbucks with enough space (indoor/outdoor) and calm environment. Great for quick meetings, studying or working. Connected to Movenpick hotel and there are enough parking spots around it.

Coffee is my daily habit, and I think there is no better place than Starbucks to get one more aroma drink.

This time I didnt like their service, i think because the staff are not well trained. They were looking exhausted and angry.

Quite, perfect for work and meetings, fast internet as less users, washrooms next door, plenty parking.

The parking around is paid but plenty available.indoor and outdoor seats.friendly staff.within the hotel building. Internal and external entrance.try the green tea latte.

First experience ever in starbucks, but overall positive one. Tiny, not many place to sit down and o'boy this language they call english that i cant understand.

Great place to relax with friends. 2hrs access. Only drawback is because it's part of a hotel, service charges are included along with VAT!

Good 24 hour spot for a coffee fix. Located centrally and always has plenty of parking available around. Outdoor area is decent as well and great spot to sit and work out of. Although, since they are located in a hotel they charge a service fee and are priced higher than other Starbucks outlets in the city.

One of the best locations. You also can sit outside. Plenty of space. Nice staff. And you can stroll around in the Mövenpick Hotel.

Nice outdoor patio. Close to Al Nasr club. It's a must if you like coffee, because the Movenpick only has filtered coffee in the buffet.

I’ve always love starbucks. Tastes of their coffees and pastries are consistent for all their branches. This branch has enough supply of their pastries so you won’t get worried if you’re craving for something but no longer available. Good ambiance if you’d like to have your coffee outdoor.
