Amazing place for kids to find new ways to interact them! A must visit for all vehicle lovers!

A dreamland for a kid with plenty of different rides and toys. Charges 40 bucks for half an hour and 70 for an hour.

Would NOT recommend this place. My child is almost 5 years old but short. Could not go play with his friends. My poor child walked away upset. Staff were also so rude.

صراحة نصابين اذا حجزت مثلا ساعتين او ثلاث من بدايتها يطلع السعر أغلى بوايد و اذا حجزت ساعة و بعدها مددت ساعة اقل و ما يتكلموا بها الشي - ما انصح فها المكان

My nanny was asked to wait 30 min to change my baby’s diaper because a staff was eating in the changing area (only a wet diaper was allowed to be changed until the staff finishes her food).
or go outside the playground and use the mall’s washroom leaving my other toddler alone in the playground!
This is very inconvenient and inconsiderate to happen at kids play area where I trust to leave my kids play safely.

Beware! Leave your child at your own risk.
I visited the outlet at IBN Battuta Mall. My child was playing for 2.5 hours, and in the end when I come to pick up my child, I was informed that the father has taken the child already.
I was shocked, paranoid and in tears, as my husband had not picked up the child, but extended the pay area for 30 min after he came to pick up at the end of 2 hours.
The staff was completely lost, when I raised a voice, and requested them to check the play area, they found my child playing. This was a really disappointing experience. Without even checking, I was informed that the father took away the child
Would not want to visit the play area ever again and would guide other parents to leave their children under their own supervision rather than on the staff
The most disheartening scene, the staff was not even apologetic, did not even have the courtesy to say "Sorry Mam, it was a confusion, we will be careful next time", Extremely Poor customer service.

New Kids area in Ibn Battuta.
Plenty of fun for the kids with multiple stations and activities.
Children are monitored by the staff so you can rest assured that they are in safe hands.
They have a birthday area as well.
The place contains a small cafteria and also pot painting.

A great place to stay&play as its name derived. Enjoyed the first visit, the staff were very accommodating and pleasant.

The stuff are very abusive towards children. If this ever happened in USA they will be arrested. You can't treat children like that. The stuff came from abusive dysfunctional home.so they don't know how to treat children. DeMonica is a bully, always discrimination, she is full of hate. Horrible monica Horrible stuff

Went today for enquiry. It's for toddlers kids age group from say 2 to 8 years. Seems decent enough. Didn't try, though prices looks little expensive.

Dropped our kid here on Thursday. Staff were kind except for the lady named Carissa. Very mean.

Very bad staff, treat kids in a very rude way, which is not what they mention in their ads and even when you call. It is overpriced for very low quality of service.
