Special occasion dinner. Food outstanding. Service slightly over bearing waiter. Sommelier very good.

Some Michelin restaurants do not deserve their starts. Stay, on the other hand, should receive a third star. Perfection from start to finish. I began with a delectable soufflé, followed by their incredible wagyu.the meat tenderness combined with the sauce makes it one of the best dishes I have ever had. The beer tart was an impressive finish. Everything was tailored by impeccable service.

They have a policy that credit 500dhs/person, but they reminded me by call before I reach there 3hours. Once I finished payment the the website showing “Payment initiated” that make ma confused payment successfully or not. They push me payment by call 3 times, I wast much time just for an appointment. Just for a dinner I don’t understand why make it too much complicated? So I have to canceled the appointment, they destroyed my dinner! I can’t trust they will provide a good experience for guest who have meal there.

Amazing experience. If you have to review diner at Stay, it should not only be about the food. As this is a two star Michelin restaurant, you have to take into account the whole 360 experience. On arrival the valetparking team quickly takes care of your car, and the welcome in the lobby is friendly. You are being guided to your table, but in case you don't like the specific spot you can also choose any of the other available tables.

The restaurant team, sommelier, waiters, etc, are welcoming you once more in a professional and warm way. We had a good look at the menu, and decided to go with the "experience" tasting menu. That was a great choice, all the dishes were really nice. Very tasteful, not too much, the right portions, complementary to each other and very tasty, also for the eye. In one word a fantastic dining experience.

Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. Under the inspiring leadership and guidance of Maria, they added a lot of value to the overall experience. Also the restaurant setting was formidable. Temperature was good, a nice table and seating layout, comfortable chairs and tables, and even the music (jazzy and later during the evening evolving in a kind of more sensual French's sounds) was all adding to a perfect evening.

Besides a very nice wine menu Stay also offers a special selection of different Kir Royal cocktails. I can really recommend to have a look and try a few of these.

Having visit different Michelin star restaurants in Dubai I can truly recommend Stay to anyone who likes excellent food and can appreciate and value a nice, calm, warm and friendly environment.

Truly recommended to everyone who is able to appreciate the best that fine dining has to offer in the UAE.

Shashith is an amazing sommelier, very knowledgeable making the experience very pleasant. I don’t have the name of the rest of the team but they were all very good.
I advise the king crab dish as appetizer and
beef portobello for main, just fabulous.

One of the best food experiences i had, i visited the restaurant with a friend, we ordered the 950 course, to our surprise the amount was servered and quantity of food was more than the 6 dishes mentioned. They paid great attention to allergies and provided great replacements, usually some ingredients that i hate to eat, was made with such a balance of flavor that made me love it. The flavor explosion in your mouth could only be explained as an art being made inside your palate. The service was so professional, worthy of 2 michellene star. Quiet and lovely place for special occasions. You will not regret it

Was really looking forward to celebrating our anniversary here. The restaurant itself has a nice ambience when you first enter, sort of reminds me of the French Laundry in Napa. But that's where the comparison stops. They placed us outside at the furthest most table and I kept breathing in "hookah" smoke from a pool side hookah lounge right below us. My eyes were blood shot red and itchy by the time the dinner was over.
Was very underwhelmed by the course selection, and basically my wife and I disliked most if not all of the dishes served. I hate to write these types of negative reviews of a "fine-dining" type of restaurant, but in good conscience, this review is more like a public service annoucement.
The foie gras was really runny and the seabass was very odd-they made it look like a Christmas ornament by adding all of these speckles of random spices. The wagyu was okay kind of mushy and too raw (ate it since that's all I ate). The manager was nice and removed the uneaten dishes from the bill.it really makes me wonder though how a three star michelin restaurant can vary so much in the US/Europe and Dubai. Hopefully the management can work on the taste of their food and move their poolside hookah lounge away from patrons eating there.

We had a wonderful experience when visiting this restaurant. We went for the 6 course tasting menu and received food of excellent quality and taste. The service was impeccable and we had a great dialogue with our server during our stay. The seabass course was our least favorite - a good and well prepared dish but it could use with some extra flavour in our personal opinion. The other dishes were small bombs of excellent taste and quality. We'd love to come back on future Dubai visits.

Food was good. Nothing surprising actually. Can’t say if it was worth 2 M stars, I am not that refined to differentiate. So all good with that.

However, the service was really underwhelming. Staff serving the food sounded nervous when explaining the dish, one of them at some point forgot the description and started using his own words to describe. The sommelier (maybe? He never introduced himself as such) speaks native French and didn’t do the slightest effort to slow down when pronouncing things in French like location or grape, so I had no idea what I was drinking during the pairing. I was at Al Mahatra the night before, and service teams here and there are really day and night.

After dinner no Uber would pick me up (place is really far) for 20 mins so I asked the hotel staff for a cab. They brought an old minivan (not a taxi) where I could feel every single bump on the road, the guy charged me 50% more than what the Uber would have been, he only took cash, and 5 minutes into the ride, he asked me to enter my destination into his GPS that was plugged to the car so I had to stretch a lot to type it. Taxis have better service, really.

Really not the experience I was thinking of when I decided to visit the place.

Overall brilliant dining experience.
The outdoor terrace is cosy and relaxing at night.
The quality and flavour of each dish is absolutely spot on. The service is amazing.
Definitely worth a visit when in Dubai.

Beautiful four course dinner. Each course was better and better. Great atmosphere, service and food. Loved meeting the chef too.

A really lovely experience. The dishes have great ingredients and are well crafted. The lobster amuse bouche (which comes on top of your menu) is divine. An interesting dish is the crunchy and soft marrow zucchini (made with local ingredients including camel cheese) from which I expected little and turned out to be very engaging as you had to dose each element to find the balance of taste right for you. The lamb with potato purée façon Joël Robuchon was well prepared and extremely tasty.
A big highlight were the desserts. The soft chocolate with yuzu sorbet was excellent. I couldn't resist a second helping.
The chickpeas meringue with crème d'Isigny was unexpectedly delicious (like a reinvention of the meringue of gruyère with cream but with a twist) just melting away in your mouth and the beer tart was a true discovery and we couldn't stop eating it.
There were a couple of minor issues but overall it was a notch above most (maybe all) fine dining meals in Dubai.
The staff was also lovely and responded appropriately to each request or comment.
If you are looking for cuisine that has been crafted, carefully imagined and tastes delicious in an elegant venue - where you can have a conversation with your companions without having to shout over incredibly loud music - this is the place to go.

All the server were extremely friendly with great sense of humour.

Highly recommend as dubai must have restaurant while you’re here.

Great outside atmosphere.
Food menu is limited but good and tasting menu is a great deal.

It was the most fabulous dinner experience. Restaurant has beautiful settings, very charming and romantic outdoor terrace. Food was absolutely delicious, beautifully plated and full of flavours. We were looked after so well, service was attentive but not intrusive, every dish was explained with the most details. Overall amazing evening, would definitely be back soon.

It was pretty nice. Wasn't too expensive for a Michelin and they do really look after you.

Some obvious price traps so don't order a lot of drinks as the drinks are really expensive and nothing special.

Food was great. What you expect for a Michelin. I think at just the right price point too. Anymore and I wouldn't enjoy the experience.

We dined here to celebrate our engagement during a recent trip to Dubai. The table was beautifully set outside with rose petals sprinkled everywhere, a nice romantic touch. Joe our waiter was spectacular, very friendly & knowledgable about the menu, wines & Dubai itself. We opted for a chianti wine which was really reasonable & went well with our meal. As truffle lovers we both decided on the 4 course truffle menu, the food was exceptional, the foi grais was outstanding. The only dish that we feel didn't work was the chocolate mouse, pear & truffle dessert. Other than that it was an exceptional evening, make sure to try the complimentary chocolates at the bar before you leave.

We went to this restaurant for our anniversary. We are foodies. If you expect that cost correlates to quality, you'll be disappointed. The chef may be a Michelin star worthy but clearly he hasn't paid attention for a while. The lamb was undercooked, the deserts still had granulated sugar on them and the wine selection was just popular in their own countries but poor quality for the price. And it's a long uber to get there: don't bother. We had fun because we are fun.
