Nette the tailor, had completed all the adjustments for my clothes earlier than expected date, had followed exactly how I wanted them to be. (Neat, exact fitting and style). The staff are extremely kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

If you are in a hurry dont come here the stitch in time is not in time, first they charge you 50% more for urgent that already takes 1hour so it’s not in time, plus M.m was giving signes the the tailor to say yes it’s urgent, thinking we are not looking or kind of stupid to understand. Not urgent for them is after 3days.

Very expensive i went to fix something they asked for 35 aed i show her the items already but I didn’t do it next day I went again to fix it she changed the price to 45 aed

I m staff in the mall and I m giving business to this place more than I gave to anyone. I asked them for an alteration for my pants that I need them in 4 days to be done nothing big to be done a length change, I requested to be done by Thursday night maximum because I need them on Friday for work the Filipina lady with glasses twisted my words the way that she wants and she repeated after me on Friday madam they gonna be ready! No, no I asked for Thursday night to be done Friday I need them …this lady took my pants like she understood and she added on the invoice 25 th Monday to be ready.my surprise was on Thursday night when I reached there to collect them and of course nothing was ready! And she had the courage to argue with me the date that I told her was for Monday! Why I would tell her that, when I need them urgent on Friday? What kind of air this woman is breathing in that place that she’s doing this mistakes! You can’t play with the words of the people the way that you want we can find other place if you don’t want our business! And believe me for that price that she required I would make them in the same day!

Just want to share this very bad experience in stitch in time particularly in dubai mall outlet.i inquire for alteration i this staff with contact lens lady assist me in a very bad manner.she talk very unpolite.and keep running here and there…such a waste of time.i ask her name and she just ignored me.i call here contact lens lady because theres no name tag.should they put name if theyre working in a reception ao atleast we can address them bu their names.

The prices here are INSANE! I had a dress which literally needed a a few stitches to shorten a slit. They wanted to charge AED 67 for it and then another 32 AED to have it done there and then! Seriously, this company needs to amend its pricing. I went upstairs and had it done by another company who charged me a third of what this company charged and did it immediately….

Rude filipina lady at the counter, no customer service skills at all.i do not recommend this shop

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Filipina we talked at the front desk, we explained the details of what is need to be altered and why, ASKED US TO COME BACK AND FORTH! Even shared to her that we just came all the way from work, still she did not accept us and asked us to come back again!

Ridiculous prices. Took a pair of pants to be taken in at the waist, nothing major or complicated or difficult- just to be taken in at the seam. They quoted 126 dhs. The price of the pants was 189 dhs. Refused to pay that much. Doubt I will ever use them again, unless really desperate.
Also, their prices are not "fair market value", they are not providing any exceptional service not found anywhere else, and I doubt using "luxury products" (? Luxury thread?) justifies such prices. Management please note the number of bad reviews you have. You are LOSING customers.

EXPENSIVE, LONG TIME FOR SERVICES AND WRONG.
I been been giving many jobs to them because I work near by.
Recently I had to trow 2 trousers because of their mistake.
Charges are crazy, the team unprofessional and take long time to be ready. If not they charge you double!
Nobody apologized. The lady at the counter is never helpful.
STOP TO STEAL MONEY FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS.
I will complain to the authorities, promised.

I understand it is in the Dubai Mall, but some blocks away such better tailor shops and with prices which are 1/3 of this. Sorry but for me this is not ok at all.

Sharif was very professional and understood exactly what I wanted. I went a few times to get it altered to how I wanted it and he was very patient with me. Would highly recommend him and this place to get any alterations done.

Their tailors must be blind. I gave them 3 items. Two trousers and one jacket. Two new trousers that I got from U. K.and a jacket than needed to be fitted to my size.
They stitched the legs of the trousers with different lengths and for the jacket the length or the two sleeves were different Length. So they apologised and said they will fix it. And I was hoping they will do it right, and I got it picked up rather than go again as I could not imagine a shop in Dubai mall would get it wrong a second time. Well they did. And now I have a jacket with one sleeve shorter than the other and two trousers with leg lengths that do not match.
The trousers are from canali and the jacket from Zegna. All spoilt and beyond repair. That is my experience with them

1st of all super ridiculously expensive. 2nd the lady at the cash is super rude and negative. Highly NOT recommended

They make it wrong. Than they did with delay.so expensive and not good service. They did my dress short instead of doing what I need

Prior to COVID I needed rush alterations on a blouse and skirt. Stitch In Time’s service was professional, completed on time with high quality. The fit was excellent. I recommend them to all my friends.

I’ve used this place once. The work was good and the staff are friendly. However.they are twice the price of “Tailor & Tweak”. No-brainer really.

Their name literally describes their work! Committed and very nice work! Special thanks to Jijesjh! Will come back for more embroidery!

Not recommended at all, charging too much, for low quality works, they distribute my pants by making them extra short.
