Absolutely hopeless lot. Wish UAE schools would seek a better company to handle their uniforms.

Very bad service hope schools won’t put the uniforms in their shops coz it’s always out of stock and if they said they have they r confused and let us to drive to the shop while they don’t have the correct sizes they keep says oh sorry oh sorry!

My experience with stitches has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. They make grand promises that they don't deliver on, and they fail to take new clients seriously.

Their disregard for new clients is shocking, with poor communication and indifference to our concerns. The worst part is their repeated failure to fulfill their commitments, leaving me feeling betrayed and, more importantly, they wasted my precious time.

I strongly advise against doing business with stitches. They lack integrity and professionalism, and I regret ever choosing them as a service provider.

I came back today at 9: 15 am date 24/10/23 to buy some extra uniforms the Filipina sales lady was rude and unpatient with an unhappy facial expression, if you love your job don't rude to your customer. Thank you

Horrible experience, don't know why they have so many school uniforms when they can even manage the shop! Should shut down and open a proper place to cater their customers respectfully. Once again horrible customer service and horrible shop!

One of the worst experience, i placed an order 11 days ago, which was supposed to be delivered in 2 to 3 days, but never heard back from Stitches. I have called more than 10 times but no one is picking up the call, or they are just simply hang up the line without saying a single word.
I tried to contact through email and website but no change on the outcome.
You are doing a great Job to be awarded as the worst customer service.

The five stars are for the staff and the tailor. Very helpful and sweet, they can get out of their ways to help you and accommodate all your needs. The uniform & shoes prices are exaggerated and some material quality is so cheap.

My sons school sunmarke has outsourced uniforms to this company. All their uniforms are made out of pure polyester! Horrible quality, overpriced and unhealthy for children!

Doesn’t matter when you come it always seems to take ages to pay for what you pick up. However nicely laid out so easy to find what you need for the kids.

Clothing for schoolchildren. Large selection. Friendly staff, but will be attentive. The staff makes mistakes. Sold clothes for another class. Had to buy new ones.

Location is so cornered with no enough parking space. Staff not bothered to be kind or smile. I had to change a defective uniform, in return has ben hand over replacement uniform by a grumpy staff. She just drop the replacement and walk of it wasn’t smooth process either, as couple of staff had to come talk to me and trying to convince me to keep the defective uniform.

Unfortunately they have a monopoly in selling uniforms for certain schools and we have no choice but to endure their terrible service every year. They are so pathetic that even govt offices in third world countries would feel like five star hotels. Half the time they do not have the stock, they style of dealing with us gives me nostalgia from public sector banks in the 90s (no eye contact, straight face, answer in one word, RUDE). Looks like they were trained for customer services by Arnold schwarzenegger from Judgement day.

It's quite amazing how consistent they are in their rude behaviour in spite of the poor reviews and complains, they don't seem to budge at all.

Location is nice and well organized. Unfortunately they ran out of the uniforms on the day we visited. There is no system for placing an order other than notes in a patchy notebook. Sales personel look lost and overwhelmed. Not the best first time experience at this store.

RESPONSE: I did try the online system but as a customer i expect better in store service which is something your store needs to focus on.

My kids love their school uniform from stitches specially when they have matchy uniforms with their stuff toys. My kids love to bring their buddy to school. It motivated them. Stitches did the great job

They really manage my request to them. I request to have name embroidered to one set of newborn clothing and other things as a gift. Thank you stitches. Sure we will come back again as a regular customer.

Horrible Chaotic shop! AC not working, like a sauna inside. Self services, no assistance from staff! Worst part We couldn’t find complete uniform as it’s all thrown everywhere! Takes ages to get served by d cashier. If this business had any competition it would quickly fold

A mess! It's shameful to visit this store to buy the school uniforms to our kids and arrive and see this:
1. They DON'T follow any covid restriction. 2. The store was full.
3. There were only 2 people attending.
4. The floor was plenty of uniforms pieces from different schools that were previously tried by possible customers and then left there.
5. We called ahead before driving there and asked of they had the school uniforms we were looking for only to arrive and see they had NOTHING (for security issues I rather keep the name of the school)
6. In the 20 minutes we were there trying to find the uniforms no one could come to help us since they were crowded.
Honestly, they should consider this points in order to not having people complaining because the uniforms are extremely expensive.

Prices are too high and quite honestly I find the quality a bit lacking, especially the trouser material started pilling barely a month into use.
The sales reps were all very helpful and polite.
Very few parking spaces are available so keep that in mind when planning a trip.

I have bought a uniform for my self for Dubai college. Uniform quality is very good. They provide very quick services for the shop as well as online.

A school uniform shop, good service, take their time on fitting, it's not as if you had options, you have to buy from them, but they are good.

This shop serves a few select schools in Dubai and are located inside Al Quoz. It's quite easy to locate and there are 4 parking spots outside. The staff (when not busy - which they usually are when school starts) are very helpful.

We ordered two months prior to the start of the school, they got the order wrong. Disorganized, orders on the floor. Disrespectful to customers and never answer a call. Quiet a bad shopping experience from start to end. An app le lady who owns shop quiet pushy to buy anything! All bad start to end really.

After we recieved finally the uniform a day before school, there were no alterations at all.
After one week of usage the item started making balls of threads all over. We were told by one of the teacher that we probably got damaged goods, we exchanged to a new pant which within one week same thing happened. When I went to let them know that this too is faulty, they refused to take it and asked me to buy more new ones.

My third year going here and I hv understood the fact that last minute shopping for uniforms are not good idea. Either you go before the term close or one week after the new academic year (got to adjust with old uniforms for first two weeks). They give excellent service, the store Manager Ms. Sholeh Mahdavi is amazing, experienced and genuine in her opinions regarding uniforms. All the staffs are helpful especially Ms. Manara has been always quick in giving informations and organizing made to measure orders. Keep it up!

It's a shame there is no MINUS star rating available. This place is the WORST uniform destination ever. The problem is that they simply don't care as they are the only ones to serve specific schools.
The sales staff pretend that they are not seeing you, be the shop crowded or totally empty.
I waited to go back after the craziness of pre-back to school days, thinking I would do better. Seriously, the sales lady almost tripped on me without a word.
Product wise: way below average.
Stock: must be managed by someone who has no idea whatsoever on how to run a Business.
I will never set foot in there again. If my daughter needs to buy anything from these rudes, I will wait outside.
