Letting riders wait for hours not preparing orders on time i didnt recieve my food on time upon calling bad and rude behavior

The staff who answered the phone was exceptionally impolite. I called to verify if they had received the note I included with my order, and the person on the line was very rude. They abruptly hung up on me, claiming they hadn't received my order yet.

The talabat rider has been waiting at this restaurant for more than an hour. Upon asking about order prep, the staff is being rude. The landline no of the restaurant is not working. Plz do not order from here to avoid mental punishment.

Used to be great but now they are just focusing on 'offers' and serving the leftovers from 1 or 2 days ago. Last order went straight to the garbage and will be the last one.

I took my little daughter who loves sushi. We enjoyed it! Menu is rich with lots of choices, and it tastes yummy! Prices are reasonable and u can use the entertainer. 10 stars to the staff who are really nice! I felt they are my kids and my friends! And it has been a while since i saw a not expensive sushi restaurant who tAkes care of cleanness! We enjoyed and left with big smile! Oh! And if u have a friend who is not into sushi they can have mexican food! It’s same dining area as taqado.

We are vegetarian and ordered 5 portions of vegetarian sushi. After waiting for 2 hours for delivery we were substituted 2 meat sushi potions.

Very fresh and tasty sushi and bowls. So healthy and balanced! I really enjoyed quick service and good quality food! Definitely recommend for visiting and delivery!

Delivered on time and as requested before then expected. First impressions done right. Next on to packaging. Each of the dish was packed cardboard made recyclable trays and sealed well with the sushi counter stickers. All the condiments were packed water proof paper glossy type in an envelope form. This bag was so cute using it for later purposes. Each and every ingredients used were fresh and crispy especially tempura. Loved the burritos and was possible got to learn new terms usually used in Japan. All were my favorites like Chicken Summer Avocado roll, Mango crab summer roll, passion rainbow Uramaki, Sake burrito, Spicy and sweet edamame and Shrimp Tempura uramaki. Every dish had correct flavor and spice level.

Since one year I'm ordering from them and no complaints till now. Today I ordered buy 1 get 1 and it is a disaster. I just tasted first piece and I spit it out. And my order went to the garbage. It is clearly yesterday left overs. The rice is disgusting and salmon's color dark, indicates not fresh. Not sure what happened today with the chef but no more ordering from them. It is a waist of money.

We ordered the Buy 1 Get 1 Free in Talabat for the Salmon Lunch Platter. It was clearly in Talabat but when they delivered they said it is not theirs

First time we tried Sushi Counter. This could easily become our new favourite. Packaging and design is food for the eye. So light and delicate. The sushi was fresh and beautifully simple. Not the usual soaked in sauces and mayo. Plain and delicious. Bravo.

Plasic knifes, spoons, everything served in plastici, not sustainable!
Small portions for to high prices! Never again. Service took too long, we werde waiting for everything too long.

A place lives and goes down with the customer services.well this one will go down, not friendly

I made an order at 21: 29 online on their portal. The ETA was 22: 19. I received the order at 22: 45. The sushi was hot since they are not using ice bucket for delivery noting that this is against the law. The call center confirmed that the food was sent 25 mn ago noting that my house is 10 minutes away. The call center officier was insisting that ice bucket was there but in the second day, I got a call back from the call center sharing their apologies for what happened and that ice bucket was not sent.

This can cause poisoning. I already reported the incidence to Dubai Municipality / Food control and DED consumers rights.

Besides for the resturant being very small and more of a take away or online order branch. The service when I was there in person was average to say the least and now after placing an order with them online and having to wait for 1.5 hours for a small order. Then having to try get hold of them by phone which was equally painful. I wouldn’t suggest anyone put themselves through this sort of pain and frustration. Just order from somewhere else and save yourself the hassle

Not just a fast-food sushi joint. This place is leGIT. Very! It might be the best poke bowl I've ever had, in the Middle East, Japan, Vietnam, Germany, Hong Kong, US, Taiwan, Australia, Africa.

OK, honestly, I've never had a poke bowl anywhere in Africa. But you get the point. This was great food, & Alan, the sushi chef on duty, is a genuine cuisine artíst. He took the time to make the custom ordered poke bowls exactly per the order, AND with presentation that belongs in a 5 star restaurant. Hence the rating. This place doesn't have a white table cloth, michelan star, or a wine list, but with staff who take pride in doing the job well, it makes a solid, high-brow impression. I'll be back!

Ordering online from the website made it worse experience. First time they forgot my soup and the poke bowl was with different base. Plus there was a crab shell peace in the crab meat. They told me that soup will stay as pending and I can get it anytime, as the same day I had to leave. Today I decided to get the remaining order and added the poke ball again. The ingredients were different again. And even thought I mentioned that it was there mistake before and I’m not agreeing to pay delivery charge/ they added the fee one more time. No one even tried to solve the issue, before I’ve wrote a complaint. However food is tasty.

Our weekly routine is to have our sushi next to home at sushi counter. Those clifornia rolls and poke are fantastic

Terrible service. Sushi was OK. Seats were not comfortable and barely any space to grab a quick lunch.
