I have both worked with Sublime with my company, Lullabies and have experienced them personally too.
Their nannies/nurses are fantastic. So caring, enthusiastic and brilliant with the little.
Staff are clearly happy, professional development is very much encouraged so that staff can be they very best they can be to take good care of the most important ones in your life

Very professional and competent staff. They looked after my sister like a family member. I will use them again when my sister visits in a few weeks. Five star wouldn’t really justify their service, I wish there was more stars to give.

I had the most incredible experience with Sublime. The maternity nurse I had was incredible.

One of the best, if not the best childcare providers in the UAE. I find out the staffs are top notch as they handle my kids really well. Although my wife handle my kids but I really care about my kids and we want a good childcare provider who can take good care of our children. Unfortunately we will be moving to JLT soon. It would be nice if Sublime Nursing can consider expanding the network to DMCC area. Thanks!

I highly recommend sublime, they have some wonderful nurses who truly cares about the babies especially joecel she’s so kind and dedicated, I can never thank her enough she’s really a gem.

Eventhough fully booked they squeezed me in for a swab test. Within 4 hours 3 super nice, professional staff came through the door, 5 stars.

Thank you sublime for making my life so much easier. I called Sublime three months before I had my triplets and booked my 24/7 service.from the time of contact to having my babies, it was such smooth experience. My three nurses are professional and super experienced, polite and very on time. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs the same service, I am one happy and content mama.

I usually don’t write reviews but my very pleasant experience with Sublime customer service and the amount of care, knowledge and professionalism I encountered from Nurse Camille made me wanting to express my gratitude to her efforts in looking after my mother during her visit to Dubai, which made my mother’s visit a very happy and memorable one.

The nurses are very professional and well trained for the newborn care as well as in sleep training. May baby wakes up several time in the night. The nurse plans the routine with the parents for a better outcome. Highly recommended specially with premature babies. I tried many other cheaper companies nut believe me the service worth every penny spent.

I took my friend’s advice and booked a night nurse to recharge my batteries after having a premature baby, and after six months I am still with them. Highly recommended

Booked a nurse from sublime after breaking my both arms as a result of slippery floor in my building parking. Ana looked after me for a month and became a great friend. Their service is impeccable, highly recommended.

Very professional service. I have used Sublime services for my father in law who was a bedridden elderly with a lot of medical issues. We took the service for 1 month but ended up extending for 2 years until he passed away. We had three nurses shifting between day and night. They are trained and know what their doing. Highly recommended!

I am so content I found the best childcare service Sublime Nursing which proved to be the best taking care of my twins. Nurses are very caring and professional and I don’t worry at all about my little ones whenever I need to go out with my husband and eldest son and I am grateful for their help that I am able to have a good night sleep even though I have 2!

It has been a while since I am calling for Sublime services for taking care of my twins boys 2.5 years old and I just wished I knew them earlier!
It helped me attend meeting and workshops for days I never dreamt of considering even, it helped me bond again with my husband in a special alone time, out for a dinner or out for a movie which I truest believe it is vital for marriage health specially after kids.
We even envited our best friends who have children too to join us for a movie while our kids are taking care by sublime nurses.
Erlen, Joana, Camila, Leah.those are the names that my kids know and trust every time I explain to them what mommy is going to do and with whom they are staying. They are great with kids and they never get bored of them, they keep entertaining them joyfully, they are professionals and trained for dealing with kids on contrary to maids agencies who fool you about how their housekeepers are good with kids.
The best part of it all is that just couple of days ago my husband and I went for our first night out and left the kids asleep with one of the nurses that my kids already trust and was such a night I wish to have more of over and over. They come on time with their driver and leave when you their duty finished but they need to know you are fine at last for them to leave.
They are so fairly priced for this valuable services they do.
I highly recommend this service for all moms, new moms, working moms, stay at home moms. It is a great solution specially for those expat women who can’t trust their kids with untrained strangers.
