Nice clean building with shops, restaurants and massage center at ground floor. Ample paid parking in front. Good to have office here.

The Center is one of the best in Dubai, it has something many Business center missing which is a real forest inside. YES I saw a Charismas Tree maybe over 20 meter high, I can imagine how much they are taking care of this indoor forest to make it this much viper and clean, no flies noticed.no bad odor.the location is just wonderful to visit, they prepare different areas to hang under the trees which makes it awesome.

I will call it A Business Centre in the Center of the city karama Area sarounded by yummy food outlets with ample parking.

Visited B&B Cafe inside this building lobby. Good Pakistani Restaurant. This building is commercial. Mostly offices and there is a Rak bank branch as well.

A good place to set up office. Price is more affordable but a little further than metro station. This area is less congested, and quiet. There is a B&B nearby and a decent gym. Close to airport and town.

Place is not clean. Needs lots of maintenance. Rats and cockroaches are seen at any time of the year and must always report it to security

One of the good places to have an office. My firm has two on the fifth floor.great area with bus/metro links close by and a wide range of restaurants for the office crowd.

Just a business center. They have various coaching institutes, especially The Princeton Review affiliated ones for those who need to prepare for IELTS, TOEPHL, GRE, etc.assessments.
