Awesome place if you appreciate Turkish Food. What a hospitality- on the house extended dessert and fruit platter was cherry on the icing.

High quality and delicious food with excellent service. Also got complementary dessert which was amazing! Would highly recommend.

We stumbled across here when running errands in the area. We initially sat outside but moved inside as there were a lot of bugs.

The food was amazing and the restaurant offer so many complimentary items as you eat.

Lovely decor, ambience but found the waiters lil rude in the start as we were not ordering much as we had come for shisha and saw many people sitting and having shisha only with tea but they got lil rude on us and took our plates and all saying we r jus sitting so we ended up ordering food. Overall they also felt they were rude so gave us complimentary desert glasses.

Great turkish restaurant with great food and ambitious. They treat well throughout your visit to their restaurant and must try restaurant in Dubai as they provide complimentary bread, fruits, and dessert along with tea.

Almosphere is good. Location is good. Food quality is ok. Portions are just fine. I had turkish breakfast there. Overall taste is ok. But they give only 1 small complimentary tea. I know its a package but. 12 aed for tea is not Turkish way. It shall be complimentary, what is the cost of tea anyway. Waiters are mostly dont know what to do if you asked them to correct the order if you are served wrong order. They consult eachother with 4 different waiters. At the end 1 chief waiter resolve your small issue. What can be so hard to solve issue if you ask well cooked egg and served sunny side up. It should not be that hard to correct it. The only complimentary tea was taken by waiters without asking alltough not finished yet. You alwasy get worried about walking waiters around you if they come abd get your unfinished food. They make you feel like you order small amount and doesnot deserved to be served. Waiter was keep on asking "will it be enough, you can go bigger one". What is the point if you are going to waste the food at the end. Not a polite service. Its a hibrid food with Turkish influence but defenetely not Turkish restaurant.

I like every thing in this place, the taste, the quality, the serving, the high standard they follow and the decorations.
What make it better you can find that there is a levant touch in the food taste.
The prices are high. But its reasonable for the service quality you get in this resturant specially when you compare it to other Turkish resturant in this category.

Message to the resturant:

Bread need little improvement.still excellent but should be outstanding to mach the resturant.

Recommendation:
Good luck you can go there and be confident to have an excellent Food experience if you are not price sensitive.
Invite your important gusts and don’t worry.

Male staff doesn't like dealing with kids. The waiter insisted to buy sultan breakfast for 4 even when we had ordered smaller one for 2 and had to ask him 2-3 times to accept it. Then, from nowhere, he opened their large water bottle without asking and, on complaint, said its complimentary but then included in the bill. Tea was served cold, complained again but nobody replaced. Worst experience. Definitely not going again.

Best place to go, not the first time to visit, we have been visiting it many times before we used to go as well ajman branch every time we come we don’t regret, staff is the one of the reasons why we are coming every time to this place so welcoming so polite and service is 10/10, food is amazing as usual and very tasty special thanks to yazan it was our pleasure to meet you today.

AWFUL experience at this restaurant. Would not recommend anyone coming here if you want decent customer service. Many other good restaurants close by like Al Safadi and Al Beiruti. Much better food and service.

For me its the best turkish in town, the food is so delicious so full of flavors i just love it, they have a chestnut roasting station, tea lukum & all what it takes to make you feel like you're in istanbul

First time try this Turkish food was very good just near my home 5 mins the restaurant very clean nice staff and very comfortable will visit again

في الحقيقة عبارة عن شلة نصابين يشتغلون في مطعم. هذا بإختصار شديد. وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل. حركات مستفزة. اكل عادي جدا و اسعار مبالغ فيها جدا جدا وتلاعب في الفواتير … يحطون بعض الطلبات على الطاولة و انت ما طلبتها تعتقد انها ضيافة وبعدها تشوفها في الفاتورة. خدمة مبتذلة ومزعجة في نفس الوقت

Nice place to have a great Turkish feast. Service is good and the food is delicious. I was simply passing thru Dubai and was taken here for a meal.

It is a very nice restaurant serving Turkish cuisine the staff is very nice and friendly. The food is amazing, and the portions are big
There is a section for shisha with outdoor seating
The parking is available, and the location is easy to reach
Prices are expensive, but they it worth the value of money

Not recommended. They have added some plates we haven't ordered. The final bill double the price of what we have ordered.

Food is delicious specially the grills but the service needs to be more comfortable, the stuff sometimes want the customer to order more to incraese the bill.

My number one breakfast restaurant. Love the food in Dubai branch and love the place in Ajman.the food in Ajman is not rich as Dubai branch, but it’s not bad at all.

Wish they could open another branch in Dubai with a great view as Ajman.

للاسف تجربة سيئة للغايه دخلت انا وزوجتي للمطعم ومجرد دخولي لاحظت عليهم الاصرار على اخذ اغلى طبق افطار بمبلغ ٢٤٠ ومجرد رفضك لذلك يتم احضار شخص اخر لاقناعك للاسف المطعم مجرد استغلال وسحب المبالغ من العملاء بطريقه غير مقبوله وسيئه رفض مشرف المطعم إعطائي افطار لشخص واحد بحجة اليوم جمعه ومش متوفر يوم الجمعه وكلمة مدير المطعم ورفض قال مش متوفر من فتره طويله تناقض بالكلام لا انصصح فيه ابدا ابدا ابدا سسسيئة للغايه تجربه غير موفقه يوجد مطاعم بجواره جميله جدا الصفدي وبيروتي

The service is on top of the top for real, guys r so nice and helpful. Interior and music is really cute. Nice food, not super heavy and not oily which I loved ️

Breakfast is nice sultan saray breakfast and lunch is a very nice experience for the grilled kofta, shish tawook & beef …. Decorative place, kind staff, offering welcoming lemon shot drink really nice & refreshing, after food you offer complementary fruits and some sweets

They serve delicious food. We have ordered different kinds of food and the amount that we pay was very convenient.
Not only this, once we finished they served us a free tea and different kind of dessert and mixed fruits plate.

The place decorations and music are amazing for a turkish restaurant. Their food is amazing and on point also the desserts not having the best variety but good quality. I always go for their tea that is remarkable and takes you to Istanbul alleys

I highly recommend this place

I had my friends visiting Dubai and planned for a dinner night out. I love Turkish food, especially their cold appetisers and Sultan Saray has proved it right. Also ordered the 1 metre mixed grill (Price is on a higher side), perfectly done and excellent service.

A very elegant Turkish restaurant, the decor of the restaurant is very beautiful, the staff is treated excellent, the food is yummy, I liked the sweet was served after breakfast as a gift from the restaurant, very suitable for families, it is worth a visit

Without any doubt the best culinary experience we have ever had in Dubai.
From the fast attendance to the quality and taste of the food, everything was exceptional. The desserts not to mention!

Great place, the meat was really good. The meat comes with sides: rice, bread, salad, onion, potato Wedges.
They also give very soft bread at the start.

Happy place.good vibe.meat dishes very good. Chicken was dry. Taste was good. We ordered 1&1/2 meter of kabab and other sides. The appetizers/ mezze was very good. We were 15 of us. Sad that we asked for an extra welcome drink and some extra nuts for 4 times but they did not serve. We were served by Shadi who was excellent and on his toes to explain all the menu. Maritess was very helpful along with Jerico. The dessert was good specially the kunafa. The on the house dessert were excellent and very generous along with the tea. Worth a visit. Will I come back? Definitely!

Amazing experience, delicious food, excellent service from Raafat, i will definitely visit again.

Lovely ambience and great food. The lamb was so tender and juicy. The place has outdoor seating and indoor seating with smokers section separate for having sheesha as well.
I went there twice and each time they served butter milk, basket of fruits, desert and Turkish tea as complimentary.
I am impressed also by their neatness of the restaurants. Even their toilets had automatic seat cover changing with motion sensors to automatically be changed.
The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Great place to take your loved ones for a treat or a special occasion. Just a tip, it's always better to take time to go through the menu properly and not be hurried in ordering food that could end up very pricey.

It's was alright if you like this kinda food but you guys need to follow proper COVID SOP's as it was too crowded and I felt a little uncomfortable.

Worst customer service I have ever seen, when we were reserving the table over the phone they said you’ve to eat (I see this a very cheap way) better set a minimum charge but don’t say it like this, then they don’t want you to stop ordering or you have to leave the place, we have ordered starters, drinks and main courses, and a friend of mine was asking if she can change the side order of her dish from rice to salad the waiter is convincing her to take a salad! This is ridiculous, this never happen in any place in dubai or outside
Then right after we finished our food the waiter came and asked us to go for the dessert and we were full, then they asked us to leavethis place is so stingy! I’ll never go again, very disappointing, we were 12 ladies, now u lost 12 families, keep on loosing customers!

Visited the restaurant on 11th May 2021, however the head waiter seems to know how hungry the customer is. Clearly it seems they are paid on a commission basis and are unsatisfied/rude if the order value is small. They need to have more tact, as the restaurant was fairly empty, service and politeness needs a major upgrade. Food was tasty but portion sizes are small for the price paid.

The one star is for the very bad Sercive. I am vegetarian I was told by the waiter that “ you being vegetarian is not my problem it’s your problem “.
We sat for 2 hours at none smoking area, finished our food and from the beginning we told them we want to move to smoking area once we finished our food for our dessert & shisha.
But yet again…. Disappointed! We were told “ it’s full “ ……,
Anyhow, My friends had the meat dishes & they were very happy with it they said “ it was delicious “.

Wonderful experience, the food is amazing, fresh and delicious. We ordered the Royal Breakfast which was enough for four, we enjoyed different types of olives and jams and fresh honey and cream. They also offered us complimentary dessert and fruits which was a wonderful gesture?

Very nice place, big menu with so much to offer of authentic Turkish cuisine. Their breakfast menu is a must try, they have a sheesha section as well. Reasonable prices and polite staff. The ambience is what will catch your eyes, very artistic and chilled. Great place to take the family out for a nice dinner and don’t forget to order dessert!

Horrible horrible service. AVOID at all costs. Such a shame because the food spread was very good. From the very beginning the attitude of the staff was so horrible. There are at least 20-25 staff waiting for just a couple of tables and when you need their attention they simply ignore you. We ordered a breakfast menu which is supposed to come with complimentary tea but they don’t even offer the tea, we had to ask then multiple times and wait for them to bring it halfway when eating. In the end when we asked for the bill they charged us 60 AED for tea, which we didn not even consume. Nowhere in the UAE let alone in Turkey they charge for the tea when you order breakfast.

They claim it is a Turkish restaurant, i assure there is not even a single Turkish staff around and they do not show you Turkish hospitality. Impossible to talk to someone in charge, everytime a person comes and says I will bring my manager and a different person comes and tries to talk over you. (Some of them do not even wear name tags) They do not listen what the problem is but instead they talk over you and interrupt you. They bring shame to Turkish hospitality. If this happened somewhere else they would apologise, acknowledge the mistake and at least delete the charges for tea. But instead they deleted 30 AED from the bill and said “Is it ok? ”. Avoid going there and save yourself the headache.

أنا عطيت نجمتين فقط بسبب نظافة وجمال المكان، الأكل كان عادي، وأبدا مافي مصداقيه بخصوص العرض الموجود في صفحة المطعم على حساب الأنستغرام.

The food is good but I was disappointed on July 31st as they didn't care at all about social distancing measures. Obviously it was Eid day and they wanted to sell more!

They have paid great attention to the smallest details, but they forgot to pay attention to the people they are serving.

I had made an order to eat in house and another order to take away, they have mixed my orders, the take away food was ready before the food I am supposed to eat in house, when I asked, they claimed to have a great service thats why the food was packed in so many bags and got ready, so I waited for an hour to eat in house, they brought only one dish from my order, and when I asked it took them 20 minutes to say they have packed the other order with the take away.

I don't recommend at all, won't visit them again as this is was my first time.it is over priced compared to the service offered.

I wished if the food and service were as good as the decor!
They paid great attention to the interior design, and totally forgot they are a restaurant, where customers are expecting to enjoy a meal.

Perfect dining experience with the family, delicious food and amazing interior design.
The staff are polite, attentive & professional.
We have received complementary Laban Eran, big fruits plate and amazing chestnut sweets. Strongly recommended

1- No Turkish Chef or Staff
2- They didn’t pay attention to the people in serving.
3- No social distance between tables and the place is very crowded and loudly which is not recommended for families.
4- Shisha area suppose to be separate from Non smoking area but the door between the 2 places is open and u can smell the smoke.
5- Cpt who taking orders r not professional and not smiling with people at all.
6- Food quality is not what u expected when u have a first look to menu.

Not recommend the bill was included a lot of staff I was not ordered and when I discussed them about that the owner of the restaurant was came to me and speak very bad

Ideal location easy to find parking and very good food.
The only thing I didn't like the waiter is adding more dishes which we didn't confirm we were group of around 14 people so this attitude is not acceptable at all management should do something about it because it is not an ethical way to get revenue.

That place rocks, i love it, it is almost perfect! There is always room for improvement but it is just amazing!
The knafeh and the coffee were below expectations.

The meat is perfectly cooked and tender.
A variety of fruit and tea is brought in the end.

The food is really good, must try the appetizer platter. Lovely ambiance, decoration is really nice. The service was really great too and they offer complimentary/on the house laban, a fruit plate and very yummy jams, a service we don't see anymore in many restaurants.
