Very pathetic service.
Second time i have given made to measure order and every year there are major issues in the stitching.
To begin with they dont have big sizes catering to plus sizes & moreover they discourage taking M2M. And when you give M2M orders the factory cannot follow instructions and ends up stiching incorrect sizes.
Also, there timings are soo impractical for working parents and closed on weekends.
Sumeru really needs to think their business model.

They have very bad service I am really disappointed of them I make measurement order uniform for my son and I make it urgent almost more than 2 weeks even they are not responding to me very bad service and worst customer service

Clean and smell refreshing the area, good staff with a good gesture while greating politely, ms, sam was approachable highly recommended your store. GODBLESS.

Worst service, timing not updated they close by their own timing. The school has to has to give a choice for another outlet.
They do not mind as they are the only option given by school.

Quality of the uniform now is not bad not the same before fabric is good
And thier staff are so very helpful friendly always smiling. Amazing services they deserve my 5 stars.

Before i don't like to come in Sumeru Madina to buy uniform of my children because the staff is not nice but now they are really good and helpful its a big different now.

Shop look nice and organized now. Staff are more and they are polite helpful and friendly not like before there is only 1 staff and rude. Customer service there is very big improvement.

All I can say the shop now have a big changes it's not like before. Staffs are very nice and helpful. I like the way the shop how it is now it is organized.

Very rude staff, not polite.very bad experience twice.even during school opening time when there is a huge queue of parents waiting to buy uniforms they never extend their working hours, very keen in closing the shop.

Unfortunately some of the staff working in Madina mall branch have serious and major attitude issue, totally unprofessional, rude and they show no respect to their customers at all…. Very disappointing! The quality of the uniform is not up to the mark for what we are paying for. Also their working hours are not suitable for lots of parents timings. Not the right choice at all, and will be happy if they can be replaced ASAP.

The store in Sheffield private school is awesome. We would suggest to have that store open all year.

When the staff say wait for a while it did not mean that the staff behaving rude it means that just for a while because there is one come first.

Behavior of the staff is so rude. I think, it's giving a really bad impression that how reputed schools have authorized such shop to sell their uniforms.

Al Salam Private staff service are very good and the staff is very accomodating, helpful and always smiling and the cashier Catherine was very helpful to me and to the rest of the clients. I wish I can give then 10 star for their service.

I don't understand what kind of service the people want the staff are doing their best just to have a good service and accommodate the customers even having late break/lunch they don't mind just to accommodate the customer first but in the end still blaming the staff and telling rude.

The idea of transferring the shop in the actual school is a good thing! The staff there were amazing, kind and respectful.

Good place for School uniforms. Only 3-4 selected schools.quality is good but little high prices maybe due to school logos & monopoly.

Very expensive.
Staff is stubborn to even return the extra amount while exchanging the product.
Can’t even provide Credit note for it.

Suggestion: - Better find other place to purchase stuff, better don’t buy and visit again and again; as they’ll either don’t return the money or ask you to buy excess stuff (even if that means you’ll have to buy it twice)

Worst place to buy the uniform for kids.
1. Very expensive for lower quality material

Regarding Customer Service - I was treated well by the sales ladies there. But when it comes to quality and pricing, too much expensive with low quality products.

It's amazing that the store doesn't provide refunds or even credit notes and when u exchange, they will conveniently keep the extra amount of money.
Staff is slow, unprofessional, inefficient, unfriendly.
The worse part is the crazy sizing.
Each item has a size on its own.
The skorts are different from shirts, sweaters don't match the tops, the swimwear has a life on its own.
Really awful.

Every store goes by height and age as reference but not Sumeru.

Very expensive for the quality of the products offered. They could introduce uniform made of cotton rather than polyester as some kids can’t wear polyester. However costumer service is improved. Analyn was very helpfully today. Thank you

The maximum size of expensive winter jackets (84/- plus vat) is 12. So kids who are not skinny and aged 11+ will not find size here. Then u have to give order, pay a greater price and wait for a month for them to order n get it from factory. All this for a normal quality with school logo.
It's not convenient working hours as they close by 6pm n not open on Sunday. So if u r working 6 days full time, u can't buy here. No other branches also for certain schools' uniform. Bad customer service.

Extremely unprofessional and unpolite.
The staff, specially the cashier lady, treated us like we are some kids messing around her shop. Very humiliating. She acts like she's giving away uniforms for free to beggars.

And the uniform prices are ridiculous- this is broad day light robbery! Total abuse from private schools and uniform companies. A super simple short for Sheffield school which should have been at nothing more than 25 dirhams is sold at 80 dirhams. A simple skirt at 115 dirhams! What do you guys think you are selling? Lacoste?

Quality of the sewing and material is very poor. I bought a PE shirt yesterday and it had holes in. Check properly before you buy.
And no matter how rude the staff is, remember your consumer rights.

Sumeru staff at the Madina mall esp. At the counter is rude.

She is absolutely disinterested in speaking to people and doesn’t solving their problems. I wanted to exchange Socks with the receipt and she says “ No exchange for Socks with her head down! “

Sumeru is highly over priced and Unfriendly staff for sure without a douth. I have given feedback to school to change the uniform suppliers as they are over priced.

Most of the reviews above say that staff are rude as if they are frustrated in their job and highly over priced where common man is left with no choice but buy.

Also winter jackets are without hoodies for some schools charging 99.96 dhs.given feedback to school for detachable hoodies.

Very very expensive, if they are charging so high they should be atleast committed to provide good quality material. Eg: Socks after couple of washes itself it is unusable! Extremely poor customer service. Has strict 1 month exchange policy only available but they don't even has the stuff we want to exchange with. So how they expect us to exchange within 1 month.

Over priced with bad quality. In addition you will not find the suitable sizes. Not prepared to deal with the needs of such a large number of students

Yesterday we happened to come around 6: 45pm and they didn't allow us inside the shop saying the shop is closing at 7pm: (today came early but a slow moving queue because there is only one staff, waiting for our turn even though the total customer count is 3: (

Unnecessary waiting for long hours when they can easily manage with additional experience staff.they are always out of stock with various sizes which you get to know after spending hours in the line.disaster! Sheffield should be thinking of termination from them. Old vendor was quite good.

Very pooor management with unfriendly staff. First time I have seen flipinos with rude behaviour. Very unjust. Some1 should tell them manners.

Most of the staff are rude here and non co operative to customers. The cost of uniform is too high compared to the quality.

I am standing rt now in the store and writing it.one of the worst kind of attitude from the staff, either they are under trained or they are not willing to serve. Attitude and behavior is not acceptable. Even akar time i delt so even rt now its same.

They supply good quality school uniforms for many schools in Dubai. The showroom is located in the first floor of Madeena Mall off Beirut Street, Dubai.
