Sumeru Uniforms

Very bad quality! Very bad customer service, very rude employees and it’s a big scam for that price. Even if the Dubai law says, you have to refund the money, you won‘t get any money of them. You have to call the police and come with them! Afterwards they treat you much better. But please don‘t go to this shop! Just look at the pictures and built your own mind. According to other comments they paid money for good reviews…

Located on the 01 floor of the J3 mall, staff are extra attentive, friendly and make the whole uniform purchase experience pleasant.

Kid is joining North London Collegiate School and instructed to purchase uniform here. Staffs here are really professional and helpful, we have easily got everything needed.

Staff are really nice and helpful, the ambiance of the shop is really nice neat and cleaned and well. They have all the size and pieces that we need. And the quality are really nice.
Customer service is brilliant they are professional.

But they should have more staff because there are only 3 staff in a very huge shop they should hire more staff.

The new shop is spacious and airy. Finally one can actually access the shelves and there are more fitting rooms (6 to be exact). There is a lot of staff. The staff is helpful and friendly.
The prices remained as high as before though.

I visited the Sumeru uniforms store durning the summer of 2022, I was suprised that they opened a New Bigger shop that have a wide layout and easy access to most Uniforms, very organized! The sales lady's were very helpfull getting my children the sizes they need & attentive to their needs. They are open all days of the week except for Sunday, and close at 6pm. The basemnt parking is free if you spend over 20aed at J3 mall/Sumeru. Othersise Parking fee is 10aed per hour!

Store new location is great, modern & organized. Service was also very good in terms of customer service, support and product availability. Staff are really very friendly and helpful

The shops is really nice, much better than the other one. It’s spacious and more fitting rooms. The sales lady, Marginey, was very helpful, friendly and quick.

I went here to the shop to buy uniform for my childs. All staff (especially Ms. Marjiney) so kind to support me my child. We love this shop so clean, not small and fast service also.thanks all you guy so much

Hi im very pleased to say that it was a pleasant suprise to come into the new shop, as I was looking for the open platform haha, lovely staff and the ambiance is Friendly!

The service was excellent, friendly team you have in this store.keep u the good job, you made our first visit in the store super amazing. Analyn was one of the two friendly ladies we found in the store.

All uniform stuffs are expensive.

A pair of socks are round 15AED. Need to be adjusted to the more economic level.
