Service is very bad staff is friendly but manager at night shift is a moron have bad behaviour with costumers he is also a smoker ate tobacco at duty while attending costumer he is a stupid person I have ever met please monitor his behaviour and solve this problem ASAP.

The food was amazing! We ordered a ramen bowl, a poke bowl, and some sushi. The ramen was definitely my favourite, but the other two were close seconds. The fish was fresh and I will definite you be visiting again.

We like the menu selection and the salad options.
Visited this branch as the branch of Garhoud is closed but we enjoyed it better thanks to Suji who was taking care of us and he was very professional and kind.

The location and ambiance is amazing. The service could have an upgrade as their staff looked tired and lacked the smile. Overall sumo Sushi is the best sushi place. Will not stop trying all their locations.

Sushi is not fresh, I had the platter and all of it was rubbery. Even the Wasabi was like dry and not fresh. Prices are affordable though, you get what you paid for.

I always come here at night and usually the food is good. Today I decided to come in for a late lunch at 430pm and the service was SO BAD. They served me smelly, fishy old salmon and Hamachi sashimi (I had to spit it out), Mark Morris (according to his uniform tag) just took the plate away without apologizing. I also ordered one sushi roll without mayo and tempura, guess what, they served with mayo. When I told Mark, again he didn't apologize, just took away the plate.

The worst sushi you can have in town. I ordered one of their famous sushis which is Samurai Roll and I literally needed a samurais sword to cut the shrimp! It was rock hard. I couldn’t even chew it. Felt like it was left in there for 2-3 days! Disgusting!

We have experienced dine in and pick up from different branches and we are totally satisfied with the quality of food they served other than the restaurants offering the same style of food. Worst service ever. I ordered to pick up at 3: 55 the order was supposed to be ready. 4: 30 and the order is not ready and my both daughters are crying in the car and the manager is avoid even talking to me to explain the situation.will never order again

It is my favorite sushi place in dubai! I love the variety that they have on the menu and how the staff are so friendly, every time I’m craving for sushi it’s the only place I go to. Their sushi is tasty and fresh i definitely recommend it for sushi lovers.

Sometimes you really fancy your sushi fully loaded with crazy sauces and just over the top and for me this place doesn’t disappoint. It’s not your classic sushi place but it’s satisfying and the price point is good!

I'm a regular diner for Sumo Sushi since 2004, recently prices increased on all items starting from Miso soup from Dh 10 to 12! Tempura Bento increased from 48 to 60.having your family to Sumo will cost you Dh 400 - 600 for 4 people with main course, salad, drinks and of course without desert which is again the same price you can pay for 5 star hotels for sea food buffet for 4 people.

Personally I would go and enjoy sea food night buffet rather than leaving Sumo with empty stomach.

Food is good not bad. It was a bit pricey but overall I like the sushi. Just to feed my cravings though.

Was not bad, miso soup was very good, sushi rolls a bit small, bento box not bad, drinks were good.
For two people was a bit pricey, but the service was very good, super polite and fast.

I like the sushi they provide.

However, order only if you are ready to wait over one hour for your food. The speed is tragic.
