Sumo Sushi & Bento Motor City

This place is a hidden gem, we tried three dishes that were recommended as best seller, the Samurai roll was SO GOOD! With decent portions, i’m definitely going there again

I ordered food at 8: 16, it's now 9: 45, and they haven't even prepared the food. Is this acceptable? They should compensate and send the food for free. It's terrible how they treat customers!

My current comfort foodv is sushi I absolutely loved the sumo sushi tray which had the 48 sushi pieces best of all sushi rolls Their appetizers were just as good and their yakisoba along with their supreme tempura bento was a huge hit. The flavors were very good and definitely worth the money spent on the food. The drinks Burj 7 and dream shake (ube) were very refreshing but my favorite was their chocolate mochi. Just wow! Great service from the staff there Ms. Yam and Mr. Reza.

I liked the sushi delivered. I ordered delivery from Talabat. There were 12 pieces, beautiful, tasty and well packaged. Thanks recommend

I’m not sure but I always order Samurai poke bowl. It usually tastes fresh and in a big bowl at a competitive price. However, I’m not sure what happened but it got so expensive with a smaller bowl, and not sure about the ingredients. Sad! I would expect the price to be high but the quality will be good, but this time, it’s like expectation vs reality!

First time ordering online and I ordered through the website as they have a BOGO offer which was really good!

After ordering someone called me regarding my order and told me that I shouldn’t have placed the order as the min.delivery order was 100AED for my area… and my order was 80AED. This is something that should be stated online and if that’s the minimum delivery amount then orders shouldn’t be allowed to be placed and instantly paid for (in my opinion)

However the food came and I had asked for a couple of changes (ingredients to be removed) and they made the changes I had requested the last over the phone told me the order could take up to 1hr 45min to reach but will be delivered ASAP and it came within 1 hour which was great!

Over all, not bad sushi and not a bad service.

Absolutely a joke! I cant pay by card and im forced to pay cash coz ur machine in motorcity doesn’t work! FIX IT!
Upon calling and asking for a manager no one is there im blown away with ur highly welcoming service u provide to ur customers! Total waste of time
