Bad costumer service, after you try a pair of shoes and decide not to buy, they act like they don’t care. I hope some day that customer care representative will see this review too.

Coming to outlet expecting the price is a bit low.but Shockley that most of the items were 250 AED and above and no size!

1 month ago i had ordered a pair of shoe, after putting an exchange request, its been more than a month now i haven't received my order and on support they used to say 48 hours, literally disappointed

As name says it's factory outlet with huge collection especially special section only for NIKE. Huge price drop for over sized items like shoe, hoodies and every clothing. Small section also available for fitness equipments and cycles.

Absolute nightmare of an online shopping experience! Been waiting to hear about a refund since November 2021! No replies, no refund although they collected the item 3 months ago! No replies to instagram- no escalation of issues and no refund!

Very poor service, i had ordered shoes long time ago, still i haven't received my order, its been more than a month

Worst online experience ever, they take money then send you email that its out of stock (even that same product still available on their page), then you have a very big headache to refund your money, they have live chat but each time you talk with them they give you different answer. I got my money only after several complaints and emails to them.

This is not a prime-store.which means online gift cards are not accepted here. But physical cards are. You can get alot of things for a reasonable price

Great outlet of SSS in Dubai convenient on the local road of SZR. A bit thin the choice on products from Converse. Otherwise great.

You should be careful as some items are used, check the item before buying. My case was with a soccer shoes.

Sun and sands Factory outlet has fabulous prices, Quality of the products is amazing. A must visit.

No stock of any sports gear - should remove the word sports from the name.
Also very reluctant sales people in the store not really interested in helping customers.

Prices cannot be compared to that of bur Dubai. I once picked up a box with a price tag, only for the counter charge to be priced more with an additional half of the price i saw from the box

You can buy Good Collection of sports goods @ less price when compared to Actual sale price in normal days. / Regular Stores. Worth visiting / Why not if it helps to save some money for the same Quality!?

The price it’s not outlet price, the staff is in nice, but after sales service is the worst.
I bought bicycle few years back and when I need it spare part they inform me some one will call in few days, unfortunately the few days it took three weeks after several call, finally after they come and took the bicycle for the service almost 10 days and no feed back, BTW if I have the spare I could fix it in 5 m

Good prices with very nice clothing, however if you are a big person it's almost impossible the find clothes or shoes.

Good place to buy sportswear including shoes for kids and adults. There are some sports equipment available but quite limited choices. Prices vary from low to medium, but for sure less than in their stores at the malls.

If you are lucky you will find your size. They have mainly very big sizes and really interesting in term of prices.

The worst customer support and service, i will never buy anythig from there especially equipments, i bought 2 bikes from there and found that they are a very bad quality, i have been chasing them for a week now with no proper support.

Call to check if they had an especific produt, the guy who answer was rude, said they dont have it and he cannot check with other branches, i couldnt even make my second question, as he hang up the phone on my face!

Bought a bike yesterday and the gears on the left handle bar were stuck at 1 this morning. Phoned them and Vandal arrived 40 minutes later and had fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Excellent customer service!

Very bad service，i bought a bicycle from this shop，but it has some issue, the staff let me contact with factory by myself! The staff are so lazy and cold here! Think carefully when u want to buy something here

They had almost all items available. I find it interesting that they don't have the same items as the Outlet Mall branch. I wasn't considering returning my items but I didn't appreciate that they informed me of their no returns policy AFTER I made the purchase.

It used to be really outlet and you could find items with good price. I have recently visited it and prices were almost like other shopping spots. Therefore don’t expect real deals with outlet prices.

Big outlet with a lot of sport clothes and equipment. I was impressed with the amount of sneakers. The prices are very nice!

It is good place to with lot of varieties at very good prices. Location is easy to find and has lot of parking places.

I always go there and am always disappointed in their selection and prices. Just piling things up and making it look like a clearance isn’t enough. Pricing has to be good too.

Yes, It got cheaper Items, BUT guys be careful when you buy from them, they will refuse refunding or exchange even if it's sport equipment and not socks or underwear, I bought an adjustable bar from them and when I failed to find plates fit to it, they refused to refund or exchange.

I bought a bicycle yesterday. It was supposed to be delivered this morning. It is 4pm now and no news from SSS. I called the store 8 times and tried 2 different customer care numbers 5 times each. No answer. I even tried the live chat option. Nothing. I'm starting to think this is fraud.

This place is a joke never visit them, They claim to be a outlet but their prices For the shoes are almost the same as new shoes, the very same shoes that cost 150-200 dhs in other outlets cost here 350-400 dhs which is a complete joke, They have increased the price of all of their shoes just because they are located near by Jumeira so they can easily misguide the people that visit them, I would never suggest this outlet to anyone, Do visit the outlet in rigga, bur dubai or any other one on the deira side & you will find the same runners costing 150-200 dhs while over here they would cost you 350-400 dhs.

My first place to visit when looking for sports wear. They have plenty of models with too many opp6for good deals. The only negative is availability of different sizes which is not the case always causing some disappointment especially for kida

Meh. Needs a good time investment to find the things you want for the size you need. But there is a wide variety of things. Prices are average. Not that cheaper than normal stores

A branch with a fairly good amount of sports items for kind of half the price items, I recommend buying some of them here rather than a mall.

Gym accessories and sporting accessories / goods have few options. If you are planning to buy sports shoes. Must visit, you might get a good deal.

نفس اللي في اي موقع لايوجد فيه شي على غير العادة اسعارة نفس اسعار المحلات داخل المول المحقل ضيق جدا وغير مرتب ولايوجد فيه مواقف للسيارات ودائما زحمه لانه على شارع عام.

Good deals from all the known brands ranging from sneakers to clothing to equipment. Not always alot of available parking.

They sell off season sports stuff. They have shoes / clothes / equipment in a relatively cheaper price than what is available in the main stream stores. The location is easy to find but parking is a challenge during weekends.

Might appear as an opportunity to get something for a good price but in my case it was a safety hazard (swimming goggles with chemical layer peeling off on the inside) - which has been excused with a gift card and a one hour waiting period.

Overpriced items that you can find in Addidas outlets for less than half price. And extremely crouded with very less available sizes and models.
We spent almost two hours to find one pair of shoes for our kid size 31 and it costed 158 while we found the same in Addidas outlet for 75! And second piece is 50%

They have made some changes to the store lately. It’s a good sports store if you want to get sports gear and clothes. They also have bicycles.

Finding sizes is a bit tricky it depends on when you visit the store sometimes they only have large sizes.

The staff are very helpful and you can find great deals on items.

One stop shop for sporting goods, competitive prices and much bigger variety than most outlets in the city.

Huge range, but not as good discount as Brands for Less (which is around the corner). So if you're looking for something specific come here, if you're looking for value for money go to Brands for Less.

It is a store where u can find sports wear and shos you are looking for with reasnoble prices comparing to market. But the products are for earlier years and not recent manufactured.
