VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO ONE RESPONDED ON MY ORDER STATUS. SUPER SUPER DELAY IN DELIVERY. *** 0.00 STAR RATING FOR THIS COMPANY. VERY UNHAPPY AND FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER HERE.

I cannot believe this kind of service being delivered within UAE, placed my order 15 days ago and till now i have no idea where my order is. I truly advise you to close your customer service department and buy an automatic answer machine. There must be someone from the management to end up this ridiculousness.

My order took ages to get resolved and whenever i call to followup and expedite i always got the same feedback and nothing was happening. Shipment ended up taking 23 working days to get delivered. Level of professionalism at its lowest, and operationally its ridiculous. Who delivers in 23 working days within the country? Even though there’s the covid situation, all other vendors locally and globally where operating normally. Close the division if you are not able to operate normally or get someone experienced to know how to run it. And get experience people in the call center to know how to talk and serve customers. Won’t even think of ordering again or even bother to check the collection.

I made a purchase online thats costs over 1000. It has been a month where are my items? After i paid in full upon purchase you guys just ignore me. Why make me wait this long? Call centers are useless too. I tried to cancel my orders and you guys just dont allow it i mean i ordered a coffee machine in Australia a week after my sun and sands purchase and how come my machine arrived earlier than yours? Whats your excuse?
