Hands down - terrible experience with the management/service.
I have nothing else to elaborate on.
My husband and I stood their for over 2 hours and wished anybody would help us out- no place in UAE for such intolerable inhospitality.

Bought few shoes from this branch, the supervisor who came to assist has done nothing to improve our purchasing experience, but to create the burden on communication, asked for a name so I could escalate to the GMG group to settle, but was refused by multiple sales assistances and been told that she was their supervisor! The position is high, but if you can’t drop your attitude and to assist the customers better, then better to stay away from the customers to stop disturbing people from buying things.

Yesterday I visited the store and I must inform you that the customer service is below average. They don't know how to greet the client and the sales team appears to be not well trained. Certainly, poor customer service.

Bad customer service. Staff is not interested or available to answer queries. They just bypass customers in store and move around to act busy. Store at DCC is losing out on many sales due to this attitude issue.

I have contacted the the sun and sand services through a live chat asking in which branch would i be able to i find a specific shoe on their app and they sent me a link to all the branches in Dubai and told me to call and ask the branches whether they have the shoe or not which is already time consuming, nevertheless the same day i called the Deira City center branch which didn’t respond to me, that was on Tuesday. I called again today again with no response then i called the Festival city branch with also no response.

More sports collections are available and also good customer caring they had wonderful selection

I don't like the store, and your staff is not good at all; bad customer service, they are so rude, and I will never buy from you and make sure my friends never visit your store. I was there with my mom, and you lost two loyal customers forever. This is Dubai. Do you know what customer service MUST be in Dubai? I don't think so. So disappointed!

Poor service and the staff so rude.there is a guy who is a supervisor at the store in DCC his name is AZIM, very rude behaviour, so arrogant and doesn't know how to handle a frustrated customer.
His behaviour is unacceptable.
I had a very bad experience at that store.

I will never be back at that place and would wish the same for others as they don't deserve our penny and attention.

This Store is well connected with Deira City Centre Metro Station just 2 mins walking distance approximately.

Its one of the best sports shops branch in Dubai, if you are interested in sport equipments, you can check with Mr Ron the salesman who cares alot.

A variety of sports wear and equipment. The staff is friendly. There is new items every few days. One drawback is you can not ask about missing item in another branch.

They have a wide range of collections with a good amount of offers at certain times. Definitely worth a visit

The worst online shopping experience anyone can have. They take months to deliver an order. And God forbid, if there is a return that takes months again.buy it form here if you want to make an order for your unborn kid. Will be delivered by the time you have the kid.

AVOID SHOPPING ON THEIR SITE.

They told me there is a discount on Item. I paid with my other goods. Before leaving counter I checked there was no discount. They refused to refund even though they acknowledge it was their mistake because they have policy of no refund on certain items! Crazy.

Worst Branch Manager which I've ever dealt with. No manners and don't know how to talk in front of the customers. Only money that matters to them!

I never received my package.for the past 20 days, I have been going back and forth between sun and sand and the delivery co. "Imile"

they left my package at someone's door step and I don't know what happened to it or who has it. The delivery co has not been helpful and sun and sand just keep saying, we don't have any contact with the delivery co. So, who's responsibility is it?

Horrible service and wrong info provided on their online stores.

Placed an order on the 12th of August, received 2 of the 3 items. The 3rd item kept showing that a courrier wasn't assigned. Waited for a day and finally called them, they said the item is not available and they'll arrange a refund in 7 days. I agreed and was ok with that.

But then after 2 days the item still shows available on their online store, same size as well and it still shows under my order with the same status. When I call, they say it's not updated on the system and it'll take another 2-3 days for it to update and then another 7 days for them to refund the money. Which means I have to wait 3 weeks for a refund? !? !

I ask for a senior person to speak with, they say they'll arrange a call back in 48 hours - which is a Friday, so I ask them if they'll call back on Friday, then they say, no on Sunday? !?

Horrible after sales service. Lack of internal communication and action by their teams. The item still shows available for the same size with deliver on this Sunday, to which they say it needs to be updated? !? !

My wife and her friend went there asking for a Jordan Bag Brand so the cashier called someone to assist them but sadly the staff told them that THERE WAS NO JORDAN BRAND IN THAT BRANCH, they were about to go out until they saw a SET OF JORDAN BRAND DISPLAYED IN FRONT. So, why your staff told my wife that there was no Jordan brand. You should train your staffs or give them some product knowledge so this kind of accident will not happen again BECAUSE IT WAS SO DISAPPOINTING.

Yesterday I went to buy a new balancing pair, at diera city center one of the sales representative her name is Raj Kumari she is from Nepal when I saw her I thought she's from Filipino or Vietname, after a while I found out she is from Nepal she's very polite and beautiful sale's women.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would’ve gladly given it. The dcc branch is horrible and the store manager is disrespectful to the customers and their customer service is one of the worst ever and useless.

Worst service. Made an order (#000343234) of 2 items and received it after 50 days with 1 item missing. Lockdown is no excuse for such outrageously pathetic service.

One stop for all your indoor/outdoor sports. The store is pretty big. You can get the jerseys of all major european football clubs here. In addition to that, they do customised name printing on jersey, which costs AED 85.

Very awful customer service entered the football shoes section the same pair of shoes had 2 different prices went to the counter only to realize that the price wasn’t the same and we would have to pay more than the price mentioned on the tag and the agent mentions it was a mistake complete waste of time and will never visit the shop again poor customer service awful mistake if I had to rate I’d probably go in negative one star is also not worth giving keep up the poor customer service.

Absolutely pathetic experience, no freedom to look at the products, the staff does not know the first thing about the product and he comes and tries to explain. Rubbish service. The customer cannot even have a look at the products before making any decisions. Very angry at the attitude of the staff. Do not visit this store.

Had bad experience with sales person in DCC Sun and Sand. I’m not generalizing because I know some friends which the same nationality which is far from this Indian Sales person in DCC sun and sand. Very disappointing that he was just rude by raising voice pointing the section which I already went and just stand in the same position instead of assisting me after I gently asked about item I need. I kept on roaming around to look for the item! Then I again I asked to another sales person.from there I found out that all stocks were sold-out! They must do something about their staffs that aren’t knowledgeable and aware about their products! And start look for better staffs! Leaving the shop with NOT so really happy with it! Wish I got his name so I could complain about this guy!

Worst than rating 1.even carrefour of 20aed trousers will last longer than their product.never buy from them else they will rob your hard earned money in the name of selling branded things.
