I am deeply frustrated with my recent encounter with Sun & Sand Sports' online store. I understand and respect the policy of not returning swimwear like underwear or shorts for hygiene reasons. However, their refusal to accept a return on a swimming t-shirt, which was too large, is simply incomprehensible. It's perplexing how this policy is applied to a swimming t-shirt, an item no different from regular sports clothing, which can typically be returned or exchanged. This rigid approach lacks practicality, particularly for online shopping where the fit cannot be assessed without trying the item on. This experience leaves me questioning the logic behind their return policies. While I respect hygiene considerations, applying such restrictions to a t-shirt, especially when standard sports shirts and shorts are treated differently, seems inconsistent and unreasonable. The inability to return an unworn, oversized t-shirt has significantly dampened my opinion of Sun & Sand Sports. It's a shame to see such a well-known brand fail to balance practical customer service with their policies

أسوء خدمة ما بعد البيع، حيث أني إشترية عدة رياضة وكان بها عيوب مصنعية ولم أستطع إستخدامها، فبعد مراجعات يومية للفرع قام مدير الفرع بإرسال أجد من الصيانة حيث أكد أن الأجهزة تأتي بهذه الخاصية ولا يمكنهم عمل شيء، وعند ذهابي للفرع وتجربة نفس الأجهزة فتبين عكس ما قيل لي من قبل الفني.

فقمت بتخزين الجهاز وبدأت بالإتصال للشركة على مر ستة أشهر وحيث أني أتصل أكثر من 140 مرة في المرة الواحدة ولم يكن هنالك من يرد أو يعير أي إهتمام لمكالمتي.

فبعد فقد الأمل أرسلت رسائل إلكترونية عدة وقمت بعمل شكاوى عدة، تم إرسال فريق فني بعد مضي ستة أشهر، وتم التأكيد لي من قبل المختصين أن هنالك عيوب مصنعية في الأجهزة الأمر الذي يتطلب نقل الأجهزة للورشة ليتم إصلاحها.

فعليه قمت بطلب رد المبالغ التي دفعتها على أن يتم رد الأجهزة حيث أني لم أستفد من وجودها لنصف عام لعدم قدرتي من إستخدامها وأيضا إنقضاء مدة الضمان بسبب إهمال موظفي الشركة.

وتم إعطائي الوعود لحل المشكلة ولكن بعد صبر طويل تم الرد أنه تم رفض الطلب وأيضا لا يسعهم عمل أي شيء لي كون أنهم قاموا بإصلاح الخلل المصنعي.

حتى بعد شرح كل ذلك وإثبات الخطأ من جانبهن، إلا أنهم أصروا على قرارهم.

I bought Nike shoe and 1 Yoga mat. Shoe get started to hurt after 30 min walking. I told them I dont wanna use this they didnt help me about anything. I wanted to change Yoga met because quality was bad also they didnt accept. I complain to Consumer rights department in UAE. Their email not working. Dont do shopping from this company. Service is really bad

Been there @dubai mall branch around 10pm to purchase this shoes but there is price difference from the display and at the cash counter. The cashier asked supervisor to check and the supervisor (alem Ethiopian lady) told me that she cannot overide. She didn't even apologize and she’s blaming that the mistakes is from there HO that they didn't informed them that there is price change. My concern is that shes not even professional how to handle the case and start to blame others. She should know how to deal with it. Hope to solve this issues so that customer will still come to your shop. Once the item highlighted in that price she should give it. Its not my problem if you have internal issues.solved it on your own.

I regret to say that my recent experience with SSS Company has been nothing short of abysmal. After waiting for more than a week, I still have not received the shirt I ordered (AE02297382), and their customer service is utterly useless.

The delivery delay has been frustrating enough, but the company's deplorable customer service has only exacerbated the situation. I have reached out multiple times seeking assistance, only to be met with unhelpful and indifferent responses.

It is evident that SSS Company lacks any sense of urgency or commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this company and seek alternative options. Their blatant disregard for timely delivery and proper customer service is appalling, and I am incredibly disappointed with my experience.

I ordered shoes online. Both were delivered in the wrong size. I was advised during my online chat with customer service to return the items instead of requesting an exchange to ensure this doesn’t happen again and the reoder. I did that. Again it came in the incorrect size! After chatting with customer service once again I was told to return the item. And that I have to bear the cost of the delivery charges even though i have to experience this service not once but twice for the same shoes! This should not be happening. Let alone happen twice! It is very simple to match the order size request! Customer Service should do more to rectify the situation!

I am rating the online store! Its very very slow and it made me frustrated. I could not continue shopping like this. For each item or filter I will need to wait 1-2 minutes to load.

I bought something online and it took 4 days to be delivered. Then the size was wrong and it will take 5-7 days for the pick up and again 4 days for the deliver? What is this?

I ordered online 2 times in last 1 month. Both my orders have been canceled after my order due to “non-available stock”! You need to fix your system to not show available stock for a non-available one! Probably will never order again not fun to block my money and wait for refund!

Never buy from their online store.cheaters. I bought a Adidas shoe on March 1, and now it cannot be ised.it don't even last for 3 months and with few uses the sole and joints teared off.when asked with the customer care, they say apologies for the inconvenience and wishing me better experience next time.unethical business practices.stay away from SSS.buy from brand outlets even if you spend few DHS extra.

I highly recommend you not to order anything from Sun and Sand Sports online. I have never seen such a terrible service in the UAE. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and got them both delivered in a wrong size. I submitted an exchange and even sent an email to make sure I’m gonna get a correct size. Customer care agent assured me to sort it out and… I received wrong size again. I contacted customer care again and was told that as per the company policy the exchange can only be done twice. Now I have to submit a return, however cash on delivery fee and shipping fee are not gonna be reimbursed? So basically I have to pay for their mistake with my own money.

I decided to make a new order as I needed the shoes asap. And surprise…wrong size again. For the third time!

Yesterday customer care manager contacted me and stated that “due to technical issues, even if I ordered 10 times, I will get the wrong size anyways”? A highly professional approach I was told the only solution is to get the points for online shopping on their website and an “exclusive” 30% discount Obviously I am not going to make any other purchases from this company. The acceptable solution for me is to get a full refund as a check or cash (which I will use in a different store with higher standards) or finally to get the shoes in a correct size. However, the manager firmly refused the possibility of that‍️
Btw the shoes that come in the wrong size are still being displayed on the website for sale I feel truly disgusted to interact with the company having such a disrespectful and careless attitude to the clients I better give the shoes out to avoid experiencing zero quality and management standards if communicating with them further. However, highly not recommend you to order anything from Sun and Sand Sports online, especially if you need it urgently. Waste of your time and money

If you're planning to order online from them, take my advice and DON'T
I've placed my order on November 22 and still didn't received it till December 10 so I had to cancel it.
Customer service won't do anything to you as they kept telling me that the order has no issues and they have nothing to do.
Also I've requested a call from anyone in charge twice and of course no one called me.
Worst online shopping experience ever and the worst customer service.

I ordered from sun and sand 2 months ago because there was a lock down then everything opened i didn’t receive anything yet and after two months of waiting no one called i called customer service and a lot of items are not available yet and they still have it on their website and now they are telling me after all this period they will refund me the missing items and will send me the available items and they didn’t even apologize for all this mess worst company worst customer service i ever saw I don’t usually review but that’s unacceptable

The online shopping from sun and sand is atrocious. We ordered a pair if shoes on 1st may and they said it would arrive in around 12 days. Today it is already 30 days, and they are saying 10 more days. No online shopping should take 40 days to arrive.

Never do online shopping with sun and sand. The wort experience ever. I ordered a shoe and it took so long to be delivered, until I have made a call, then the shoe was delivered. They rally need to fix their communication process (email) with the customer to inform about the delivery.

Made my order on 4th of April still nothing has arrived yet but you say you are delivering and working during lockdown, why tell customers that it will take 7-10days for delivery yet my package is not yet delivered am very disappointed with ur service

The worst buying experience ever. For God sake, pls don’t even think of buying anything from their online portal. Ordered a treadmill 30 days back, while stating that it’ll take 12-14 working days to deliver. Worst customer service, worst live chat, worst email feedback -if you consider that they have any feedback at all!
The funniest thing that they will send an email to ask you about your opinion about your latest customer service experience every time you mistakenly approach them!
I have no words to explain my frustration. They are below zero rating!

I still have not received my orders from online. Whe I tried to register in the live chat, it keep saying invalid email. When I log in to check my order for 2 weeks now, it still says processing!

Ordered a treadmill several weeks ago. Should have been delivered last week but there has been zero communication. Have called online number and left multiple messages / emails. Only receive automated messages. Do not use them. Have had ordered other sports equipment from SportsPlanet or QOOAH and had delivery on time and good communication.

Very poor customer service support online. The items they have in store are not listed on their website. (Not out of stock items, they are actually many items just not listed, and I’m not referring to big/ bulky items that they may not be able to deliver for whatever reason). When contacted CS to ask if a particular item was in stock in the physical store they just sent a link to the ‘Fitness’ section of the website when I had mentioned I had already looked there. The website also says you get a 10% discount code for subscribing which you don’t actually get even after reaching out to customer support twice for same. Then the website has highlighted ‘Free Shipping on ALL Orders’ in multiple places - only when you are about to check out and pay it states Free Shipping over 300AED only in small writing. Just too much false advertising and lack of transparency.

Good place for sporting equipments and apparels. Very helpful staff. Even though sports equipments are available selection choices are very limited. The focus is mainly on clothes, shoes and other accessories. Have some real good deals on products.

Great sport shop with lot of brand and widen kind of sports equipment and they have agood prices
