I was looking for cloths then my wife came to door with starbuck coffee all of a sudden morning security African guys said no chai they were just calling me from 'outside the door the fact they don't have plan to go inside they got rudely mock saying chai karak? ! That's unacceptable behavior for a security please where is that guy manner?

The worst customer service in UAE! I have sent them 2 emails, a Facebook message and no reply. The automatic "robot" replayed informs me that I need to call each shop when I'm looking for a product my size LOL

Excellent support provided by Arzoo, customer adaptability is good and she knows how to handle customer very well. Also thanks too guy who assisted us and recommended the Lebron 6. Kuddos.

Better to buy directly from Brand's store, rather then this kind of store.
Reporting them to authorities is best solution.

Staff was very rude, because they asked me to not pass twice through the gate because she said there is a footfall count system.why would i be bothered as a customer with this piece of information

This a review for their online shopping experience. Whatever you do, avoid buying from them online. 20 days after my purchase, they cancel my order and decide to refund me which took 14 days! Bad customer service.

Bad experience! I bought 5-6 items from here, one of them was of smaller size than what I wanted (couldn’t try because their one and only fitting room was busy), went back to exchange and they refused. Not recommending them, I don’t think Amazon or Noon would’ve done the same. Im sticking with retailers with better return/exchange policies.

I bought NIKE shoes on November 26 from sun and sports Al Ghurair.
After first hand washing it got yellow shade everywhere in the shoe.
What should I do in this case? Because I paid for this trust brand and Sun and sports.
Really looking forward to a solution.waiting for your reply.

Terrible customer service: 2 out of 3 times I bought online, there were stock issues and SSS couldn’t fulfill my order despite it being paid in full. Not only that but they failed to communicate with me and a month and innumerable chats with their call center, my order hasnt either been delivered nor canceled and of course, my money hasn’t been refunded.

I don't even came out the shop. And they don't allow to change the size.because of hygiene! But its ok to try for everyone.

Great visit, finding items I needed. Customer assistance was an absolute delight. Very courteous staff and helpful. I found their layout of items in areas of most convenience for what I was searching for within their location. Also, it is a huge, wide area for you to see front to back of the entire store.

Sold a faulty Nike Shirt and refused to change despite I came back with receipt within 24 hours. Bought with them twice. Extremely poor service. This is at Al Ghurair Mall branch UAE Dubai

To show promotions and discounts the costs are inflated post the promo period and sold at higher than the originally non inflated prices even during promo. Some clients can be fooled sometimes and many a few times. But all cannot be fooled at all times. No wonder there are reductions in the footfall.

Sun and Sand Sports is a Sports Store with a wide range of Sports Good Collection with almost everything. They have Original Aunthetic Goods of everybrand such as Adidas, Nike, UnderArmour etc. I bought a Juventus Jersey which was awesome. They also have Football Boots, and all other Sports Accessories.
