Not recommended to purchase online, worst experience. They will deliver wrong size and for return is so hassle. It happened twice, so not again. If you wanna purchase their item please visit their physical store.

No much options for women. I honestly did not like their collection and choice of items there and they were expensive compared to the brand outlets like Adidas or nike

She was exceptionally welcoming and assisted with my multiple requests with a big smile and personal recommendations. I ended up buying the best sneakers ever because of her. Amazing customer service and overall professional ethics!

Very poor customer service, I have been trying to call the store but no one is pickinging the phone. What is the point of giving a phone number when the store does not intent to use.

Ordering online from you is a huge mistake. Ordered one nike bag and one bag to hold a yoga mat. Wanted to return yoga mat bag because thought it came with a yoga mat AND a bag, but picture online misleading. Come to know that item is not refundable. I can return the nike BAG but I cannot return the yoga mat BAG - both of which categorize as a bag. Customer service claims because it falls under a hygiene product, ie socks ear plus insoles, etc. NOT ANY OF THE ABOVE! Super ironic…

Clearly others have also had issues so don’t recommend them at all. Useless customer service who don’t know how to deal with customer issues.

Think they need to reevaluate their products to see what is returnable and what isn’t.

SALE end date is not.mentioned and ended in 12 hrs.we had isuue with exchange as full price in 12 hrs! Mangeress not helpfull.

And was offered to submit a return as exchange is allowed just twice as per the company policy Seriously. It’s your mistake, not mine. I made a new order as I needed the shoes asap. And surprise…wrong size again! Three times in a row for the same shoes. What a joke. I’m offered to submit a return which will not cover cash on delivery and shipping fee. You dare to expect me to pay for your mistakes from my pocket Cannot wait when your company shuts down so you stop scamming people

The physical store is fine, but 3* goes to the staff the one that assisted seems to be unwilling to assist. She left me saying that she needs to assist another customer, but she went out for a break, since i heard it when she asked her supervisor.

This company is a scam! They sell very cheap online but if have any problem with them they dont help you at all with it. I bought a pair of Nike shoes of size 47 and they sent me 46, it was their mistake. And after a week they havent even contact me for a return. If you go to the physical shop they wont help you at all. I contact them on the support online and they just told me that "someone will call me" like if i had to be with the phone 24h waiting for their support. Horrible experience i wont buy anything from them

Not sure why this branch is still opened when they don't have any collection or accessories. Few t shirts and trainers. Such prime location that is massively underused.

Its good to shop this time, lots of discounts specially on shoes, though staff are not that friendly, and not that much helpful, based on my experince, maybe they think that i will not buy, i guess, heehehehehe but overall, still i am happy with my shoessssssssss

They were very helpful on the phone to find a specific t-shirt I was looking for, I was later able to go and pick it up from the store

Shop is really in an urgent need of organizing, waiting for 30 minutes just to pay doesn't make any sense, things are not well organized, staff try to help but no system.horrible experience

The shop is a mess. Mens, womens and kids clothing is all mixed up an you have to check the entire store for the things that you need.
The staff is always busy chatting and being on their phones and are not willing to help.

However, they store is big and the prices are ok. So surely you will find something there. But I wouldn't recommend the store if you have other options.

Went in to buy a tennis racquet, they said racquets are only sold in shopping malls. The place is nicely set up though.

Bad experience in the mobile app. Placed an order specifically using the filter to only show shoes available in the size I need. Ordered the shoes. 2 days later I call them myself since it says 1-2 days delivery and upon calling them I find out they don’t have the shoes I ordered. I asked if I could get a better store credit to buy shoes, since this was the first cheapest model I liked for 279 AED. Answer was no. They told me instead it will be an urgent refund max 7 working days.

I don’t know for what they push their mobile app online on social media if they can’t handle orders.

Its nice to visit this shop its just beside rotana hotel and four point sheraton close to metro not always busy and you will find what you need especially during sale
