This is the second time the order has been refunded without any prior notification. I didn't invest my time just to end up with a refund. After discussing within my network, it appears that many others have faced similar refund issues, making it seem like a common practice for your service. This marks my second purchasing experience during the White Friday sale, and unfortunately, the same problem occurred where none of my orders were delivered. After waiting for a few days, the result was refunds again. Considering this has happened more than once, I'm hesitant to place a third order.

Online chat worst services by far agent was Too rushy agent, does not listen and ignored answering my question when I asked for a manager to call me. Not great service at all anyways I have been waiting for a refund for more than 14 days and not yet done. Order number AE02376365

Not sure about the rating. People are crazy for this sale, but a lot depends upon the stock availability.

It is a time waste, the staffs themselves are taking all the good items and stored in boxes and rest are given to public.which is unfare to the brand name event.

Upon my arrival at the warehouse, I encountered Mr. Naveed near the entrance. When I approached him for assistance, he displayed a dismissive attitude and claimed that I was the last person to be allowed entry for the day. This assertion was completely untrue, as several other customers entered the premises after me.
In addition to falsely stating that I was the last person allowed entry, Mr. Naveed proceeded to physically push me back, creating an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation. His actions were completely unwarranted and unprofessional, leaving a lasting negative impression.

Delivery Delay! Yes they promise 3-4 days since one week nobody calling for delivery, customer service they dont know where is order when they gonna deliver and they reply only with standard replies sorry for inconvenience, this is last time when I visit this website, no more again

Asked for exchange but no refund or exchange done after days and days of follow up. The live support is the worst I've experienced and got different answers from different people. Management of Sun and Sand should be ashamed of how they handle exchanges/refunds
Never again will I order from them!

The worst service you will get, bought bicycle few years back and when I need it spare part they inform me some one will call in few days, unfortunately the few days it took three weeks after several call, finally after they come and took the bicycle for the service almost 10 days and no feed back, BTW if I have the spare I could fix it in 5 m

My experience with marven is just outstanding. This is a very very hardworking person he does his work so professionally. He is not in a hurry to just get done with the things assigned to him. He is so efficient in the things he does. I would really recommend to make him as trainer to your staff at service centre. Because previously when I got my giant talon bike two guys came to assemble it and it was a disaster for me. Everything was not fixed properly no calibration done nothing. Later I asked them to send me an expert and they sent this amazing person. Please make sure you don’t loose out on an employee like Marven really outstanding service. I would highly recommend cyclists to ask Marven to get your bike serviced from. He is highly knowledgeable as well.

Very poor customer service, couldn't get anyone to answer the phone for 4 days! Online shipping is a disaster, delivery is late for 3 weeks and still not received (the only answer of the CS employee was "based on the system"!) Do not order anything online, they are up to being professional in this.

Visited the DIP 1 Warehouse, all clearance stock is on sale, best time to get something worth is early opening hours, later in the evening long ques and all the nice and quality staff taken by the shoppers.
