Highly disappointed with the service bought swimsuits from the store and tried to return them the same day as I was travelling back and didn’t find any swimming pool nearby. The staff totally refused to refund and give any vouchers. They were so rude and totally denied that they said they refund if I change my mind in a day. I was visiting dubai and it was my first experience at any retail store. Will never buy from them again. Totally not recommend.

Dishonesty to sell products! I came to purchase something in the store, they have told me it’s going to arrive in 1-5 days, once I contacted the support team they told me items take from 5 - 7 days, why not be honest from the beginning?

I went to the Shop to buy a bycicle first of all they told me the bike is made in Taiwan. When the bycicle was delivered on the box its mentioned that its made in China. (Same as all their products)

Delivery guys assembled it and left, i couldn’t test drive as it doesn’t come with Pedals, once i got the pedals i tried it and it is the cheapest product ever, the metal is Making some annoying sound, the chain is touching all the sides making a second sound as if like you are driving a truck!

I am so frustrated, all their bycicles are some cheap chinese metal which can break in one day, and the sound will make you hate your life. Its the worst 2000 aed ever spent. And best part that it is not refundable and no one to contact. So yeah my advice for you, just don’t ever buy their products especially bycicles.

I went to the store to buy gym equipment from SSS.

From the day of Goods Delivery, I couldn't use the machines at all.due a manufacturer defect.

I made several complaints through MCC Branch Manager, and he highlighted the same to the relevant department.

Regardless of the huge number of complaints raised; the device was never repaired.

As an assurance, almost a moth, I had a call from the Service Centre and confirmed sending the technician, who came and said this is a normal thing, and nothing can be done.

I KEPT CALLING ON SERVICE CENTRE FOR 5 MONTHS, AND MORE THAN 125 CALLS WITH NO ACTION OR RESPONSE!

Then, I sent an email to the whole management, and they sent a technician who finally confirmed the manufacturer defect with the machines.

Customer Care Agent was very cold in dealing and had no clue of the way of dealing with Customers at all, which made my temper bust, since all she could say is that I will try to communicate with the management after getting an official report from the technician.

A few weeks later, a full set of technicians came to my house and replaced 75% of the parts in the machines by saying that this is why your machines were not functioning well, and took one device s they were unable to repair it at my home.

A few days later, the last machine arrived after repair, and when communicated with the Marvellous Customer Care agent, she denied all promises, by telling your device is repaired, and management declined returning the gadgets, and money.

I immediately told her that your own team conflict themselves by telling in the first visit that nothing is wrong with the gadgets, the other one confirmed the same, and then the last team confirmed the manufacturer defects, then bring all the parts ro change at my place.

MAY I KNOW WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HOLD?

I request you to take all your gadgets and refund my money as it does not honour anyone to deal with a company that has such Ethical Standards with their Cleints.

I'm sure if anyone was at my place would never ever deal with such respective companies.

Please avoid buying online to save yourself from pathetic service and shame less customer service. Keep getting false assurance for past 8 days that order will be delivered soon. Every time response is that the complain escalated to the highest level in organization.

Absolutely horrendous customer service treatment today and the MCC location which was masked behind a completely ridiculous return policy. I went to return an unwanted gift within the return perfume (6 days after purchase). I had the receipt and the card it was purchased on. Return would not be honored because no debit return with code. Never in my life have I not been able to return something with a full receipt. The workers provided no solution other than call customer service - when I suggested they call customer service for us which we are there they threw their hands up. No support, no solutions. Another worker watched the entire interaction unfold with a big smile on his face as if he is watching a comedy show. Completely shocking, as a long time customer, I will never support this business again. If the debit slip is necessary for them to compete the return my suggestion is staple
Together as other stores do, otherwise most people like myself will think the receipt will be enough. Because it should be.

Good place to buy sport wears.
Brands and variety can be found there.
If not there is other shops within the mall that do offer other options.

It's a big one, SSS of Mirdif city centre is the biggest one I guess, we get time to time some good offers in all brands like Nike, under armour, Adidas, Puma and Fitness stuffs.

I came into this branch of Sun & Sand Sports in search of some weight lifting gloves. Lil was one of the Sales Representative who made me comfortable to a point that I ended up getting a hoodie as well as a sneaker pairs too. He stayed with me throughout the process and ensured that I am fully satisfied with my purchase. This branch specifically is well staffed and has really good collections of brands under their belt. I hope to keep coming here and buying more soon. Great job guys

Terrible customer service and staff. They literally don’t know what going on as if they were hired right off the streets and never been briefed about the company. If they continue to do business this way I suggest they close all branches. I bought a Colombia item where I should’ve bought it from the actual Colombia store which right across and not paid a single penny for this deteriorating company. The online order staff Mosem didn’t know how to handle the situation because he was incapable to communicate properly he literally gave me a number and asked me to complain instead of understanding and solving my issue. This is laughable who runs this CIRCUS?

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE - DOUBLE BAD
1) i am a regular customer of this shop but day by day they become less in stock - i found NONE of sleeveless T shirts of L size (nothing at all)
2) they attract you by mentioning "FLAT 30 Percent" discount
(which means all items) and when you come to cashier it went that there is no discount on my items
I just turned back and the matter was not in 20-50 dirhams that you can save or not but the way they treat you now.thats a shame

Horrible horrible customer service, I bought an item through their Reebok store in MCC and wanted to have it exchanged the next day because it was super uncomfortable and they wouldn’t take it back because I wore it, it doesn’t have a single scratch on it and it’s brand new I literally went back the next day but they were super rude about it, they tell me to write to them and when I wrote they don’t bother responding, it’s been a while now and radio silence from them. Why they even bother having a customer support team is beyond me.

My father (a senior citizan) bought a treadmill from your MCC store. Upon delivery the dimensions were too big and so your staff took the treadmill back and said that the money will be returned.
It's been several months everytime my father goes to the store to collect store cedit worth over 4000 AED (after you call him)  , the store employees tell him that thr person responsible is not available.

You took the treadmill and kept the money shame on you for making an old man return to your store 5 times. We are going to file an official complaint  to DED.

Staff are not that helpful, and they try to get read of you by some random answers. However, if you need a real customer service, ask for Mr. Ahmad. He is the manager there and he goes beyond any limit to help you and find a solution. I really appreciate his kindness and sense of problem solving.thank you

Be careful! The online  system of sun and sand sports is a crab I'm having very bad experience with them I bought a football shoes last July 21st received the item on 24th but the size was not correct so I wated to return it back on the same day and till now I'm unable to request a refund because the system needs to update the status of the item as delivered.
The dark comedy is I have communicated this error from that day on direct chat, calls emails, and chat box notifications but to no avail.the issue is not fixed.
I do buy lots of stuff online and I don't usually write any feedback or comments but this time I'm truly feeling rage bue to their carelessness.
So be careful when try to buy from them online.

I only would blame the manager 'Alaa'.
He has promised to have my exchange done for a wrong size and have a call back done for me in 3 days.now its 6 days! He gave a number 04 2843595 which is a scam number (as they never pick up the call).

Had an issue with a cycle i purchased from there being delivered very late after a human error. But Abed and Alaa (the store managers) went out of their way to sort it out. The driver they sent with the cycle was also very professional and had impressive knowledge of the bike (i believe his name was Sadat Ali). Would recommend this store.

Imagine going to the store and being approached by one of the employees to assist you. You accept it delightfully as that makes it easier to find what you want. However, you get criticised for what you want and are given suggestions for alternatives. It’s good to suggest alternatives, but only after they help you search for what you want. Not immediately getting suggested with alternatives before even them helping you search or find what you want.
It’s a shame to be treated this way from a store that is « well-known ». You expect them to train their employees better.

I've contacted Sjad (the manager) to fix my treadmill many and many times but I've never encountered a manager who is as careless as him.
I guess Sun and sand used to have a very good reputation but that has changed obviously. Once you purchase something from them, it over! Good luck getting anything fixed.

Never go to stores as well, I will never recommend to anyone. (I WOULD HAVE GIVEN NEGATIVE POINTS IF IT IS ALLOWED)
If the product is defective, they are not doing proper inspection just keep it few days and return. And you have to live with it. “CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD” They lure you with sweet talks but no results. You will not be satisfied with overall experience with SSS.

The shopping experience in this store was really terrible and I will never set foot in this store again! First, the delivery is slow, contrary to the promise of the salesman at the time of payment! It took ten days to receive the order. And before the purchase did not inform the next few days there will be a discount, is completely deceive consumers. After receiving the goods, I was informed by my friend that the store was offering a discount of 500 dirhams. This is fraudulent sales! The second is after-sales service. The bike I received broke down in a few days. The salesman asked me to take the bike to the shop to replace it. I believed him and carried the bike to their shop on my own. They accepted it without any receipt and their manager was present at the time. After several days I still have not received the new bicycle, so I ask about their salesman many times, and go to their store many times, want to know what time to get a new bike, and also want to know where did you buy a bike before me, ever sent to the service center to replace, the salesman always said they have sent in the past. But I don't know when I will receive the new bike. The salesman gave me the number of the service center manager and asked me to contact him to find out where the bikes were. I called and was told they hadn't received any bikes. I realized that I had been cheated again. It's been 20 days since I sent my bike to the store. I really don't want to wait, I also know cheated! So I decided to get a refund. But my request was turned down. I was so annoyed that I immediately complained about the store. A few minutes later, the service center called and said they found my bike and it would be delivered to my house in the afternoon after it was repaired. Maintenance? What about the replace new bike you promised? Replace it with a new one? Completely cheated, from sales to after-sales to customer service. I don't want to waste any more time writing about my bad experience. I just want to tell everyone to stop visiting this shop. It's not worth it and you will regret it. This store is not worth even one star.

If you need sports gear then this is the place to go.
We were looking for an Elliptical and also a rowing machine.
Ahmed Mohamed Naguib who is a retail tram leader provided the best customer service I have ever had! He made sure we got the best equipment for our requirements at the best price. Going well beyond what he needed to.
Every company needs a customer service representative like him, his level of salesmanship is what everyone sales person should aspire to be like.
When we need anything Sports related in the future we will go back and buy from Ahmed, we have also recommended him to all of our friends.
