Had a really good experience with the ibn batuta branch. Mr. John and Mr. Manu were really very professional, patient with our many queries, very courteous. A very pleasant experience!

One of the worst experiences of buying online, it started by the application crashing once transferred to the payment gateway, and my bag empty, couldn't pick the same size anymore as it was last piece, after chatting with C. S they couldn't help so decided to buy the same items with a different size, after doing my purchase, later found my bag filled with the items originally ordered but with a higher price, bought it as well to replace, but C. S didn't let me, the same after visiting the store

They have a discount after downloading the app but the staff could mot get me the offer although I have the App. They were clueless on how to benefit from the discount. I did not get anything.

I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted warmly. The sales agent promptly assisted me with great enthusiasm. The size of the item I needed was not on display and she went and searched and found exactly what I needed. Whilst waiting for her to return another sales agent asked if I was getting through. The sales agent was very helpful and I ended up buying an item not planned for, but it was necessary. This was my first experience there and it was a WOW experience. I will definitely be going back there. Keep up the excellent customer service all and continue to Wow your customers.

Online shopping doesn’t work good. So disappointed, I haven’t got the order on time (1-3 working days), the life chat is really bad. Low quality of customer care. Instead of helping me to locate the parcel they put theirs job on me giving me the parcel details and telling I can chack it with Emirates Post Office. So pathetic! Never will do the shopping with them again.

Zero/ sub-zero is not allowed so I am forced to give one star. NEVER order online from these low down scammers. I requested a valid return on a 400 aed shoe and had NO action despite numerous follow ups. All I got was auto replies of "please accept our sincere apologies and we are working to fix the issue". Unbelievable. Do not put your hard earned dollar in this pit!

U first need to check the soles if u are buying a new shoe as when u go for return or exchange they will say that u used the shoes and bring in religion to be sure that u are telling the truth. Thereafter the staff will clearly tell u that this is the last time u can exchange. The sales staff will not assist you to find a replacement, you have to do it on your own. And that's the very reason I got the wrong shoe as there was no one to assist however I cannot go back to change.
My advise, please check the soles before buying and expect unfriendly behaviour should u have any inclination to return or exchange.

I purchased a pair of sneakers 15 days ago, they were out of stock and so far, I didn't get my refund, nobody is replying my emails, such a hasle

I'm not happy with the shop as I step inside I see it still open but the crew tell me only 3mins they will close they should directly pull down the entrance not when people are coming they will say they are going to close

So bad altitude for exchange item at 9: 45 pm, 15 min to close the store and they refuse to exchange because "the system already close"

The worst online shopping experience ever. Their application is so messed up, TWICE I have ordered the same shoes that was available but then my order was cancelled because it was out of stock! Yet by checking the application, it still showed it was in stock.
Oh and each time they charged me a different amount although it was the same sale, same promo code & same shoes,
I reordered the second time after reaching out to the costumer service when my first order was cancelled and their agent advised me to re-order again the following day which is what I did yet it happened again!
When I complained to the costumer service the second time their response was that they will make sure the warehouse updates the application!
I don’t advise anyone to use their application as it is unreliable & wastes your time and money.
Pictures attached show the difference in price despite using the same promo code & the size requested twice STILL showing in-stock one day after cancellation of my second order!

I ordered an item two weeks ago and requested the return as soon as I have received the item. Until now no one has come to collect the item. It is such a hassle I need to keep speaking to the online chat, they don’t even have someone I can speak to over the phone just agents online who keeps falsely promising my item will be collected. I have emphasized how urgently I needed the money back but seems they don’t care at all. I offered the option to drop it off to the store in Ibn Battuta mall which is literally 5 minutes away from me but they said it will not be accepted. First store that doesn’t allow you to return the item to their store but then their courier takes a VERY long time to collect. If I could give negative stars I would because of the very poor customer service and no one stepping ip to assist you and just leave you to wait and follow up again and again!

The online store is just a rip off - I ordered items, wrong items arrived, I then returned but i was refuned with the lowest in price.

I have been trying to contact them for three weeks and not a single person is able to repsonse with a helpful update. Recorded messages, phone service is down and email responses are recorded automated messages absultely uselsss.

I received my order with a security tag on it! I called the customer service but they say I have to return the item or I have to go to the nearest store to remove the security tag. I dont have a car why should I take a taxi to go your store to remove the security tag which is your fault. When I ask compensation amount from your customer service they say it is not possible. Either I have to wait for refund process or I have to go to the store and also saying it is not my fault it is warehouse fault!? The worst customer service. I want compensation for my taxi cost.

Great place for all sports wear and gadgets. Amazing staff, Mr. Vasmy was very helpful whwn it came to picking the right shoes for my nephew. He gave great advices. Mr. Mersaidbek was full of positive energy, helped us pick the right sports bag and didn't hesitate to show show us how many items it could fit even though it meant extra work for him.
Ms. Maritis was very attentive with my sister and her kids, helped them out through their shopping at sun and sands.
This place is easy to shop at, you can always find something to buy for sports.

Very bad customer service specially from manub, asked him to speak to the manager and he said no manager available!

I ordered an item online at it has taken be over 30 days to receive my money back! There has been zero communication and when calling customer care they are saying the refund request has been cancelled and no one has a clue why! I wouldn’t purchase online from them! Thank you!

A nicely set store in IBN Batuta Mall for different range of sportswears, shoes, gloves, equipments etc from reputed international brands.

Waiting for my bikes delivery since a week and neither the branch (Batuta) nor the warehouse would receive calls or share any update!

Yesterday tried calling for over 45 mins without anyone answering,
Then went to the web site only to find that I was number 26 in the customer serviceque,
Eventually, I was able to call someone at MOE only to be informed someone would call back, which never happened.
Once again contacted customer care via web site only to be informed that someone would contact me within one to two days,

It's a good place to shop for sports goods. I visited the Ibn batuta branch. They have Nike, Reebok, Adidas, Puma, New balance and few other brands as well. I got a Nike t shirt on sale for Aed 89/- Staff is very good and they helped in my shopping.

Great prices and wide choice. They have also a good choice of toddlers shoes. I just got a new pair of white Nike shoes reduced 40% - just because of the white colour. Customer service is impeccable. Location is nearby Carrefour. They sell a good range of different kind of sports items and the shop is divided into Nike section and non Nike section.

Many brands are not available like skatchers, giants bike, slazenger, and no Arabic speaking staff

Good Showroom, good products and good sales staff.
But very unprofessional DELIVERY mechanism and After sale service.
The given telephone numbers are never attended.
Customer got to wait for weeks without any update.

Bought 2 item, one of them was wrongly tagged with a higher price, we noticed right after they charged my Credit Card. Tried to get my money back through a card refund but they didn't accept. They said we can only give you a gift voucher to be used within a certain period

Really unpleasant experience and I will file a complaint with consumer protection authorities.

Low customer service, I went there to complain about bad quality Under Armour pants and the supervisor latterly told that they don’t entertain such a complaints of after sales and that they wouldn’t do anything for an upset customer. Very disappointed.

I bought 6 items and the philipino lady slipped one extra item to increase her sales comission. I came im for a refund and the supervisor Inder at Ibn battuta mall is on his break and is unreachable. Great customer care. No apologies nothing.

This review is for the online store. Ordered 11 days ago. I have contacted them 3 times and just been told goods are on the way. I have now contacted 4 days ago asking for refund and still no response, or goods. Terrible customer service.
