The new store is not as big as the old store. Due to that, there’s a lot of missing sections. There’s no sports accessories available.

Just went to the shop, was looking to buy 3 pairs of puma shoes, spent about 45 mins and finally picked the 3. Was almost done with the final fitting, the person working there informed me loudly “we are closing please make it fast and leave now”. Personally I found it very rude and sad to see this in a respectful establishment such as sound and sand sports. 0 stars if I could rate it. FYI, I told the person working there I will no longer buy the shoes, his reaction was pure carelessness to my complaint. I recommend anyone willing to shop with dignity to not visit this branch.

Sun and sands provide clothing for men, women and kids for all ages. They provide most of the international brands like Nike, adidas, puma, Colombia, Reebok, Jordan, underarmour, vans, champion etc. They provide sports accessories, backpacks, bottles, footballs, basketballs, shoes, caps and other fashion accessories. There is free parking available in festival city Dubai. Sun and sands is quite expensive.

Worst customer service. Neither they pick the calls. After visiting the shop customer interaction is horrible. Sss is a big store they should plan to protect the customer interest.

This was my first and last time buying from SSS

Delivery service is so poor. They promise and they lie. ETA never kept. I will buy again but never rely on their delivery.

Comparing to other branches its hard to find what you want, I prefer to go to DCc branch, also staff need to be more aware to how to deal with customers

Sun& Sand sports outlet located insode the Dubai Festival City mall has good collection of sporfs goods amd sports wear and sports accessories. Good stuff at fairly reasonable prices. They have another factory outlet in Bur Dubai where the prices are even better. The ambience and set up at Festival city is far superior. Worth a visit.

Last time to buy from SSS wanted to buy an item that was marked with 30% less. At the sales counter they informed us that the item was unfortunately not on sale.the price thats on display is the price the customer has to pay.
