التعامل سيء جدا وغير راقي + سعر النظاره عندهم اللي كنت باخذها ب ١٥٠٠ وحصلتها في بوتيك برادا نفسه ب ٨٠٠ وشوي. فرق ٧٠٠ درهم!

Extremely bad service. Wonder who employs such clowns. Management should review customer calls and cameras before this ship sinks.

Helpless lady answer calls and bad service!
I bought a gucci sunglass from Seattle premium outlets and the glass was scratched, then I went to New York Times square brand and they give me one with a broken side and now I call the shop to hear from the lady that she will not replace my glass because it is broken and they cant replace the broken ones it should be a good one, Why i need to replace a good glass.
And when I bought the glass from Seattle the lady told me that the glass have a one year of international guarantee.
PLEASE TRY TO UNDERSTAND!
