I recently went for a RTA eye test. Staff does not know how to speak to customers. Seems to be inexperienced as she said it is valid for 2 years. Turns out to be valid for 5 years! IYou better expect nothing.

Rude and lying staff they refused to give me back my refund because it was their fault in giving me incorrect lenses for my glasses!
