Popped in for a simple stainless welding job, fixing a broken BBQ part. Done immediately while I waited, great service and excellent finished result, much less than I expected to pay.which in Dubai is a nice change. Highly recommended.

If you want to waste your time work with these guys, I called them for a very simple job then passed by to brief them, as described by the employee I briefed for the job it should take 10-15 minutes of work, I had arrived there Around 12: 40, the manager I spoke to using the mobile number listed on maps mentioned I had to get there before 1: 00 or after 2: 00, I briefed an employee there, he said he will will have a few metal bars ready by 2: 30, I called him back at 2: 40 asking if the bars are ready as promised, he said it will be ready at 3: 00 but didn’t sound too sure then mentioned he is in a meeting and will call back in 5 minutes, I was in my car nearby as I was on my way there assuming he would commit to his original deadline, I mentioned he promised to deliver at 2: 30 but I will wait for his call in 5 minutes, 10 minutes passed I was a couple of minutes away, I called and asked him if the job is done as he had promised to call back in 5 minutes and 10 minutes had already passed, I explained I was busy and can’t wait for him to tell me 5 minuted every time I call given the deadline has already passed, then he said I am in a meeting will call you when I am done suggesting he will call back when he pleases while a minute ago he said 5 minutes, I then started explaining how he already hasn’t committed to his timeline and that I have other things I need to tend to, he hung up on me, I got infuriated parked my car and wen upstairs to his office to find him on the phone with with 2 clients sitting there, I walked in and yelled at him twice being frustrated saying “ never hang up the phone on anyone” then asked “ is this how you treat your customers, he told me to shut up!

Then given the conversation became so low we had a nasty exchange of words and when I asked to speak to his boss, not caring he pointed at his boss and said this is my boss, the boss’s reaction was so insignificant I knew this was going no where so I left, the. Called his boss who is the same manager With the mobile number is on maps, He hung up not answering, being more frustrated I messaged him I told him I will take this to consumer protection, he threatened that he will complain about me and that there were local customers (not understanding what he is suggesting by referring to them by their race) sitting that witnessed how I abused his employee, referring to me yelling at his employee for hanging up on me and referring to the nasty exchange of words after his employee told me to shut up not objecting to his employees behavior, not comprehending that his employee hanging up on me and telling me to shut up is the biggest abuse a service provider can impose on their customer.

These guys are very bad at doing their business and extremely unethical when it comes to committing and delivering work, extremely disrespectful and cannot be trusted with a small job, how can one trust them with a big job!

They managed to finish a project on time even though I approached them last minute! Jeyaraj was so helpful!

Excellent customer service and affordable pricings for personal metal work needs. The owner and the staffs are very amicable folks. They take time to listen and cater to your needs. I am super happy with their work and highly recommend them.
