Friendly staff and well organised. Saved me at 4 a.m. When my daughter had fever, it’s great that it is open 24/24. Prices are also ok!

Customer service is great. Pharmacists are wonderful and always ready to answer questions.

We just went there today to get some hair care products for my husband. The guy selected 3 products that we agreed on and very quickly brought us to pay. Our fault we didn't ask (we knew already 2 out of 3 products and know how much usually costs), the guy made us pay without even say the price of each products. It is something you want to tell to the client before making them Pay 800aed. We went to different pharmacies in the mall, this one was just a try and we will never go back there. So expensive products and the staff doesn't even give you the time to think.

I bought a product from them they said they didn't have it but if I pay for it they can send it to me home so I paid and than they never send anything or contacted me and even they never answer Them phone!

I visited this pharmacy to buy some supplements to reduce stress and anxiety.when I was looking for supplement a tall guy named Raja approached me and politely asked Good evening madam, you are looking for something? I told yes immediately when I told me about my requirement he listened for few minutes and asked few questions.like stress related to what, sleeping pattern’s and any head ache related issues.

Finally he suggested 2 products one is powder and another one is tablet and mentioned both were good in managing stress and how it will work.

Advised me how and when to take.
I was using the powder form what Mr Raja suggested every day once. I feel more better after 1-2 weeks of use and I can sleep better.

Thanks for advising me this wonderful brand and product. Want to visit again when I’m in UAE to explore more products

Went today evening and pharmacist not even wearing a mask and very rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend at all.

Aggressive sales method, three ladies came very closed to me, did not even give me time to check by myself.

They’re here only to make money, they were saying that it was all natural products, so I believed them and when I went back home and checked myself I saw many contraindicated substances in items they sold me!

So I immediately returned them as mentioned on receipt refund is possible. On the phone one is employee told me they will refund.

So I went back to Supercare dubai mall branch and They started saying they could not refund me as I paid by card (not mentioned on receipt) so they wanted to give me a voucher.

I talked to the lady I had on the phone and asked her why she had told me refund was possible, she replied “I told you it was possible but complicated and I was not expecting you to come that early” I said I wanted to talk to manager as she was there when I bought the items. They told me manager will maybe come at 2 or 3pm they weren’t sure.

Anyhow, after reminding them I have rights as customers they made me fill a form, and for some reason they took my credit card numbers!

I’ve never had such a bad experience with a pharmacy I’m my whole life.
They told me refund will be proceed within 21 to 30 days.

After a month I’m still waiting for the refund and they aren’t really cooperative on the phone.
Worst experience ever, I do not recommend this pharmacy there is much better service in Dubai.

Worst delivery service ever.specially through insta shop, more than one hour to deliver a nasal spray and he say sorry it will take more 20 min like I am ordering shampoo and not something for the ppl to take breath! Better to them to sell sweets and chocolates or pizza

You get the service you would expect from this big budget Pharmacy. I was sold a child’s sized product for my wife and once I tried to exchange it after her birthday 8 days later they said they couldn’t as the exchange period is apparently 7 days due to covid.

Plenty of other great pharmacies at Dubai mall, do your self a favour and stay away from this one.

Be careful. They are selling products, even expensive ones, with expire date which is in few months or weeks. They will not warn you about it.

Highly recommend Super care over all other nearby pharmacies.
