Slow service. You need to keep on reminding them to deliver your order. If not, then they will forget.

Worst pharmacy in dso! I just spent 20 min going back and forth with a representative that doesn’t have any information about any product! Even the person in charge at the time said verbatim… ouuhh i don’t know. To finally come to the payment where she informs me that she doesn’t have change at all and she is accepting only card payment? Then went on her merry way and left me on the spot like i do not exist anymore.

Yesterday afternoon, after a very frustrating experience with my physicians office, insurance company, improper DX coding, a different pharmacy, phone calls to said insurance company, return trip to dr office, I finally found myself in Supercare Pharmacy. Here I found the most patient man in the Emirate of Dubai, Pharmacist Ardash. Even after witnessing me go 9 out 10 red-head on the phone to the insurance company representative, Ardash was able to help me get medications to treat my ailment. His kindness, patience and professionalism were beyond superhero! I actually slept through the night and work up pain free for the first time in days.
I will ALWAYS be grateful to that wonderful man.and to his family for raising such a terrific human. And I will ALWAYS patronize Supercare Pharmacy in this location.

I couldn't find my medicine in 5 of the other pharmacies but got it here, thanks

I bought 4 items today from them, they forgot to put one in the bag. I called them to complain, they said they will check and call me back. They called me again saying they need to check their cameras, I said fine. Then the guy told me, this will have to wait for tomorrow to get higher management's approval. I am/was one of their customers. So, I did identify myself to the person I was talking to, and I said if it takes up to tomorrow to check your camera, then deliver it today and I will come to pay you if your camera shows that you did put the item in the bag. I clearly explained I wouldn't be able to sleep tonight without this medication. He agreed. And.nothing delivered.
