Initially I received the incorrect product. However they immediately responded to my email and replaced the order with the correct product. Good service!

They give confirmation without having the item! Fake appointment very very bad experience not recommended at all

I ordered a kitchen hood and few items on April 12, after three follow ups and confirmation that they will deliver today/tomorrow, I got the delivery on 25 April and one of the item missing. Though it was assured to me over the phone just a day earlier that all items will be delivered and this delay is because of the last item that they could not get from supplier and were waiting to get it. Definitely not a great shopping experience. Be more transparent team, we understand there could be delays but please keep the customer informed.

I have ordered a kitchen hood on 27th-Feb, and received a confirmation mail that your order has been placed & will be delivered from 2-3 day.
After 4 days i called them they said by tomorrow will be delivered.
Two days later i called them again, and here the shocked” your order is not confirmed by supplier “ and they will update me after 3 day!

I can’t believe them, very bad experience not recommended at all.

Ordered safety shoes but delivered isn't steel toe (normal shoes only) and customer service staff insisting that they delivered correct item.

Very poor service, delivery was so late and there is missing item. When we complained
they said just send message to customer service and I did but no one responding to their side until now. You have to be rude to them just to make an action. This is my first purchased from them and I am so regret. If you are first time customer you have to take risk. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Bunch of crooks! Delivered old stock to me, trying to offload near-expiry items. Dilly dallying pick of returns and delivery!

Hey SupplyVan, I dont want your apology and false promises! Im not interested in your warehouse shenanigans in jebel ali! I want the products I ordered and paid for at the time that was promised. Otherwise, refund my money along with the compensation for my wasted time and energy. Dont you play tricks like that here in Dubai! DED is not gonna like it!

Have a great account manager - Jeffrey - he sorted my requirements like a pro and ensured delivery was done promptly. Payment was done on delivery and overall great experience, I placed a repeat order already.

Worst service ever. I ordered two items online and after 5 days nothing received, I called them to follow up on my order and informed that the items were out of stock and supplier didn't update the inventory.
Will never try this service again

I received my orders of 2 packs of gloves.delivery was fast. I was always receiving status update and e-mail confirmations.the items are of good quality and as I expected them to be. I got a close coordination with their customer service and assured me of item specs and delivery.it''s my fist transaction.it was a good experience for me. I hope they will always do this kind of service.
