I’m Sushi lover, i tried most of Sushi restaurants in Dubai and definitely i recommend Sushi Art DIFC as of the best Sushi places, the crew was amazing and friendly even i forgot my car key there and they kept for me till i back again their dishes are so delicious.

I recently dined at sushi art in Dubai, and overall, i had a positive experience. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was pleasant. However, there was an aspect that left me slightly disappointed.

Pros:

Delicious food: The signature box we ordered was delicious and spicy.

Ambiance: The restaurant has a modern and stylish decor, making it a great place for both casual outings and special occasions.

Prompt service: Our orders were served promptly, and the staff was attentive.

Cons:

Staff behavior: Unfortunately, i noticed that some staff members were making comments about other customers attire. As a diner, i believe its essential to focus on providing excellent service rather than passing judgment on guests. This behavior detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Sushi Art is my favorite sushi spot in the UAE. Exceptional dishes and unparalleled freshness. A special thank you to Risa for her outstanding service. I highly recommend it!

I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant in DIFC! The atmosphere was very welcoming and cozy. The food is absolutely delicious too. Amazing food it was!
I and my close friend had dined in from work. I really don’t eat sushi, but when I tried the sushi in the store, I realized I have to repeat ordering it again soon. All the staff were so accommodating, had welcoming smiles on their faces. I can highly recommend this place and especially food to my friends, family and colleagues.
Special mention to Ben who was helping us throughout the dinner. He was so hospitable.

The food was amazing and the service provided by Fahmi was outstanding. This has always been my go to for sushi when in DIFC and I highly recommend the California Dream platter.

The worst experience! I love sushi art but first time tried to order from DIFC branch and it was just disaster! I made order through talabat and asked to make for me as always without nori as I am ALLERGIC to seafood. To make sure they can make it I called directly to the restaurant and they said yes! And only after 1 hour of making me waiting they called me to cancel order as they can’t make it. Even though I always order same food in all branches! They have just ruined my whole day! Left me without food and frustrated! Never expected this from sushi art! It was my favorite place and now- no way

I'm a regular, and every time I come here, I am impressed by the excellent service and quality of food. Always very fresh fish.
I highly recommend signature box, it’s a fantastic set that comes with 2 complimentary side dishes.
Also I want to highlight manager’s individual approach to the clients. Kent is always very attentive to my requests. Even he was serving the food himself.

Absolutely beautiful presentation! The food is of a great quality and flavour, ingredients are fresh and the hot dishes were delivered hot and the cold ones were at an appropriate temperature too. Great delivery service, the order was delivered promptly and in appropriate packaging.

I absolutely love this place! Very delicious food. I love the Suhi Art signature box which comes with 20 signature rolls (5 different kindsx 4) and with that you get a choice of 2 sides and also pickled ginger, wasabi paste and soy sauce.
And the rolls look really beautiful! True art:)

The best sushi I’ve ever had, hands down, perfectly presented, delivered at a cool refreshing temperature and taste as delicious as it looks, refreshing and filling. 10/10

The food is great, one of favorite sushi places in Dubai. However the delivery experience was horrible, ordered over Deliveroo, the rider (from sushi art's side) left the food outside without ringing the bell, calling or worst of all updating the Deliveroo app so it can inform me that my order was delivered, so for over an hour I kept checking Deliveroo and it said on the way while my food sat outside the door slowly rotting. Complete lack of common sense. But the sushi is amazing.

I’ve been ordering from this place many times and it never disappoints, by far the best place for sushi in Dubai, the quality of the food is really good and I just love how fresh and nice the food is.

Got sushi delivery from here. Had California dream set and poke. Everything was fresh and delicious. Very nice presentation and stylish packaging.
Good service and hight quality

It’s not a traditional Japanese restaurant. It is a fusion modern type of place. In this category of restaurants I find it to be pretty good. Personally I like their sea bream ceviche, cabbage salad, spicy miso soup and the tatakis. I’m not a big fan of fusion sushi and rolls as I am more of a traditionalist when it comes to Japanese food. So, I don’t order them and hence can’t review them.

This place has excellent quality cuisine but the delivery service is terrible if you want your meal delivered outside DIFC. I hope they upgrade their system soon.

I am going to dear yesterday in evening time so I'm sitting in 30-35 minutes after I receive the phone this so bad service

Used to order from there a lot. They take the customer's requests into consideration and their sushi us always fresh and delicious.
They have an exquisite touch to their products. So unique and elegant.
Very clean, we never had any issues.

Overall a good sushi place for the area. Not super authentic as they create a lot of stuff. But in terms of quality and for what you get it’s pretty good. Always consistent and that’s important.

For the price being so close to top sushi places I found the quality disappointing. Average at best.

Small dining area inside but very hot at the outdoor seating during summer. The Filipino staff are quite friendly but could do well with better comm skills. The food portions are ok and I'm finding it hard to justify the price. Maybe because of its location?
