Ordered online and received the smallest sushi rolls, half the size of other restaurants. You would need to order double from other restaurants. Not recommended and bad value for money
The food is excellent but above all, they exceeded the service expectation. The staff named Jen was so helpful, attentive to our needs, smile all the time and very well trained. The chef did an amazing job on our food- we actually asked his name to compliment him. His name is Chef Ferdie. We tried most of the poke bowls in dubai, i can say sushi counter is very under rated. The food was great and the staffs are amazing.
Don’t ever order food from this place very bad customer experience filled with arrogance. All food was leaking from the packaging, soy sauce was all over the boxes. Even food quality was horrible
The Teriyaki and Salmon bowl are delicious and portion wise. The service is very good and they deliver on time. If you are craving for Sushi or any authentic Japanese go for Sushi counter. Delicious and worth it!
I understand the price is low. But the rolls are very tiny, and I could finish the whole set because some of them didn't taste good. And I didn't feel so well after eating this.
Salmon burrito ingredients: Salmon, Avocado, shredded cucumber, green leaves (spinach), and tobiko/fish eggs.
Crab burrito ingredients: she was shredded Crabstick (crab in the cylindrical form or crab's flesh which you find inside its arm which is very tasty btw), mango? , shredded cucumber, green leaves (spinach), and tobiko/fish eggs.
As we can notice from the ingredient details above, that both of the sushi burritos have shredded cucumber, green spinach, tobiko, and fish eggs.
While their differences are that the Salmon burrito has Salmon and avocado. While, on the other hand, the crab burrito has crabs meat, and mango.
Their flavor profiles are the true fusion of Japanese cuisine (sushi) and Mexican cuisine (burrito).
No 1 sushi i taste in my entire life quality of fish is fresh very affordable and the staff is very helpfull and mindfull to what i want.great time spending on youre restaurant.keep it up
I’ve been served dry rice, tasting like it was cooked the day before. After telling the staff that the rice was tasteless and not properly cooked, they offered to replace it with quinoa. What kind of sushi place can’t cook rice?
Was good before 2 years ago, now it's so bad because the quantity getting less and the taste it's bad and the price increase doesn't make since, I dont recommend no one to get orders from them they put more rise and less meat
Tuna tartare is a hit and miss. Not recommended. Poke bowl (make your own) is a definite success. Highly recommended. Service is friendly and staff is helpful.
This is by far the worst sushi experience i have ever had. I ordered it through Careem platform, First of all i ordered Crab sushi, and i received Tuna, not only that, the tuna they serve is CANNED!? I mean, i ate 2 pieces and immediately stopped after. Tried to get intouch with Careem NOW so i can tell them that there is an error in the order, and ofcourse there is no possible way to get intouch with them except a landline that does not go through from mobiles. All in all, the worst sushi experience, and i advise people not to go close to this restaurant, and on the app Careem now, it has 4.5 stars out of 5, and i find this to be surprising.
The noodles inside the noodle soup was made out of a noodle supermarket packet. I expected they make thier own noodles or atleast invest in better noodles
We ordered from the Resturant as tourists in Dubai wanting some good Sushi. It was absolutely lovely, the delivery had ample condiments and the food was fresh and VERY flavourful. I had the chicken nachos and my hisband the Salmon platter.
I ordered two California Selection Platter 48pcs and I got 2 surprises: (1) Tuna is canned Tuna. Apart from being unpalatable, we have been misinformed. This was not mentioned in the menu. (2) Surimi mayo was terribly smelly and not eatable. What is totally unacceptable is their customer care (in the name of Mr. Carlo). They accepted the fault but refused to compensate. Such business won’t last long.
